It is family-owned hotel managed by the owners. They made everything to make our stay comfortable. It is new building, just opened. Excellent breakfast with wide selection of cold cuts, cheese, homemade jams and kajmak. Hotel owners bake fresh cookies every day. Good location and walking distance to all directions.

Wonderful, nice designed, good furnished cozy hotel. Clean and modern . Very comfy beds and pillows, nice view from the balcony. So welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. They made for us check-in 2 hours before check-in time. Breakfast has not so big choice but was always tasty with local food and home made pastries and cakes ( which were absolutely wonderful), they add something new every day. Good wifi. Free parking in front of the hotel. Location is not so close to the beach and old town ( approximately 15 mins walking ), but instead you have quiet area around hotel, far from beach bars, loud music and tourists and good panoramic view since the hotel little bit upper. Really enjoyed time spent there.

Can't say that this is a big problem, but cleaning and towel change is only once in 3 days, other days just a small make up of the room. And it will be great to have some coffee and sugar and spoon in the room and not only 2 bags of tea.

Available parking near the hotel. The room is clean and enough space for family of 4, there is electric kettle. Good wifi connection. Every day we had delicious breakfast! There is Mega shopping mall 7 minutes by walk. The sea is about 15-17 minutes of walking. The hotel is small, quite and cosy. In our room there was a balcony with chairs and table :)

Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, nice and helpful host. Everything is new and fresh. Close to the see, the Old Town and bus station.

Not so easy to find. I suggest to ask for directions before arrival just to not loose the time and start to enjoy Budva as soon as possible:)

First of all, we booked our stay for my girlfriend's birthday, and let me tell you, they really did their best. I contacted them in advance to ask if we could arrange a pleasant surprise for her, and nothing was too much. They decorated the room with balloons, rose petals and even made a special cake just for her, OFCOURSE her birthday was already made because of the hospitality the owners and staff give you. Furthermore, the breakfast was always great, location is close to the beach so u can just take go for a swim whenever you feel like. Also there are plenty of things to do and see in the neighbourhood.

Very nice family run hotel close to center of Budva. Free parking is provided for guests and rooms are spotless clean. Breakfast is very good and includes homemade cakes. Owners are very friendly and helpfull.

I strongly recommend this fantastic hotel to everyone! It is modern and beautiful, managed by hospitable family, warm and cozy. We felt very welcomed there on our honeymoon :)

No disadvantages.

It's family business and every person working there is trying to do their best to make every guest happy. Rooms are new and really clean, all the hotel smells good. Breakfast was good. Parking is free of charge. Location is good too, around 10 mins to the center.

Very friendly and helpful owners, delicious breakfast with home made pastries. Convenient location close to bus station, beach and old town.

Everyhing was perfect, quite new hotel, excelent service, fabulous breakfast , just a couple of minutes walk from the cost riviera
