We had a nice stay at this apartment! The location was perfect—just a short walk from Budva Old Town and the bus station, making it very accessible and easy to explore all the main attractions. The apartment comfortable, with a cozy living area and the balcony. The view from the place is also beautiful. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was essential for us. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and the taxi service. Check-in and check-out were seamless. We are thankful to the host for letting us keep our bags in the room even after checkout. We felt that the apartment offered good value for the price, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The teapot still had leftover tea from the previous guests, so we couldn't use it and the toilet seat wasn't properly cleaned. Rest no issues with the apartment.

I recently stayed in this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The balcony was huge, offering a great view and a perfect spot to unwind. The location of the hotel is superb, just a 10-minute walk to the sea and another 10 minutes to the old town. It made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I have never encountered such genuine hospitality in any other hotel. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay with outstanding service.

One area that could use some improvement is the breakfast. While it was satisfactory, it lacked diversity and was almost the same every day. Including some pastries and a bit more variety would greatly enhance the experience.

This villa is located just a few blocks (6 min walking) from the beach in a calm area which suited us perfect. It is also just a short walk from the bus station if you arrive to Budva by bus. There is a Mega Market close to the apartment (3 min walking) which was one of the best grocery stores we found during our stay in Montenegro. The host Igor was really helpful and friendly (he looks like Tadej Pogacar which is only positive), and arranged a transfer for us going back to the airport. Advice: Don´t trust the public transport system if you have a flight to catch. If you want value for money during your stay in Budva, I would highly recommend this place.

EVERYTHING!!! Absolutely wonderful place, in the enterity of my trips for years I have never found a place with better value for money. The rooms are absolutely clean, there is no noise, the distribution of the rooms is really comfortable, with amazing views in the balcony, close to everything yet in a calm place, they have elevator!!! So if you are travelling with family or big luggage it is ideal, the breakfast is delicious and varied, AC works great and the TV is super modern.The staff is absolutely kind, Igor will be ready to help with anything you need. 10/10.

Close to the beach, city centre, bus station and the old town. Staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast variety was less than expected but tasty. Nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. Great balcony with view.

It would be great to have an opportunity to have breakfast outside. The towel change should be optional, because for us it was not needed every day. Clothe drier could be good for the wet towels and swimming suits.

We got an upgraded rooms. It was clean, well furnished, comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is balanced, 10-15 minutes walk from the old town and the beach enough not to be noisy. Mountain view - stunning. It feels like family business that is taking a good care about customer experience. Perfect value for money.

Breakfast was pretty modest. Lack of fresh fruits and pastries.

We were very pleased with the friendly service. The room, bed and linens were very clean. Even the elderly uncle neighbor helped us for parking. We could go to the center by walking. In this way, we did not need expensive parking lots in the center.

Villa Was very nice, cleaning and changing towels everyday, big balcony. The host Igor was very kind and helpful. There is elevator in this place, which was extremely usefull with big luggage 😉. It's not located in the first line from the beach which was a plus for us. Quiet area. Highly recommended.

great location with everything in reach, short stroll to the beach or main bus station. rooms were very clean and fresh towels every day. having an elevator was a big bonus for lugging our luggage up and down. the owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Everything was great. Location, wonderfull building, cleanness, breakfast, staff, bathroom with hot watter, in the center but quiet place, terrace... our room was small but we know that it is exactlly like it is described. Whole villa is wonderfull, clean inside and ouside. My only suggestion is to make mosquito net ("komarnik" in Montenegrin) on the door of terrace.
