View from balcony is amazing, very nice and friendly receptionist… Fully renovated building , new furniture and private spa for 1h free . Full activity nearby.

According to hotel by car is very difficult, so narrow road and difficult to find the name of the hotel . Breakfast is average no plus for that . Coffe machine is available but with extra 2€ for capsule not like that at all ..

Staff - Wonderful! They went above and beyond and also gave out touring locations and also went out of their way to help with booking a boat tour even when it was out of season. The attitude and eagerness to serve the guests really made the whole experience extremely exceptional. Facilities - There's a spa, sauna and restaurant. The spa and sauna weren't ultra-luxurious but it was private and very clean and also very modern. For the price we paid to stay, these relaxation facilities were absolutely magnificent. The restaurant is like fine Georgian cuisine with an extensive enough menu. We've tried other restaurants in Budva but personally, I've always preferred the food that Zeta Restaurant makes, as it is really one of the best around. Cleanliness / Comfort - The hotel is very clean, from the exterior to the reception and elevator and to the stairs and the rooms. The accommodations are fairly modern and for the price, everything was made of pretty high quality materials. One of my bigger complaints when staying abroad is that hosts would often use expensive looking furnishings and interior designs but they're just facades made of cheap, plasticky materials. Zeta might be using "cheaper" materials but the feel is definitely 4 stars or more. The bedding and sheets were soft, clean and light. The pillows were airy and cool, which were perfect for sleeping at night and for resting a sore neck. Location - Wonderful! It's seaside with a 1/2 minute walk to the beach and a quaint little boardwalk. You can watch paragliders land here as well. The place is fairly quiet although there are occasionally live music playing at some venue along the beach. The rooms are well insulated so it shouldn't be a big problem. Sveti Stefan, Budva downtown are the closest nearby attractions. Tivat and Kotor Old town are a little further away but not too far. Sveti Nikola island is also right in view as well.

Location - I can see that during summer, the roads can become very, very congested. If you're looking to drive your own car, drive a very small mini. There should be VIP parking assistance available during high season which might alleviate some of the headaches with parking on the narrow coastline. Very sad that I had to leave a day earlier than planned. We hope to come back during a warmer season.

A new and modern hotel with very nice design, very big and comfy bed, and outstanding customer service. Everyone speaks few languages, very welcoming and friendly. From Hotel maids to waiters and reception staff. Everything was simply great. Amazing views from bedroom were a bonus!! Georgian food in the restaurant was great, too. Milo, our breakfast waiter helped with recommendations regarding trips. I do not remember the name of another waiter. This was definitely value for money and I will strongly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The room is very clean and tidy, facilities is perfect, location - front of the beach, breakfast was amazing!

Firstly - I’m book the room on the booking.com with the picture show balcony with sea view… don’t trust! I’m attached photo with the “sea view” from balcony in the room on the first floor… Was very upset as we pay for sea view but haven’t got it… Secondly- noise from the street… That is all. Never back again…

This is my second time. Overall I knew what I was getting , but the first time I didn’t leave a comment because it was newly opened and hoped that they could improve by time. Below are the minor things that should be taken into consideration

- change the check in time, stretch it after 22:00 don’t be pushy on the guests especially when your reservations are non refundable. - make the parking experience easier - breakfast could be improved. It’s a new hotel.You can do way better - help the guests with the suitcases. You have stairs till you reach the reception. This is a hospitality industry, there is a reason why is called hospitality. -put ashtray on the balconies for smokers These are all small things, and with some effort you can make the experience better, because why not? The stay doesn’t come cheap, why not justify it.

They were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, always going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The level of service provided was truly outstanding, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the Hotel Restaurant. The food was fantastic – every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and variety of the meals exceeded our expectations. The room service was also fantastic. The staff was prompt, courteous, and always ensured our room was kept in perfect condition. Despite the lively atmosphere outside, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful inside the hotel, allowing us to rest and relax without any disturbances. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Hotel SPA. The facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect space to unwind and relax. The massage services, in particular, were amazing. The skilled therapists provided the perfect balance of relaxation and therapeutic care, leaving us feeling rejuvenated and pampered.

Amazing views from the balcony, fantastic breakfast which is included in the price of the room. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. The staff is super helpful and polite. It is small and cozy, I wouldn't wish for anything else.

Not the hotels fault, it is the situation in Rafailovici in general. Parking / traffic is a bit of a nightmare as pedestrians are sharing space with cars and it is single lane. Also, charging for coffee pods in the room is a bit excessive.

If there's one reason alone to recommend this hotel, it's the unbelievably friendly staff. From the moment you arrive, every detail has been thought of to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They even had the air conditioning on beforehand, so the room felt perfect upon entry. After a long day, there’s no lengthy wait at the reception—you're given the time to relax in your room first, and then easily take care of the formalities later, at your own pace. Now, a little about the hotel itself. Its location is simply unbeatable, right by the sea, offering stunning views. The soundproofing is exceptional—you won’t hear a thing with the windows closed. The rooms are impeccably clean and equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. And the restaurant? The food is absolutely delicious, served by staff who are as friendly as they are professional. Once again, I highly recommend this place—it truly stands out!

Beautiful hotel with most beautiful view and sunset from the balcony, especially if room is on higher floors. Our room was larger than usual hotel rooms, with very comfortable bed and bathroom. Hotel staff is very kind and attentive to guests, especially young gentleman at the reception at the time of our check-in, who made sure that our stay remains an unforgettable experience! Spa area is extraordinary, completely private setup, which is very unique and very much appreciated. Rooms, spa and hotel in general is very clean and beautifully designed. We will gladly come back to Hotel Zeta anytime!

Breakfast could be improved (more local options would be appreciated). And as a minor detail: we were surprised that coffee and tea bags which are available in the room are additionally charged if used. This was probably stated in minibar price list, but we overlooked it since it's not really part of a minibar and is highly unusual to be extra charged. I would suggest to hotel management to reconsider this decision (although minor detail, collecting those few euros in coins at check-out from surprised guests leaves small negative last impression to otherwise amazing experience at such great hotel).

Clean, cozy, warm lights & gived warm feeling, wonderfull view from the terace to the sea, big windows, extremelly cozy bed & great pillows. Everything was very clean, but also was not smelling too much after Ariel or anything else. Very nice! Excellent staff. Probably the only thing what was not so excellent was breakfest, but it was normal. We were too slow on deciding when we would like to use sauna hour and that is what we missed in second day after long walks (because sauna was booked), but that was our mistake. Absolutelly grear place, didn't want to move to ths next one :)
