No big issues, everything as expected. Spacious room and very nice shower. Breakfasts are about what you'd expect at other hotels. Handy pool on the roof.

Unpleasant smells in the kitchen drawers and cupboards. Small parking lot leading into a very busy street. Some waiters seemed very annoyed with their job, but nothing personal. The hotel is plagued by pidgeons that leave feces on the balconies and on the roof loungers.

People working at the reception were very receptive with our needs and restaurant personnel were helpful and nice. We had bathrobes in the room, the towels were changed every day, the room and the bathroom were cleaned every morning.

At night, you can't open the window because from the outside entered a bad smell, like sewage.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff excellent. The spa was terrible first you there was no staff working when I had asked for a massage. Finally they have someone come in and she was the worst I have ever experienced. She had no knowledge on how to give this treatment.

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay 65 euro for someone who was un qualified to give a spa treatment. Who answers their phone and talks to their spouse in the middle to a treatment. or shows up late and ends without doing half of the treatment. so disappointed

Very polite and welcoming staff. Good breakfast. Rooms are very clean, recently renovated, so everything looks new. We appreciated the possiblity to leave our luggages after we check out, so before leaving for the airpot we had a nice sightseeing around.

It seems that it is allowed to smoke inside, because there was quite a strong smell in the room.

Very friendly and helpful staff, ample breakfast and good location. The room was small, but well appointed. Little balcony overlooks the marina and the sea. 4th floor has a nice area with sofas and umbrellas if you need to wait for the check-in or after the checkout.

The elevator wasn't working around check-in and check-out time. Though the staff helped us with the bags. The spa area is large, but sauna is very weak and the hammam is steamy and cold.

Very friendly staff, clean, comfortable. Breakfast is satisfying with limited choices, but still OK. Nice interior, wellness center with an attractive offer. It is about a 30-minute walk to the old city, mainly over the seaside promenade. It is a nice old town easy to discover by walk. After the promenade walk and discovering the old city, it is worth using a taxi back to the hotel. Taxis are located at the bus terminal.

Close to the main road with much traffic and risky to cross, despite many polite drivers.

Food was best. Top floor pool was nice. Jacuzzi shower was nice. Hotel building beautiful.

Lift was not working. One person was repairing, he left the door open and no one was guarding. Risk of people falling into the open lift shaft especially with children around. Always two persons should be present when repairing lift. Rooms overpriced. Food reasonably priced & great.

Great place, short stroll to the beach and some nice restaurants/bars. The staff were all fantastic and friendly, fresh towels in the room every day rooms are good size and a balcony to enjoy morning cuppa. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold food. And a lovely area to eat and have a drink. The roof terrace is also a nice place to relax.

While driving on the road, I had to quickly look at the booking app and make a reservation. It was a great hotel. It is a very affordable and high quality hotel. The view is wonderful. Breakfast was also very enjoyable. You can choose it with confidence as a family.

The parking area can accommodate a limited number of vehicles and you are asked to hand over the keys. We parked on the opposite sidewalk. Since the hotel is on the roadside, if you prefer the view, you will have to endure road noise. It's not a very trafficked road, I wasn't disturbed at all.

The hotel was a true delight, with friendly and professional staff. The accommodation was comfortable. The breakfast was escpecially delicious. Although I didn't use the spa and other extra services, the overall experience was incredibly positive, and I would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
