Tatyana welcomed us during a storm, with umbrellas and lots of helpful recommendations. The rest of our stay was as sunny as you would hope for during August. Swimming from the amazing breakfast terrace was our highlight.

Our attic suite was full of character, very comfortable and spacious for a family of four. It was at the top of three flights of stairs with no possibility of a lift being installed in the delightful old building. That was the only downside and not really a problem at all.

First of all the friendliness of the stuff. No effort was spaired to let us feel satisfied and relaxed. Breakfast very good. Views are beautiful and the outside area by the lake excellent. The hotel is a small stone house and feels like an old fasioned pension. The location on the west side of the lake was very good - not comecialized, quite and lots of parking space.

We reserved a 2 beds room but it unfortunately was very small so they changed it to a big double. That was nice of them

Marvellous small boutique hotel in a more calm location. Hosts / staff were very kind during our stay and went the extra mile without asking. Private terrace in front of the hotel to sunbath or relax in. Hotel room was small, but with all necessary things for comfy stay, touch of both old and new. Right by the hotel was not yet fully opened private restaurant that the hosts told Galathea visitors about which was absolutely fantastic with great view, chef, staff and of course food. We really enjoyed to spend our honeymoon in this hotel and would come back again if visiting Montenegro. Can highly recommend this hotel.

This is not the hotels fault, but over tourism; Taxi was near impossible to get in August after 8:30AM, so prepare to walk if you stay in worst tourism period.

A wonderfull hotel with a perfect view to the Kotor bay. Highly recommended. We enjoyed every moment, if we ever return to Kotor then only to this hotel. The host Tatiana was stunning, helped us with everything we needed and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The hotel has a very nice pier where they serve a very tasty breakfast and it is also really convenient for those who take a private cruise in Kotor Bay, so the boat comes to pick up from the pier in front of the hotel. Very clean and special rooms. Parking just in front of the hotel. A few meters from the hotel there is a restaurant with delicious food and a stunning view.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Lovely and clean place with furniture that has history, the location is very good, two restaurants are located very close to the hotel, nice and calm zone with sunbeds, views are amazing. The staff is very friendly and positive!

The breakfast was okay but could be a bit better and include sausages/cheese of a better quality/taste. Would also be nice to have some feta or specific local cheese to try. The price for high season is very high, as well as for all the offers in Kotor bay between June-August. Wouldn’t say, that around 600 euros for 2 nights worth that experience, but compared to other offers for same price it was the best one

Myself and my husband decided to stay here for our honeymoon as despite it being 3* the photos made it look beautiful and it seemed to be a perfect location. We made the right decision! This hotel was beautiful, an old building that has been well looked after. The location is amazing, especially if you hire a car (which is very cheap in Montenegro)! The rooms were traditional to Montenegro and beautiful. We had a very comfy bed and the rooms were spotless! The shower was a funny shape, however, did the job and the shower head was very powerful. The terrace at the hotel is stunning. Whether sunbathing or having breakfast it is a beautiful place to be. Breathtaking views! The breakfast was 10/10! Lots to eat, fresh baked cakes, fresh fruit, yogurt and an option to have a cooked breakfast additionally! What more could you want. And the staff were so friendly and so so helpful. They couldn’t do enough for us. They were all amazing. They even helped organise a honeymoon dinner on the terrace with a bouquet of flowers (we did have to pay of course) but they put a lot of effort in and it was a nice touch.

As an English couple we’d have loved a kettle to make tea and coffee, especially as I had a chest infection, however, we understand this is not typical in Europe and we were able to go down to reception and request tea to take to our room at an additional cost.

Very very nice hotel in the Kotor bay - it is a bit away from the busy/super touristy Kotor village, which for us was a big + as the area is quiet and more authentic We love the private beach, and the fact that the hotel provided beach towels. View was amazing and water very clean Breakfast also was great (best we had in Montenegro by far) with very fresh produce Room was spacious and comfortable

Wifi connection not great

From the location, the staff and value for money, there was very littolle that we didn't like. The staff were very attentive, approachable and our rooms were seen to every day. They went to the extra effort in organising a special private dinner for my wife and i in celebration of our recent nuptials. Making the last day of our honeymoon extremely special!

It would of been an added bonus if they had more local knowledge of the activities in the area, instead of having to contact a 3rd party liason to provide what we thought would of been quick to hand reliable information

Charming place on exceptional location with amazing services. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and could be enjoyed with wonderful views of Kotor. Hotel capacity is small what makes the whole experience even more special. A very pleasant experience overall…

Nothing at all.

We had an amazing time in the hotel! Breakfast was perfect and the room was very nice and cosy. The pier with beach chairs has its own vibe, you can jump to the sea from it or use the ladder. The sea was fantastic. And it takes just 10 minutes driving to the Kotor city centre car parks
