Very nice hotel with yummy local breakfast, super pool and whirlpool, fantastic view to the sea, amazing staff. Milos at the reception was very helpful and thoughtful, Mihajlo was very kind too! Iva and Ivan in the breakfast room fulfilled all our wishes. And of course the nice lady from housekeeping kept everything clean! Thank you for such a great stay!

This hotel is one of the more unique hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel rises along the side of a mountain. You enter street-side from a small parking lot into an elevator that overlooks the bay, and go down into the hotel. Our room was on the 2nd floor and had a nice balcony with a beautiful view of the water and swimming pool, especially at sunset. The hotel is located in a good spot as it is a short walk from Kamenovo Beach, the best beach in the vicinity, in my opinion. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and informative. We got many good recommendations about restaurants and beaches. If you rent a car and drive be mindful that the parking for the hotel is small (it can fit about 7-8 cars). The breakfast was good. While a small selection compared to other hotels, everything was fresh. Getting freshly cooked eggs is always a plus whereas many larger hotels serve powdered, prepared eggs. It is a smaller hotel where the owner is often present and well worth staying at for the personal attention they provide.

My only complaint is about the water pressure in the bathroom. It made the toilet difficult to flush, which made my wife angry. But this is not the fault of the hotel. Over-development of tourism and too many hotels have over-burdened the municipal water infrastructure. Just ask the front desk for a bucket to pour some extra water in the bowl if it is a problem in your room. This was a minor problem and did not bother me near as much as it did my wife. :)

The location is perfect, so close to multiple beaches and restaurants The hotel is peaceful, not too many rooms which is great for relaxing - as a solo traveller I felt very safe The sea-view from my room was incredible, I could have sat on the terrace admiring the view all day! The room was clean, spacious, lots of cupboard space, with a mini fridge too which came in handy. Very good AC system for the hot days! The staff members were all very kind, always happy to help and make recommendations 😊 The pool was very clean and spacious, plenty of sunbeds and towels for the guests Nice selection of breakfast also

The WiFi in my room was a little slow but this is a very minor point

Everything about our short stay was fantastic. The manager speaks excellent English and was polite and helpful all the time. The location is great - a short walk down a few steps to the beach (there are other beaches within a short walk - kamenevo beach and stone beach). Many restaurants and markets around - great atmosphere at night too. The view from the room and balcony is incredible with a view of becici and budva riviera. The rooms were spotless clean and comfortable. We (including our very young son) also loved the swimming pool. The breakfast was good. Highly recommended. If we visit Montenegro again, we will come back here for sure

Everything the hotel offered was exceptional. The host that curated the morning breakfast was incredibly friendly and the food was a great start to the day, with plenty of options alongside a coffee machine. My vegetarian diet was also catered to, which is a testomony in willingness for being able to accommodate dietry requests. The hotel blew away our expectations with a stellar view from the balcony and private parking with a locked gate (a key would automatically open the gate). The location of the hotel is optimal, a hotspot with only a one minute walk to the coastline where you can find some appetizing restaurants beside the beach, the local area has culinary arts in seafood focused dishes. The balcony is facing precisley to the west which presents a perfect spot to sit and watch the sun set on the coastline with your drink of choice. The mini bar inside the hotel room had a fair price and the items are cooled inside of a mini fridge. The room had plenty of space to relax and store our luggage, with seats, a luxiourious shower room and, of course, comfortable beds. Any minor problems we had were seen to straight away by the management. The room was cleaned along with the utensils, drinkware and the beds that were made every morning (if you have valuables there is also a safe in the room that you can use if you would like the peace of mind). There was no unwelcoming noise and we felt like VIPs during our stay. Thankyou very much for making our holiday that much better. We had a 5*, 10/10 stay.

The location was excellent.It was very close to the beach.Only some stairs.There are lots of good restaurants along the beach.Close to Kamenovo beach which is an amazing beach.The staff is very hospitable and kind.

Highly recommend this hotel, first the location very good next in between Budva and Sveti Stefani can walk by the promenade to both ways. Big advantage secured parking lot on top of hotel. Thanks to Booking we got room upgrade, our room was with beautiful views to sea and pool, room spacious.tv, fridge, bathrobe and slippers, coffee and tee. Breakfast very good, freshly made croissants, muffins, pancakes, cheese, olives, fruits and much more….Girl who served breakfast prepared omelette on request 😊. Receptionist Andrea gave us good tips regarding Lovčen visit and etc.. Hotel owners are very nice couple, we definitely come back🌸.

Amazing huge room with a wonderful terrace and room height window walls and with comfortable sunbeds and view to the sea over the cute pool. I think this is probably the best location in the whole town, a minute walk to the beach but feels secluded and quiet and flower trees next to the terrace. Restaurants 2 minute walk away with a private entrance from the peaceful hotel entrance. The breakfast was nice, the staff helpful and they even had a Finnish sauna they heated just for us with a very low price. Not sure how much that room normally is as we only reserved it a couple of hours before we arrived with some last minute deal, but for that price it was awesome. You really should pay for the sea view, I think we also had the biggest terrace and nicest room of the hotel. A pity we could only stay one evening.

Everything was fine, but be prepared to leave the room early, the check óut is already at 10am. If you go there for the beach, the end near the hotel is not the nicest part of the beach but it is only a few minutes walk further if you want to get a better spot. We didn't go there to be at the beach, so it was ok. For a quick swim going back and forth from the hotel pool to swim and back it was fine. A bit weird walking wrapped in towel between the restaurants for a bit, but we did not let it bother us too much.

Great location, very nice room with a sea view, good breakfast, convenient parking (big advantage!)
