We stayed as a couple in a room on the 4th floor with a sea view — a beautiful, spacious, and comfortable room. Everything was perfectly clean, and all the hotel staff were very attentive and friendly. Since we arrived from the airport in a rental car, we were provided with a convenient parking spot. As for breakfast — the buffet was quite varied and tasty, offering a wide selection of salads, fruits, cheese and cold cuts, as well as hot dishes. The restaurant manager and the waitstaff were very attentive and helpful. We thank the entire hotel staff for the warm welcome and excellent service. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and acquaintances.

Lazy unreliable girls unresponsive reception staff , who don’t care about guest or keeping up promised 4+ star accommodation standards ( apartments checked out make sure is all clean tidy , supplied with unnecessary toiletries , all air con working properly) don’t just keep giving me a fake cynic smile saying oh nobody complain before that’s why we hasn’t fixed your apartment)

As a family of three we really enjoyed staying here. We arrived very late, but checking in was no problem and very fast. We travelled by car. There is a dedicated parking for guests. Since it is not that large, it was necessary to double park the cars. We could leave the keys of the car at the reception, and they took care of moving cars when someone who was blocked had to leave. The room and bathroom was large and clean. We were on the first floor on the left side. This had the advantage that our balcony was in the shade during the day (temperatures went up to 40C) so the room stayed at nice temperature even when it was very hot (we did not have to use the air-conditioning). The beach can be reached by reserved elevator for hotel guests, so it is really very nearby. It also leads to the restaurant for breakfast, which is located right at the beach-boulevard. Breakfast had very wide selection of things to choose from. Also here the staff was very friendly. On the roof there is a small swimming pool and whirlpool as well as a bar. On the reception level there is a large space with toys where kids can play. We stayed for a week and could definitely have stayed longer.

There is not really anything that was bad about the hotel. We can definitely recommend it!

The room did not have: a soap dispenser, a soap dish, a dishwashing detergent, a knife for cutting vegetables. The shower faucet and drain need to be repaired.

the room had the most beautiful view, and on the rooftop you had a pool and a jacuzzi to enjoy while looking at the incredible Adriatic Sea.

the only problem for me was the fact that housekeeping didn’t fill the toilet paper in the room and at some point my girlfriend had to go to the reception to ask for some.

the hotel rooms with its balconies are just beautifull. The view from the top of the hill down to the Bay is stunning ...Reality is far better than pictures. This is the main reason we have come here again. Pool on the roof is amazing.The stuff is very helpfull. Breakfast is just ordinary, but fully satisfactory. Eating outside is big plus.

Area around the hotel (Rafailoviči, Bečići)is a bit shaby. Restaurants, beaches, promenade are calling for an upgrade. Prices are going up but location sleeps in last century and will have the problem to compete with Croatia if prices will be the same. Especially if traffic and border waitings stays that horrible. 80km from Cavtat to hotel takes more than 3+ hours by car, even if you use ferry!!! Area is living on Russian tourists, who cannot travel easily to EU countries...this will change

Great view to Becici Bay and good location with elevator to the sea shore and promenade. Room was clean and breakfast was very good! The small pool has great view with sun-beds and hot-tab available, which was a good way to relax after a day of traveling. Free parking always had available spots (if not - ask the reception for help), and is a big plus since the area is very busy. Hotel accepts card or cash (some other hotels accept only cash). But above all - the staff was very helpful and professional, and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you!

Wi-Fi was very slow in the rooms but fast at the pool :) Becici is less crowded than Budva and has a relaxed promenade and good restaurants, but also much less night life than Budva. It's great if you look for relaxed atmosphere, and you can drive to Budva if you want the "big city" activities.

The location is perfect, the view is amazing

The service could be better. The housekeeping needs to happen everyday -not just change towels but clean the room and keep fresh cups for tea.

Fabulous view to the beach,spacy rooms and lavish breakfast.Most of the Staff were great and really helpful.There is an external lift that goes directly down to the beach which is amazing.

The parking space is not enough so you have to leave your keys in reception all day and night.I found my car unlocked in the morning.Some of the staff seem to be rude and unsmiling .We were trying to unload our stuff from the car and hotel bus driver was nervous for waiting 2 minutes.The pool at the rooftop is too small and the pool bar as well.This is not clear from the photos in booking.com.

Great location, situated on the stunning seafront of the Rafaelovici area of Budva amongst a great selection of restaurants, cafes and bars and just steps away from the beaches. Rooftop terrace and pool area, including pool bar have stunning views and catch a much-needed breeze in summer. Our room was in modern part of hotel with stunning views over the bay, including the beautiful sunsets. Simple but adequate furnishings and comfy bed, kept clean daily. The beach at Kamenovo is gorgeous, being more sandy/shingle and so easier to get into the sea than some of the other beaches. Great beach bar/restaurant with service to your sunbeds, which cost €15-25 per day for 2 with parasol. Restaurant attached to hotel had excellent quality food, great service and stunning location/views right next to the sea.

Quite a way out from Budva and old town and the traffic in high season makes it pretty expensive to get anywhere. Breakfast at hotel had decent choice but was more aligned to local cuisine.
