Every aspect of this hotel is superb. It’s located on a quiet area of a beach with its own area offering free towels, sun beds and parasols. There is a promenade running miles next to the beach with bars and restaurants a short walk away if you want them. The hotel is spotlessly clean and smells divine. Our room was large with a comfortable bed, outstanding views and welcome air conditioning. The maids did a first class job of cleaning it every day. The receptionists are helpful, efficient, friendly and the best I’ve ever come across. We paid for half board and both breakfast and dinner had a huge choice of food - I’m vegetarian and both my husband, a meat eater, and I had a good choice every day. Food and crockery were restocked constantly by ample staff and tables were waited on by first class waiters. The thing that really stuck out for me was how every member of staff was just so good. They all went over and above every day whilst appearing happy to do so. Parking is available on site at a cost of €10 per day. The infinity swimming pool was again spotlessly clean and a delight to be in when the sun was beating down. Drinks can be ordered from your sun bed around the pool or on the beach. This is easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in with the best staff I’ve ever encountered.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel but I should mention the restaurant as it may be a consideration for families. There is a fabulous restaurant seating area overlooking the sea where you can eat your food whilst enjoying the view. The promenade cuts between this area and the hotel restaurant itself and although not many, cars and vans can drive along for access and deliveries. This didn’t affect us at all but if you are travelling with children you would need to be alert to ensure they didn’t run straight across.

We stayed from June 18-26 and loved it there! It was exceptional clean, stuff was very friendly and everyone speaks English pretty well. Food was delicious and had great variety. We will definitely go again. Met some nice people and formed wonderful friendships. Special thanks to manager Zana, she was so helpful and wonderful. Beautiful person inside and out, and great at her job! I am looking forward to go there again hopefully next year!

There is nothing we didn't like. They definitely went above and beyond to serve as well in any way. We honestly didn't expect it to be so nice. We went to Montenegro many times, but this was best time ever.

The location of the place, cleanliness, beach area and the pool are excellent. It is just 15 minute walk to the old town.

Found the staff very abrupt and food hygiene even worse. Watching someone blow their nose on their handkerchief and then wipe their hands on their jeans and continue to make omelettes was not pleasant. Breakfast really poor, coffee even worse. 3 of our group were ill after eating fruit here (the only common denominator) I would stay again, but skip the breakfast.

So at the beginning of our stay, we did not get a welcome drink. We got a much better welcome. The hotel surprised us and offered a free room upgrade and we got a beautiful apartment with a sea view. The apartment was fabulous, with modern equipment and furniture, air-conditioning and all facilities somebody can need during their stay. The food served for breakfast and dinner was very good, with a huge diversity of various fish and meat choices, as well as bakery products, vegetables, salads, fruits, and local products. Montenegro traditional food was represented during each meal which was very good for me because I enjoy their prosciutto and chees. The additional benefit is that dining is outside next to the beach and you can get a table with an exceptional view. The private beach is "somehow urbanized" just the concrete platform in the sea, but if you prefer a more natural beach it is available nearby. The staff was very pleasant and responded very quickly on all our requests. Free parking is available and it is a huge advantage when traveling by car. And it is not all. The hotel has an exceptional location, direct to the Pet Danica promenade. You can take long walks that were particularly enjoyable in the early morning with a short stop for a coffee in Herceg Novi old city. Just to explain the level of satisfaction with this hotel and our stay I will say that my wife and I discussed that we would like to come again to the same place for a summer holiday for the first time in our life. And we have experience of more than 40 summer holidays together.

I had a problem with reaching the hotel by car on my arrival. Everything was solved by one phone call to the Reception desk of the hotel.

The hotel was splendid. It's situated in a peaceful area, outside city center (20 minute coastline walk to the center). It has a private beach with deck chairs and umbrellas with bar service (you also get beach towels provided by the hotel). Hotel has a private outdoor pool and finnish sauna. You can also request a massage. The restaurant has a diverse food offer, everything we tried was tasty. The room is equipped with all needed amenities (shampoos, bathrobes, towels, slippers, minibar, tea, coffee, kettle, A/C, TV...). We had a sea view room and the view was amazing. Staff is really welcoming and kind, they surprised my partner with a birthday cake as well! The whole stay was pleasant and we would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

It was a wonderful stay! We had a super room with 2 balconies with a brieth-taken view 🤩 The food was very good too - nice buffet in the evening and in the morning and very nice à la carte restaurant for the lunch. Vida, Zana, Jovana and Janko were the best! Very attentive, always ready to help! Thank you very much! 🙏

Great food and plenty of variety staff friendly and very helpful. Location was good and lovely walk along the sea front.

Great location with a lovely sea view and its own beach. A bit away from the city center = no noise, not crowded.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and all the staff were really friendly including reception and the waiting staff. The cleaners were super and also very friendly. We heard very mixed reviews of the food but we thought it was excellent value and good quality.

Exceptional is the service, professionalism and friendliness at the same time -it is related to all waiters and receptionists. I did not see it in many places in the world. Thank you, I will come again and recommending you already to all people I am talking with.

I think the space for the beach is a bit too basic. Concrete is a bit to gray (dark) so I guess a good exterior designer can make it more sophisticated with the addition of pots with flowers (or any other ideas but I miss colors there).
