Great hotel with an excellent location. Well furnished, modern looking with excellent soundproofing (It is really necessary for me, I have a bad sleep). Amiable staff, super open and kind, especially the restaurant manager. They have allowed early check-in and late check-out, and we also recommend hiring a transfer with them.

There are some details, which is not necessary but would be nice to have. The biggest one, we have stayed on the 4th floor and there was no separation between our terrace and the next room, so your neighbor can easily get to your space. Another thing is that the shower door is not handling all the water and it will split all across your shower room floor. It also would be nice to have some kind of shelf in shower space, which can handle shampoos.

First of all I would I like to thank Angela for her warm welcome and for her assistance during our stay. We had a lovely, clean room. Actually as we were four people we had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room. Our room had a balcony where we could enjoy the beautiful view. We enjoyed breakfast. All the staff were nice and helpful. The hotel didn't have a parking area at its premises but the guests could use another hotel's parking area which is 15 euros a day. The free beach is only 10 min walk from the hotel. On the last day as our plane was early in the morning we requested a lunch box. We had sandwiches and fruit. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Location, facilities and cleanliness were excellent. Staff were absolutely exceptional! Everyone was very friendly, polite, helpful and professional. Food at the restaurant on the ground floor was great and we enjoyed breakfast there every morning although we had lots of food options nearby. The hotel didn’t have a designated part of the beach directly in front, so getting to the beach where we had the lounge chairs & sun umbrellas included in our price, normally took about 5 minutes to get to. It was totally acceptable. The rooms were large, modern and comfortable, with super comfortable bed and pillows. Everything seemed very new and well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the entire hotel was, and especially the rooms. I felt there was a lack of privacy in the bathroom located in the master bedroom. It’s a little weird that only a somewhat frosted glass and a curtain separate the toilet area from the bedroom, but I guess I missed a memo on current modern design. Our bathrooms didn’t have a bathtub, but the shower was amazing with unbelievable water pressure! My family, friends and I really enjoyed our stay and we’re looking forward to returning to Boutique Hotel Shell very soon.

Loved everything about the property.

Everything literally was perfect - clean, new and well designed rooms that correspond the photos, sea view from our room, excellent breakfast (in the sea view terrace!). Thanks to absolutely incredible staff of the hotel - they really went above and beyond for us to feel on a great vacation. The hotel is very well situated - there is beach nearby and there is Kamenovo beach only 5-10 min from the hotel. A lot of good and well priced restaurants.

I was worried that in sea view room it will be quite noisy because of the promenade. On the one hand, it was, on the other hand, our hotel room had an excellent air conditioner and the windows were new, so we just slept with windows closed for some time. So, it didn't bother us at all.

We had a wonderful experience at Boutique Shell Hotel in Budva and would definitely recommend it! The hotel was super clean and cozy, the rooms were nice, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We received beach towels for free, and the hotel also provided us with free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach — something that usually costs 15€ elsewhere. Breakfast was tasty and there was always enough to choose from. The staff was incredibly helpful, always kind and quick to assist us with anything we needed. Now, regarding the very negative review left by another guest — we were actually there and witnessed the entire situation. That review is misleading and unfair. We saw how that woman shouted aggressively at the receptionist and even slammed her hands on the desk. Despite her behavior, the receptionist remained calm, polite, and very professional, and immediately went with her to help solve the issue. The woman was so unpleasant that, honestly, we felt scared of her ourselves. The hotel did everything possible to help, and blaming them in such a harsh way is completely unjustified. Please don’t take her 1/10 rating seriously — it doesn’t reflect the reality of our stay or how the hotel truly treats its guests. We truly enjoyed our time here and we’re grateful for the hospitality. Definitely go and see for yourself — highly recommended!

Angela (front desk staff) deserves a 10/10 rating for exceptional customer service! Friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptional in hospitality. Helped us navigate parking and took care of any issues that came up. The breakfast was diverse and well stocked, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Guests have reciprocity with another property about a 10-minute walk down the beach for towel, umbrella, and beach chairs. This was a quieter part of the beach, and a nice break from the busyness of the location.

The seal on our shower door was missing, so water poured out into the bathroom.

My wife and I had a fantastic first visit to Montenegro. This hotel played a key role in making our stay amazing. The room was great and the shower was incredible. Prompt service by all who work there especially the fantastic lady who cleans the rooms. The two brothers who works at the reception especially Luka was great with us. Luka helped us settle in on day one, showed us the car park and asked about our welfare during our stay. He was very kind and cheerful.

The TV stations could have more options.

The hotel was very nice - modern, with new furniture and good plumbing. The girls at the administration were very accommodating, we arrived early and got a room even before check-in time. There was an opportunity to visit the beach Samsara for free. Very good breakfast.Comfortable beds.

The hotel is located in a place where parking is a big problem during the high season. The hotel has a partnership with a nearby hotel, but driving through the narrow streets between the many cars is not very comfortable. But that was the only problem.

First of all 10 points to all of the staff. We consider them from now on as our friends. There is a chill and relaxed atmosphere in the hotel and among the staff. Varied and very good breakfast with good coffee. The nice view of the beach and the sea enhanced the experience. The hotel has a good and varied menu to choose from and the kitchen serves really good food. Finally, quick and good cleaning of the room. In summary, a very good hotel with an excellent location on the best beach, and above all, with the best staff. Hvala!!

The service was excellent and very friendly. They responded to all requests in detail and their English was great, making conversation easy. The breakfast was fabulous. Instead of a large buffet, they offered a selected mixed platter each day with small variations, which was more than sufficient. The hotel is newly built and extremely close to the beach, with two supermarkets nearby and many great restaurants. The rooms are very well-equipped with air conditioning and excellent furnishings.

It would have been helpful to know beforehand that the TV comes at an extra cost. It would be great if they promoted the beautiful rooftop view and the sauna more. Also, it would be nice if they provided beach towels at the hotel instead of requiring guests to bring their own.
