Beautiful setting and views. The staff was very helpful and kind. Delicious breakfast buffet.

The road to walk anywhere is winding dangerous and traffic moves fast. Lack of sidewalks also. However the resort property itself is spectacular! Just be very cautious trying to cross the road to get to restaurants and small grocery store.

- staff wasn’t aware of some things. Due to that, we were having cold shower… - spa only open from 18.00 till 21.00. Short in time. - no rehydration option in spa. - in the bathroom, after cold water shower, everything was complet wet due to a gap unther the glass. - wifi could stronger, felt off often

The apartment was perfect for our family. It was modern and clean and the air con worked perfectly. The kitchenette had everything you could possible need. The gym facilities are absolutely amazing with stunning views overlooking the water and sliding doors that open up to get a nice breeze when you are working (even though a staff member asked me to close them).

The balcony only had two chairs which means the four of us could not sit out together. Several days there were no sun loungers available to use but multiple beds had towels on them but nobody using - maybe the staff could police better as it is a small pool area ;-).

- stunning view from the infinity pool - the pool itself plus the music - literally I just could relax listening the smooth jazzy music (contrary to many places where they put disco music all day) - spacious and very clean apartments - great spa&gym - great service, super nice staff - location: one of the biggest beaches in the Kotor Bay just 500 meters from the apartments, also some great restaurants in walking distance Overall we had a great stay, my kids loved the pool, the view was one of a kind, and great service from the super nice staff. If you go to Kotor Bay, I full recommend Bellezza Resort & Spa as your place to stay!

No cons, really:)

The resort is incredibly picturesque and peaceful, and the staff are fabulous. A special shout out to Sladana (apologies if this is spelt wrong) who was an absolute diamond during our stay. There are a few eateries in walking distance, but we would recommend a car overall. The view from the infinity pool is beautiful.

C block needs refurbishment to get it to 4* standard, so beware if you are booked in here at check in. We have fed this back to the hotel and they were brilliant during our stay, but as advice to other travellers we wanted to note this. The rest of the resort and other rooms are stunning.

We had a lovely stay, everything was prefect from the arrival until check out. The place was really nice, the view is amazing, cozy environment and we really enjoyed it.😍

This is a fantastic resort to stay and relax for a few days. The pool area is relatively big and can accommodate multiple guests, the reception staff is incredibly helpful with suggestions and recommendations in the area. The gym is well equiped for a proper workout, then rooms are super clean and the views are stunning from the rooms. There is a kitchen in the room and a proper fridge if you want to stock up from the supermarket close by and have drinks, snacks on the balcony in the evenitngs.

The restaurant is relatively pricey and does not offer great food options.

I was totally bowled over by the kindness of the staff there. I had a medical emergency with my child and had to take her to hospital. The staff were so caring and lovely to me and my family all the time and made this very stressful experience feel a lot more tolerable. I unfortunately didn't capture everyone's names but I really want to say thanks again for all the support. The cleaning staff were also exceptionally helpful making sure that our bedrooms remained tidy while we dealt with all the sick and chaos. The pool was great and the kids really enjoyed it. The nearby beaches were okay but not as great as the ones to the south.

I only speak for myself as some guests like outdoor music. The outdoor bar area near the pool had music playing all day and the volume was variable. I prefer music to be contained within areas so I don't have to listen to it when retreating to my room for a bit of peace and quiet.

The staff were super nice. Ready to help and answer all questions. Left my purse after breakfast one morning and the gentleman located us to handover. I am always careful so was supervised i left it. And oh the live music, really good. I will recommend and I will revisit

Though towels were changed everyday, we stayed 7 nights and didn’t get a proper clean in the bathroom or living area. Beds and beddings were made and changed once. It might be nothing for others but I’m particular about cleanliness of my surroundings especially in a hotel where you have all sorts coming and going using the facility. That’s just me, someone else might find it ok. Not bad on a whole as we were tidy so kept rooms clean and organised.
