Nice and relatively new hotel, pretty spacious, clean rooms with cute balconies, good shower. Breakfast is tasty, restaurant downstairs is wonderful, very popular place, delicious food, we liked it a lot. Also was nice to have the underground parking, although it was a little bit small. Remember to make sure that you have booked the parking lot in advance, they can forget. 10-15 walking from old city, bakery and market near to the hotel

The WiFi signal is weak, room in the end of the corridor doesn’t have WiFi at all. Ladies at the reception are kinda rude and not that helpful

Great location you can walk to the Old Town and seaside. Room was so clean and staff was so helpful. There was a lot of options in breakfast, and everything was so delicious.

Car parking is a big problem in Budva. You have to pay 15 euro per day for hotel's parking space. You are lucky if you find an empty space in front of the hotel. Don't park at the crossing street, car spotter took our car and we paid 108 euro. :( We couldn't use hamam and sauna, it was closed because of the electricity problem.

The place was very clean, the breakfast was varied, the staff was nice except for the girls at the reception who were not nice. There was no wifi in the rooms, they tried to fix it after several requests from us, without success. The location was excellent, the hotel restaurant is excellent.

The room was small for three people, there was no wifi in the rooms, there was no electric kettle or coffee maker in the room. The girls at the reception were not very nice.

We enjoy the breakfast most for me simple but everyday There’s different small things are new😊. Ala carte menu we really enjoy and ofcourse the place.

Shower room need to update the room for shower room, and some of the corner need to check because there’s some mold need to deep cleaning. And mostly first day we check in and the reception desk in that duty is having sour face. Long hair and black hair. Everytime we saw in her duty she’s sour face everytime she look us. I dont think she’s fit working in reception desk for welcoming guest. I know these because i Work in hotel too. That’s my observation and family enjoyed everything and thank your for helping us for last 2 days because my daugter got sick. Most people in hotel are great, food and drinks too. We very sure were coming back again. Thank you😊

The hotel and staff were great! We'll definitely be back. For dinner, I had the duck and it was the best ever! And it is a big plus that they allow dogs. The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. The room was clean, light, airy, and large enough. The location was good, within walking distance to Old Town, shopping, other restaurants, and the beach, but not noisy and overcrowded.

The only negatives were minor and wouldn't affect my decision to book again. Unfortunately, the decision was made to drain the pool given that it is October. However, the weather was warm and I'd have liked to have gone swimming. Perhaps next year weather can play a part in when the pool is drained? They have a good selection of spa services, including chiropractic adjustments and acupuncture, along with a variety of massages at reasonable prices. But it's a shame that the types of services and prices aren't on the website. I would have planned and booked something had I known more than simply that they have a spa and spa services.

This Hotel is perfect place for families.It has everything you need in one place.The hotels breakfast is really nice.Also the restaurant that is a part of the hotel has really good food and very nice staff. Always clean, staff very friendly and especially friendly with kids as babies. 10/10. We will visit again for sure.

Parking is bit tricky but the staff is willing to help at any time.

The hotel is very clean and it has a cafe where a lot of people from the city come every day The staff was polite and helpful. We had breakfast included and it was very nice: eggs, vegetables, pastry, snacks, sausages, very good coffee. It would be great if porrage was served more often. We used a laundry service, which was quite fast. There is a spa: sauna, hamam and massage (booking in advance,)

There is no iron in the room, nor can you iron somewhere in the laundry room. If you need to iron/steam a t shirt, you need to call and give away and wait. This is a bit complicated and you expect it to be more fast, like making a room where you can steam, would be great. The street is very busy and loud at night. But this is not the hotel's fault

The structure was modern, very well equipped, everything was extremely clean and in order, nothing missing. The stuff was pretty helpful with everything. Asked for a special request in the room in advance and stuff made it possible in the best possible way.

The only thing which was not as described would be the bathtub, in the Junior Suite description it was written as a bath spa (which means water circulation/jacuzzi) , not just a simple bathtub.

Fantastic stay, everything was excellent. Great location, spoiler in Budva you do not need a beach front hotel, as there are so many places to go on a boat to or to walk to, Sveti Nikola, Mogren, Jaz etc.

The SPA is tiny.

Very nice hotel, good beds, bathroom clean and modern. Very good staff, excellent welcome, food excellent. Good choice at breakfast.

The spa wasn't available to us, it was disappointing given that we were advised by reception just to ask 1 hour before hand so they could switch it on. It was unclear why, one said it was faulty but the staff in the spa said no one had instructed them to start it up.
