During our recent trip to Budva, my wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the newly opened Sea Star Hotel, and it was an experience that surpassed all our expectations. Location: Situated right by the Adriatic Sea, the hotel offers stunning views from the balcony for all you Instagram picture posting lovers. And a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunset. Service: The staff at Sea Star Hotel are exceptionally friendly and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The reception staff were always eager to assist with any inquiries, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job of keeping our room in pristine condition throughout our stay. Facilities: The hotel boasts a range of top-notch facilities. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a good variety of local and international dishes, and the breakfast buffet was a delightful start to each day. Plus the Duomo Restarant located downstairs serves delicious Italian food and great selection of wines. Overall Experience: Our stay at the Sea Star Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. The combination of its prime location, luxurious accommodations, and outstanding service made our visit truly memorable. We highly recommend the Sea Star Hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway by the Adriatic Sea.

As a brand new hotel, the Sea Star is still fine-tuning a few details, but this did not detract from our wonderful stay.

New 5* hotel. Large room& bathroom: very clean, great bed and immaculate white bed sheets. Great breakfast, you can order things which are not in the buffet including Espresso, Cappuccino & Tea. Vegan variety is available. Who goes for “food quantity” and not quality will be disappointed! -He can go to All Ultra Inclusive “Geese “Fuagra” Dipping”- somewhere else (you guess where)! Staff very friendly and “going the extra mile” to help. We extended our stay extra night because it’s worthy -location, hotel and hospitality. The morning “Lavazza” espresso -complementary machine and capsules in the room- was fantastic in the balcony looking to the beach and the old city farther. We come diffidently to Sea Star Budva when we will come to the Montenegro beach. The staff brought sun beds and towels for us to the beach-complementary. The Valet parking was helpful. Many special restaurants in the area, If you like the Sea Food, I advise for the "BELLO PORTO" Restaurant, great “Sun Set” dinner. Don’t miss to visit the Old Budva City and Castle. Much good things to write about Sea Star Budva Hotel and Budva City but almost nothing negativ.

An absolutely amazing brand new hotel with oversized rooms and bathrooms, especially for the European standards that we’re accustomed to. Extremely friendly and welcoming hotel staff, always available for all our needs. Spotless clean room with all essentials needed. We had a fantastic dinner at the beach front Italian restaurant, a must visit! Also, their breakfast buffet had various selection of dishes that super exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel and we’ll definitely be back very soon.

The hotel was brand new, everything was clean and tidy even though there was still construction going on around the hotel. The staff were super nice and helpful, especially the breakfast waiter Sergei was super nice to us. The breakfast was really tasty. The view from our room was beautiful.

Not much, but we had a little kitchenette in our room and missed a kettle there. Also the capacity of water heater in our room was a bit small (if you enjoy long showers you will run out of hot water quite quickly). But for us none of these was a big deal.

Last week my family and I stayed in Sea Star Hotel. Where to begin? The hotel was beyond expectations, from the interior to the exceptional staff. When we arrived we were met at the entrance of the hotel where Bellboy helped us with our luggage and walked us to reception. For my family, I have booked a Family Suite, which was more than comfortable. The suite looked even better in person, but the breathtaking part was when we stepped out to balcony, the beauty of the beach, sea and mountains surrounding it were truly out of this world. As this was the first time for us in Montenegro, we consulted the consigner about the places we should visit, and he didn’t disappoint. He organized a one-day excursion for us, which ended back in the hotel's pizzeria. The children loved the restaurant and friendly staff, but also the outside space where they could play. Pizza were amazing, as if we were in Italy!

A wonderful new hotel with excellent renovations and rooms. We had a room on the 12th floor with a great view of the bay. I think the hotel will soon be in high demand. The breakfasts were very tasty (especially the cheesecake and panna cotta), but the selection is still somewhat limited. It would be nice, for example, to have a chef preparing omelets, as is common in most 5-star hotels I've stayed at.

I believe the service is a small issue that definitely needs improvement. The main problem for me was that water was not provided in the room at all, which is something I’ve never encountered in 5-star hotels. We were told to buy it at the bar, which was quite unusual. Additionally, some minor items were missing (such as a bottle opener for beer/wine), but I think these issues can be easily resolved. Once addressed, everything would be perfect!

A lovely hotel. Front desk staff were always smiling and happy to see us. Great buffet breakfast however some of the young staff didn’t look very happy in the mornings!! We ate at the outdoor restaurant and food and staff were great. Make sure you try the gelato shop next door. 10euro taxi drive to the old city and 20euro water taxi back to Budva. The restaurants along the promenade outside the hotel are good. We tried quite a few. The ones furtherest from the hotel seemed to be better and while you’re walking that way make sure you visit the beach just before the tunnel - it was amazing and the bar was even better! Best to swim there first thing in the morning when water is sooo clear you can see the fish and the pink and green rocks. We only swam at the beach out the front of the hotel once as we found better beaches.

The hotel is really nice and brand new, the are some parts of the facility that are not quite yet finished, but it looks really good and comfortable. The hotel is placed right on the first beach line which it makes it wonderful and convenient.

The breakfast is not really good, for a 5 star hotel it really is pity, not really enough variety of fruits or bakery or another things that a five star hotel should have.

This hotel is amazing ! The food was good, and the staff were even better l, they made sure they met every need possible especially, vlado, mina & vukasin! when i come back to Montenegro i will be staying at this hotel again simply because of the service !

the Hotel isn’t completely finished yet as it is still fairly new but it is still amazing with a incredible view from the pool.

Everything, I honestly can't fault anything. Exceptional professional and friendly staff. Prompt service , help, and support . Property was tidy at all times, with Morden facilities, making my stay an unforgettable one . The view from my room was heavenly. The view from the pool, especially at sunset, was magnificent. The beach front was calming , charming, and enchanting. I enjoy chilling early in the morning. Breakfast and the cocktails were also beautiful. I could go on and on . I am grateful to the staff that made my stay one for the books. Special Shout out to Mina especially, to milaja(not sure about the spelling) and the concierge . Looking forward to visiting again
