Good view from very top 5 th floor terrace

Lazy unreliable girls unresponsive reception staff , who don’t care about guest or keeping up promised 4+ star accommodation standards ( apartments checked out make sure is all clean tidy , supplied with unnecessary toiletries , all air con working properly) don’t just keep giving me a fake cynic smile saying oh nobody complain before that’s why we hasn’t fixed your apartment)

Excellent stay! The magnificent sea view 🌊 is simply captivating. The kitchen is spacious and comfortable 🍽, the beds are incredibly comfortable 🛏, and the linens are always clean 🧺. Everything was superb! Thank you

The room did not have: a soap dispenser, a soap dish, a dishwashing detergent, a knife for cutting vegetables. The shower faucet and drain need to be repaired.

the room had the most beautiful view, and on the rooftop you had a pool and a jacuzzi to enjoy while looking at the incredible Adriatic Sea.

the only problem for me was the fact that housekeeping didn’t fill the toilet paper in the room and at some point my girlfriend had to go to the reception to ask for some.

The location is perfect, the view is amazing

The service could be better. The housekeeping needs to happen everyday -not just change towels but clean the room and keep fresh cups for tea.

Great location, situated on the stunning seafront of the Rafaelovici area of Budva amongst a great selection of restaurants, cafes and bars and just steps away from the beaches. Rooftop terrace and pool area, including pool bar have stunning views and catch a much-needed breeze in summer. Our room was in modern part of hotel with stunning views over the bay, including the beautiful sunsets. Simple but adequate furnishings and comfy bed, kept clean daily. The beach at Kamenovo is gorgeous, being more sandy/shingle and so easier to get into the sea than some of the other beaches. Great beach bar/restaurant with service to your sunbeds, which cost €15-25 per day for 2 with parasol. Restaurant attached to hotel had excellent quality food, great service and stunning location/views right next to the sea.

Quite a way out from Budva and old town and the traffic in high season makes it pretty expensive to get anywhere. Breakfast at hotel had decent choice but was more aligned to local cuisine.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The room has an unprecedented view, is absolutely gorgeous and is a good size. The hotel provided us with a parking space which was very much needed as parking is limited in the area. Most of the staff spoke English and were easy to communicate with.

The room maintenance could have been more consistent. However, the staff were very responsive to our requests of the things that were missing, so it wasn't a big issue.

The view, if you have a sea view room then the stay is worth. The beds are comfy, Location is good but it is out of Budva, so either you take a taxi or rent a car/bike. We rented a bike. Property was easy to find. Staff was good. There is a beach nearby which is easily accessible from the back of hotel. The area is also good to roam around

1. Jacuzzi - It doesn't have warm water, you cannot enjoy the view in cold water, they have locked the system. 2. The staff at the bar on 6th floor doesn't serve good cocktails. and we didn't find them helpful. 3. The room didn't had a working blow dryer, otherwise good.

location was great. Parking lot ok. Pool with bar is great asset. Balcony view. Lot of restaurants around. Small shop just next to the sea entrance to the hotel. Five swallow fellows in the nest above restaurant door. :-) Extraordinary staff. Polite, smiley..if there was a need to fix something, they did. Breakfast tables outdoors..good wifi works outdoors both at pool area and dining/restaurant area cross the street

open showers are ok for large bathrooms..not for this small cabines.All the floor gets wet. Also the sewage from shower was occasionaly smelly. System of 3 different elevators to use seemed to be complicated at first, but I have always reached the destination at the end.

The room was big, clean and very nice. The view from the balcony was perfect,so was the location.

The breakfast not only wasn’t included in the price but it wasn’t available at all even with payment- the restaurant was completely closed. Also the receptionist told us the jacuzzi was not available to use, so i was a little disappointed (at least we had to be informed in advance) - problem with the refrigerator, stopped working in few hours after arrival maybe sth technical - didnt tell the receptionist because they weren’t very good at english so we just ignored it
