The room we stayed was very clean , we stayed 2 nights and the cleaning ladies cleaned the room even between 2 days of stay. Well done to the cleaning staff 🤌😀.

Booking states that parking is free in the hotel however on the day of arrival we were asked to pay 7 euros/night for our car. We wish we knew in advance as we knew for the tax fee to pay at the end of our stay. On the second day of our day, we send a message to request clarification in booking inbox but there was not any answer rather than an automatic message that says to go to the receptionist:(

I liked the clean and comfortable room, the staff, especially the women in reception who were so friendly and very supportive, open to any question regarding our stay. Towels are always present for pools and beach, etc. and there's no need to register the towels and you can take as many and times as you want during the day. Good breakfast, although almost the same things everyday.

It is said that the hotel is 150m far from the beach, but it's actually more (I think more than 300m). It is also said that the hotel has private beach, but it's actually a pubic beach with a fee 15-20 euros. The breakfast was good but almost the same things everyday.

I really loved the hotel. The staff was always super helpful and friendly. The hotel was super clean. The breakfast and the restaurant was always abundant, special mention to Anya who worked a lot.

The beach is only a 5 min walk away but Montenegro doesn't have sandy beaches, only with pebbles. The 3 pools are amazingly fresh and nice. The room is very spacious with all facilities, as well as the bathroom. The balcony is also a nice place to start a slow morning or to find some privacy. Breakfast had a huge variety of food and suited all different tastes. It was a huge brunch for me. The spa with dry and wet saunas was a nice bonus and the massage with had (extra fee) was very professional. The entire hotel looks new and was spotless.

The location of the hotel is just 5 min away from the beach and the busy boardwalk that is active in the evening with music performances. But to get to Budva center and the old city you need a taxi (2.5 km away)

Breakfast should be much better for almost 200 euros per night, rooms need renovation , no light on the main terrace next to the pool. We ate dinner and it was pure dark, couldn’t see my food.

Good breakfast, nice pool area with good service. One day the cleaning was half done, we contacted the reception and for the rest of our visit the cleaning was excellent. I must say that the reception office manager Rafa is possibly the best service minded man I´ve ever met. He took care of us in a very proffessional way, listened to our needs and helped us throughout the visit, and even after the visit. We had some problems with booking refund, but Rafa made sure it went very smooth, one week after we left the hotel.

Price for private parking. I understand that the hotel wants as much income as possible. But for the extra resort feeling, the private parking could have been cheaper.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Facilities were always clean and spacious so didn’t ever feel busy. Breakfast buffet was good with a make your own waffle section! Had room service meals twice and food was good too. Path from hotel to beach was a set of steps which was easy to find. Parking on site and easy to use. Loved having the option of the indoor and outdoor pool space!

TV wasn’t a smart TV so no streaming applications easily available. Bath door was small so lots of water goes outside when showering, meant we had to use towels to mop up some of the water after showering.

The hotel was very modern with nice rooms. The staff were friendly and there was a good atmosphere. It was also very close to the beach.

I messaged before we arrived to ask about their birthday options. I was having a conversation with someone via web chat and then they never responded to any further queries, so ended up having to sort something myself in Budva. I also replied to their message about how we were finding the stay, and explained it was fine apart from the garden pool having lots of empty glasses which hadn't been cleared away. Never received a message back from them about anything, which is a shame as apart from this the stay was great.

I had an amazing experience staying at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful with every request. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location is excellent – close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Breakfast was fresh and varied every day, with something for everyone. What made the stay special was the personal touch and attention to detail from the hotel team. They made me feel at home and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area. THE BEST HOTEL IN BUDVA!!

Ohh it was a lovely experience The staffs are so welcoming especially the ones by the breakfast Breakfast was good The pool ohh loved it And I’m happy they changed my room after I complained that the water wasn’t flowing. Oh yes , there are many shops/ market outside the hotels were you could get stuffs . The hotel also gave me an extra 1 hour when I told the my flight was till 8pm . Lovely I would say

They didn’t have British adapter which was a struggle for us They could have just had it incase people came in from Britain and needed one We had to go outside as far as budva to find
