Clean, nice rooms, comfortable bed, wonderful view from the balcony, polite staff.

This accomodation has potential to become a hotel, at this moment it is more of a villa than a real hotel. It has a pool, however no shower. Breakfast offer is rather poor. Room requires minor adjustments for a hotel like experience - e.g. not sufficient towel hangers in the bathroom, no desk nor chairs in the room, no hangers for beachwear at the balcony. These minor adjustments would really make a difference. We felt as if this hotel is still under construction considering room price.

The property is brand new, still a work in progress but an absolute gem! Very clean, safe and super cozy. The staff is the kindest, friendliest and most welcoming we had in a while! We were in awe of their hospitality! I was here with my twin sister for our birthday weekend trip. They welcomed us with loads of rakija, made special breakfast orders to our preference, even prepared a cake for us. I feel like no matter how many words I write it will not be enough to highlight how wonderful this experience has been

The brend new hotel at the great location, just 3 minutes from everything in Rose, offers spacious rooms with balconies, a big terrace with the pool and amazing views to the Boka-Kotor bay.

I did not like the fact that the hotel is not finished yet, with many facilities still missing, and some details reminding the construction site is still open. The hotel does not provide room cleaning service, and neither the towels change. Except friendly hosts, it seems there are no workers, while breakfast is served by two little girls. Although they are very nice, I do not see it very professionally and think this is only possible in Montenegro.

Agape is a newly open,(June 2023) family run hotel. It is sparkling clean, most comfortable and it commands spectacular views of the sea, Herceg Novi and the village of Rose. The dedication and service of each member of staff is superb. It is much more than professional - they really care. If you want to surround yourself by sheer beauty and escape the hectic world we live in this will be the right spot for you.

Breakfast is not expensive, but it should be included in the overall price. Guests would feel they are getting more for their money like that.

The location is a bit far from the airport, about 40 minutes drive, but the view is so worth it. It feels like you’re somewhere in Italy. Very quiet and serene area. The views from the room were amazing. The staff were very welcoming and they assisted me with my luggage. They have good restaurants to eat below the property.

The stairs!! Be prepared to climb lots of stairs. There’s no elevator so you’ll need to be prepared for the stairs But it’s good cause it’s a form of exercise 😂

No tv 📺 in most the rooms, door handles keep coming off and locking me in bathroom so obviously very new and has a snag list, no restaurant? Lots of rooms but only a very limited menu done by the family owners who were great but… it’s a lovely peaceful tranquil space yet they very young children are running free shouting constantly and very noisy and the 100 odd steep steps can’t be avoided as built into cliff side so you must be very fit and active to stay here and be very careful as very steep but a great place in general but lacks professional quality with regard to screaming kids of owners family etc etc not what you want to hear when enjoying your drinks on the terrace

The views are gorgeous and the pool area is lovely.

No loo roll holder, No tv, No extra pillows - just one each, No tea/coffee or mugs or anywhere to plug kettle in Exposed materials - not finished building No shower curtain- making the floor extremely sloppy, No bath like it states Can hear into the corridor very clearly, noisy in the morning No cleaning services during stay Very unfinished. They should point this out before you book as our room wasn’t even complete. No hand rail for most of the steps and some were very unsafe - big drop. 151 steps to reception - no signs to place so you have no idea which stairs to go up. 187 to first floor where. I know this isn’t their fault but they should point it out in booking

OMG... This hotel is just amazing... All rooms have a best view ever on Boka bay and Rose village. Its just perfect.You will get peacefull morning on the terrace without morning sun till 2pm when you can enjoy... Rooms are big and very clean and cozy.Everything is brand new. Stuff was also amazing.They are welcoming you on the reception with local recommendation where to go and what is important for Rose and most charming is that they are offering local "šljivovica" as a welcome drink. Really nice feeling.

I sow that someone had complaint about unpleasant smell from suidge system.Well,can happen from time to time but you need to know where you are coming,its not hotels problem, entire area is like that.So,just let fan in the bathroom to work and all will be fine.
