Cozy, clean, lovely, and well looked after. This place has a homely feel and offers a pretty comfy stay on a budget while being close to the main beaches and sights. The host is very friendly and accommodating. We asked for an earlier check-in, and they provided. We were able to leave our suitcases for a few hours before our bus trip back home. The terrace is almost as large as the room itself. The fridge works well. There's a surprising amount of storage room for such a tiny space. The bathroom is clean and enjoyable. There even was some cutlery, bowls, plates, cups, and a cutting board in the drawer, which helped us with our breakfast. There's also a clothesline to dry your beach wear, and the hosts even allowed us to use their washing machine free of charge. As a cherry on top, the terrace has two chairs and a small table to enjoy your morning coffee. The location is very close to the beaches, the Budva fortress, the biggest shopping center, cafes, and other venues. At the same time, it's on a pretty quite road.

Random cars often park so close to the yard entrance that you can barely squeeze in. The shower cabin leaks a little, which isn't a huge issue since there's a drain, but it's still a bit untidy and we had nothing to clean it up with (we didn't want to bother the host too much.) The water heater is rather small and can barely last a 10-minute shower.

Excellent location for Old town and beaches. Very close to the lovely old town. Main beach, restaurants, bars, bakeries, cafes, shops etc are all very close. Mogren beaches also very close which are lovely. The apartments are very well presented, clean, tidy and look quite newly renovated. We were on a road trip and found this to be perfect for our short stay in Budva.

The location is good..very close to Beach Greco(which I do not recommend because the water is oily and the beach smells bad) and many restaurants. You can walk for 20 minutes and arrive at Mogren Beach. The Old Town is around 10 minutes away. Parking is available in front of the house or if not, the owner will let you park in his yard. There is a very good market at 2 3 minutes away from the property. The room is pretty small but for us it was ok. There is a private bathroom outside the room which they cleaned it every day. The room was also cleaned daily and the towels changed when needed. There is a nice and big terrace where you can serve your breakfast or dry your clothes. We have enjoyed staying for 7 nights there.

Very friendly couple, fixed our apt 3 h before check-in while offering a cup of coffe and a chat! They where also keen on helping if needed. Most comfortable beds in southern Europe so far (usually the beds are like cement, if not in luxury hotel!), great location, very quiet, nice garden, and a big balcony, clean and neat, new towels ever other day.. Basic, but everything you need for simple cooking. AC and wifi. Great if you have no need for luxury and want to manage yourself and avoid hotels.

For us (swedish) everything was expensive, as in: just like in Stockholm, except for beer and wine. Even if I have no complaints at all on the accomodation, it was basic for the price This I blame partly on the Exchange rate (the SEK is low) and partly on exploitation of this fine country. But I kind of knew. Montenegro feels like Greece in the 80s. Too much, too fast.

It was a wonderful hospitality. The owners live in the same apartment so they were able to always take care of us and are extremely extremely helpful. The apartment is very nice, it feels very safe, it is very close to everywhere, beach, etc. and there is parking for us to park our car. It was very clean and they took our garbage and changed our towels every 2 days. There was everything we needed in the apartment.

Location is ideal, close to the old town, beach, and restaurants. The family that owns the place is fantastic and so friendly. Secure parking, great balcony. Highly recommend this very competitively priced stay.

The bathroom is private but next door in the hall. Not an issue for us but worth noting.

The owners were very kind - they waited up until 11pm as our flight was delayed many hours, to let us in. The owner also paid our tourist tax so we didn’t have to go to the tourist office - very helpful as we didn’t know this was necessary ! The room was very clean, and water pressure was to die for, would definitely recommend!

Location was good - short walk to the old town through a peaceful neighbourhood. Sheltered balcony was appreciated, as was the very comfortable and large double bed. The host and her mother were both lovely - in fact on check-out when we were unable to get a taxi in the pouring rain, she kindly drove us to the bus station.

Kitchen was tiny and awkward to use.

We thought the shower was a part of the room. We had a private shower/bathroom but we thought it will be connected to the room and not in the hall. Even though it was used only by us and was with a key.

Self catering. Location was good - pleasant quiet street not far from centre of town and beach. Little tricky to find for the first time. Detailed map/directions would have been useful.
