The apartment was well appointed and well equipped.

There was a lot of construction activity and noise starting early in the morning. There was some drilling going on in the building until 7pm, which caused the whole apartment to reverberate.

The location was great. They have construction next door but with the windows and shutters closed, it was fine. I also travel with earplugs so did not notice it at all. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the beach (fine down, steep back towards the hotel). The beaches to the right have shallow water, but there are lots of beaches to the left on the way towards Herceg Novi. There is also a grocery store 5 minutes' walk to the left. The staff was very nice. The room was large with nice-sized closets, very clean, and well appointed. Most important, and what I look for in all my travels: the bed was wildly comfortable!

They had just completed renovation on my room and had not put up the shutters in the living room yet. This would have been fine if the bedroom door were closed, but the only air conditioning was in the living room, so I had to sleep with the door open. Close to solstice, the sun started rising around 5:30...which meant I was wide awake by 6-6:30. I talked with the front office about this and they said they were planning on replacing it soon. The parking garage was a nice touch but I do not think it will have enough spots when the place is fully booked in July and August because it was already pretty full (and with a few people who took more than one spot because they could not fit their cars into the tight spots).

Super comfortable spacious apartment, nice interior design. Very convenient living room, spacious bedrooms, beds are very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Underground parking with elevator, Friendly personnel. Access to the beach is OK but you have to take into account that climbing back to the apartments may be tiring on the day heat. Cute frogs' songs heard on the balcony in the evening :)

Construction works near the hotel (only daytime and did not bother us). Just couple minor notes for the stuff to pay attention for: The drain in one of the showers was clogged (but friendly personnel gave us a plunger :)) Jalousie on the balcony window need repair.

The hotel is a great place for a family, 5 mins away from the beach. We stayed there 5 nights in a single bedroom apartment, which is enough for 2 adults and 2 small children. Everything was as advertised - garage spot, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable double bed, pull out sofa bed. The staff was super kind and polite, gladly there for any requests we had. I'm definitely rebooking this place for my next visit.

There is a Main bus station construction site right next to the hotel, so at times it would get noisy and dusty, but that didn't really affect much the quality of our stay.

We arrived in our car and the great thing was that on the ground floor was a parking lot with a lift. We could take our luggage and easily reach our apartment on the 4th floor through the lift. The accommodation was very clean, from the balcony we had a stunning view of the sea, and although the hotel lies just next to the main road once you close the windows we had a calm & good sleep in the king-size mattress bed. The kitchen & bathroom had all the equipment that we needed for your basic needs. When we're going to revisit Igalo, then this hotel will be on our top list.

Back office staff and receptionist were professional and very attentive for all requests. The apartment is large, bright, and modern They have private parking and garage and that's very important in city like Herceg Novi

The apartment, especially the bathroom, could be cleaner. The construction site of the Herceg Novi new main bus station is across the apartments building, and they start with driling and other noise at 7am, so if it possible ask for the apartment on the back side ( it's important if you're on vacation)

Except some small out of order things, everything was OK but there were no accessories in the kitchen and no freezer in the fridge. Anyway we managed to fulfill our needs.

The water in the sea and the beaches weren`t clean. Me and my family got intoxication from the water and found ourselves in medic`s room geting parenteral therapy. The streets were always stucked up with a lot of cars on narow streets.

We have no complaints about the hotel. Although we only stayed two nights, they changed the bed linen during the day, which we didn't expect😅. The location is excellent, the staff is friendly. A big plus is that they have garages and the hotel is pet friendly.

Very nice apartment, reception was working fine, parking in the garage, easy access from the main road, the apartment was big and comfortable.

There was some noise from the construction site next to the building, but it was not so dramatic.

Appartement is clean and well furnished, there's a parking within the building which makes it quite convenient

We were given a ground floor appartement, so we couldn't open windows as the windows overlook the passage to the reception, when we asked to replace it, they declined
