The location and the close proximity to all the restaurants where fresh fish was served at the side of the sea. The view from the balcony, which is breathtaking, we watched the cruise ships dock in the bay. We saw dolphins playing in the bay, early one day. The apartment is about a thirty minute walk to Kotor Old Town which is a must see. The fridge and kettle in the room. The air conditioning was very welcome as it was very hot. Plenty of storage space and excellent cleanliness.

Check in was confusing with no details or signs where to go.

Exceptional stay!! I would highly recommend this place. -Unbeatable location: Really close from all the touristic places in the Bay of Kotor. (Perast 15min, Kotor 10min) The apartment is in 2nd sea line so it just takes 2 minutes to get there since there are direct stairs. -Lots of facilities around: Supermarket, Restaurants, Kayak rent, swimming spots... (All of them with wonderful views) -Free parking just in front the apartment. (Although the parking is shared with the restaurant, we found spots everyday) -Very wide balcony with stunning views of the bay. -Clean, big and comfortable apartment. The AC works super good. The shower and WC are clean. -Good communication with the host.

Everything was fantastic and nothing negative. If I had to say something, there were no cutlery and wine-opener in the room, so we had to borrow them from the restaurant. Also, during the busy time of the restaurant, we could smell the grill smoke coming from there when in the balcony.

We stayed for two nights during our road trip around Montenegro. Kotor is easily accessible from this location. We had a car and drove in but the distance is about a 35 minute walk into the Old Town or you can get a bus. The room has what you need, and is a good value in a place where there are lots of expensive accommodations. There was lots to do in the area so we didn't spend much time at the room but did make use of the balcony for breakfast and relaxing in the evening sun and it had the most fantastic view of the bay! This was the highlight of the accommodation for sure! Also 100m walk away you can get in the sea for a swim. The shower is powerful and the bed is comfortable, and there is a Air Con which was needed in the 35+ degree heat. Thank you for a beautiful base for our exploration of Kotor.

We liked everything!

Great accomodation. Everything was clean, the facilities were good, and we were happy to have our own balcony. Also as we were traveling by car, having a big parking right in front of the house was even better. We had the host’s restaurant nearby (just a few steps below) and the sea as well. As for the distance to Kotor’s center, it took us only 40 mins to get there on walk.

Amazing view, great air conditioning and showers with strong WiFi. There’s plenty of local restaurants and it’s a 30 second walk to the sea from your apartment. If you’re arriving from the Kotor bus station, I’d advise walking along the path closest to the sea and not the main rain. Or just a get a taxi

Google maps wasn’t very helpful, I would advise putting Dobrotski Dvori in your navigation and the apartments are next to that restaurant

Nice & clean double room with majestic balcony views. Loved waking up there each morning watching the cruise ships & boats etc passing by the Adriatic sea & mountains 😍 we loved the staff & the food served in the restaurant. The room was excellent and fully complied with what was proposed in the offer. It was new, well furnished, clean and with a beautiful view from the balcony. The possibility of parking the car near the entrance was much appreciated for the convenience of carrying luggage. The proximity of the restaurant, which belongs to the same structure, is another great convenience, especially if you arrive tired in the evening after a long journey. Overall it is an excellent structure equipped with all the comforts that I recommend and where we spent a pleasant break during the trip with my family.

The smell that came from the restaurant at all hours did not allow us to stay on the balcony and to fully enjoy the beautiful view offered from it. Such a pity!

Really nice place to stay near Kotor, everything is near, as well as a few great restaurants. Great view from the balcony. Not a lot of tourists around (in comparison with Kotor) is a huge bonus as Dobrota is really a place mostly for local people to go for vacation. The room is really clean, but quite old. As for me I do not really care as we only slept there.

We got a clean and comfortable room. The location is perfect, enough private free parking, excellent view to the sea. Also, a very tasty restaurant downstairs.

The pillow was very uncomfortable, and the hair dryer was too small and inconvenient to use.
