This is a luxury place in Montenegro. The apartment is huge. Walking distance (just a few steps) to anything needs - some shops, coffee place, restaurant, etc. Nearly everything was great (staff, rooms, bathrooms, etc.). There was a washing machine with the dryer in the apartment (with required chemicals), so we were able to do proper washing. Parking in the roofed area - very good. The apartment is quite expensive, but really luxury.

The smell of cigarettes was killing us as our apartment was located just above the restaurants. The breakfast is located a walking distance (but not directly close to the apartment) what can be considered a bit bothersome for some people. The whole area is new really filled with the concrete (Concretemania), so we were lacking trees, grass, etc.

Quality of breakfast was excellent eg detox juice/freshly squeezed OJ, barista coffee and freshly cooked omelettes/eggs. Staff were really good and very much wanted everything to be perfect. Well done. It was nice to have a coastal walk outside the resort for walks, drinks and food if necessary although quality of the resort restaurants was so good we never tried them. Quality of the one bedroom apartment was fantastic. Big thank you for the celebratory cake for our wedding anniversary. Nice touch.

Better information on tours available from the local area but walking distance from the resort. Only offered exorbitantly priced private motor boat tours. Also better information on local hikes in the area. Gym should have done mats for completing floor activities.

Very nice and quiet place in the heart of Boka Kotorska. Here you have everything you need and everything within reach. Beautiful beaches, various restaurants at fair prices, cafes, beach clubs, parks and sports facilities (I used the gym and played tennis every day. On the tennis courts, Arsen is the man to ask for. Very professional and nice!). Not to mention the many stores, kiosks and boutiques. The apartments are large, yet comfortable and well equipped. The cleaning staff does a great job and the front desk team is very helpful (especially Nino Jovanovic is a pro - there are no problems, only solutions!). If you connect with the team via WhatsApp, they are there for you 24/7 - great. Buggies are available anytime and for various reasons - just text them and they come. Transportation to and from the airport in Tivat is top notch (black limo, very clean), and the driver (Stevan) is a pro at what he does. Portonovi has its own boats that can be rented to explore the hidden caves, beaches and bays. If you are looking for a quality vacation, Portonovi is for you!

The beds are a bit too soft for my taste and the fridge could be refilled with water every day. The beach club menu lacks burata with cherry tomatoes and beef tagliata with arugula ;-)

Everything, the Road from TIV Airport to the Resort, especially the experience of travelling across the Sea by a Barge, the Reception (Jelka Luilan + other wonderful Staffs), the Rivera Concept of the Resort. Our room was a Penthouse # 1 MC5. It has an amazing view. It has 3 spacious rooms + Kitchenette + Laundry + mixed TV channels. The resort has a bank, a variety of restaurants, full retails, Gym, Swimming Pool. The most important point is that Portonovi Resort is accompanying with the Garden Village and One & Only Resort. All benefits from all features and facilities. Adriatic Boat Agent (Anja and Irina) were stars. They manage to show us all marvels and sceneries of the Adriatic. Everyone was helpful and attended ( Mani + Other great staff all around the Resort).

There is no Western Union. The security of the last Potton (J, not sure) is so rude. Swimming Pool is small, but one still can go use One & Only Swimming Pools.

Apartment, landscape.

Beach is too small for this size of resort and there is only one. Resort should have minimum 3-4 beaches and free boat service (i.e. Lustica). There is no kids club, indoor playgrounds or anything similar for young kids. Food in restaurants within resort should be much better. Breakfast is serving outside without umbrellas on 35 degrees.

Like it. The location is beautiful and the view is lovely. Big thanks to the team, and best wishes to the Perla restaurant staff who made a good start of days. Respect that you speak multiple languages.

The apartment needs tiny fixes and minor set ups. And the guards are a little tough.. no offense :)

breakfast great a bit far but still fine. great food. lovely to walk there and easy to find. great service and friendly people. i loved the food and the place.

i could not find the hotel easily. put a sign, better visual, and worst part is the exit. put something on the lift. on the metal fire door.

Staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. The property was spacious and very clean, the amenities were superb! Beach was clean and comfortable!

Nothing I didn’t like. Would just suggest a rethink of the pillows. They were huge and very uncomfortable and left me with a very stiff neck!!

Resort and accomodation is very grand!

Its a bit secluded away from the heart of Herceg Novi. I also didn't like the restriction on which pool you could use etc. There are lots of pools but only accessibke to certain presincts/apartmenrs so you couldbt really wander from 1 to another.

Fantastic resort, safe, clean, lots of places to eat and drink, helpful staff. Excellent airport transfer.

We visited at the end of the season (october) so it ws very quiet.
