Location, Adriatic Sea, the hotel and the staff Very good breakfast. If you looking for the good sea beach I highly recommend Smocovica beach bar , 5-7 min from Perast ( Chipper and with good infastracure)

Absence of parking slots. From May 01 till end of September all Perast it’s pedestrian zone and parking is outside on sides of the road. Each time as you want to leave or to come to Perast you need to ask transfer with club car from the administration of the hotel. Basically it’s not a problem because the staff response time is very high.

Location was perfect for our stay. The staff was very lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed the room and breakfast with a view. We didn't regret staying there instead of Kotor. The Hotel is really well located within the town and it is easy to walk everywhere, enjoy a view on Our Lady of the Rock.

Access is not very practical. There are no parking on site. You have to park at the entrance of the town but it is very limited and can be crowded. On the South parking all the spots are "privatised" by another Hotel and their staff are super rude and will shout at out if you try to park somewhere. On the north parking it is all booked by boat tour people. We stayed patient and waited for someone to leave in order to park overnight. You have to call the hotel who then meet you at the city entrance gate with a golf cart and drive you to the hotel.

In my opinion, the main feature of this hotel is the amazing window view of Kotor Bay. The villa itself is beautiful too, and very authentic.

The size of the bathroom is unexpectedly too small, plus its door opens inside and it is very inconvenient to enter inside the bathroom and close the door after. My main disappointment was the look and feel of the room though. The reason is that the room photos presented on booking.com are interior design renders. I noticed that before my trip, but it made me think the hotel interior would be very fresh. In reality, the room looked similar to the rendered image, but the ceilings (especially in the bathroom) needed refurbishment. The breakfast was average, but one day there was a coffee machine problem, and no alternative solution was provided.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, especially given the good balance between price and quality. We didn’t have high expectations, but overall, it exceeded them. The breakfast was enjoyable, offering a standard selection with a lovely view, making mornings quite pleasant. The room, while not very spacious, offered a beautiful view that made our stay more enjoyable experience.

However, it’s worth noting that the room service could use some improvement. During our four-day stay, the sheets weren’t changed, and the rubbish bin was only emptied once. Additionally, if you need anything, you have to go to the reception, as there is no in-room phone service. We did notice a bit of mold in the bathroom corner, which could be improved. However, considering it was the end of the season, it’s understandable that the hotel may have been short-staffed. Overall, this hotel provides good value for the price, with some areas for improvement. With a bit more attention to room upkeep, it could be an even better

This place is amazing, very cozy, very comfortable, fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay at Vila Perast. The room was big, very stylish with all necessaries you need, with beautiful view on the sea. Very comfortable bed, clean, beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, staff is very friendly, always ready to help and be there for you for whatever you need, to drive you to the parking, to help you where to go and what to see next, always smiling and in the good moon.

The managing team who run the hotel are very supportive, welcoming and friendly. There are always there if you need any help. I asked for a power adaptor and the receptionist/ manger provided me her own charger straight away which was very kind of her. She was the gem of hotel that was just there to make sure you enjoy your stay there.There is no picture of their breakfast service on their website nor their instagram. However, it was extraordinarily good.

The only think that they should buy for each room is a proper duvet, because at least my room had only one thin blanket which was nice but not enough throughout the night. However, again when I asked them for a thicker blanket, they provided that quickly.

Nice property, amazing location. The staff members especially the recpetionist, Mina and Vasiliyer were very kind and helpful. I loved the breakfast spread. They offered a free gold cart ride to the bus stop

The bathroom was super tiny, there was a wooden mat in the shower stall and tilted to one side everytime you stepped on it, which was risky as you could fall easily. The room didn't have enough plug points (just one) and you needed to move the kettle to the floor to use it.

My stay at Vila Perast was fantastic - and it all started with the warm welcome I received from both Andrijana and Goran! Andrijana went above and beyond to assist me during my stay, provided information on where to go and how to get there, she also kindly helped arrange my transfer for the day I left which was one less thing to worry about. Goran was very friendly and always willing to help, from offering to drop me wherever I needed to go and offering assistance with my luggage, to waiting with me at the gates for my transfer to make sure it came. The hotel itself was fantastic, from its cleanliness and comfort, to its great location! Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, however the standout for me was the outstanding service provided by Andrijana and Goran. I look forward to returning in the future and hopefully experiencing their hospitality once again.

The hotel staff were amazing, so friendly and very welcoming. The rooms are basic but I think it is reflected in the price, the rooms however were very clean and the aircon was very welcome after some very hot days. The breakfast was really good but the flies were all over everything, so something to cover the food would have been nice. The location was outstanding and the view magnificent. The morning coffee out by the sea watching the boats, feeding the fish and watching the world go by each morning was easily the best bit of my day.

Probably wouldn’t book the loft room again as the ceilings are very sloped and low making getting in to bed trickier than usual. However it did add to the charm of the place. It also would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Boutique Perast, and I cannot say enough about the incredible hospitality provided by Boran and Adrijana. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home with their warm smiles and welcoming demeanor. Boran was always ready to assist us with any questions we had about the hotel and local attractions. His knowledge and recommendations significantly enhanced our experience. Adrijana, on the other hand, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing dining suggestions, or simply checking in to see how we were doing, her attentiveness was truly remarkable. The teamwork and genuine care they displayed made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s rare to encounter such dedicated staff, and it definitely contributed to the wonderful memories we made during our time at Villa Boutique Perast. We recommend taking the Sea View room, because it will make the stay more pleasant. Thank you, Boran and Adrijana, for your exceptional service!
