Goran is a wonderful host and made me feel so at home from the moment I arrived. He also helped me arrange my travel to my next stop. The apartment was great, even nicer than the photos and had everything I needed. I spent a lot of time admiring the view from the large private balcony. The old town is only a 10 minute walk away and there are two supermarkets at the bottom of the hill. I thoroughly recommend Kotor and Apartments Lazarevic.

It would have been nice to have air conditioning in the bedroom as it was very warm at night even in early October. I was very happy with the location, but as it is up a hill with a narrow road it could be challenging for some guests.

Although my stay was cut short by 1 day due to a flight delay, the hosts were very accommodating and helpful in making sure that we could make use of whatever time we had in the apartment. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean and had all the facilities one could think of. The view from the balcony was amazing and the hosts even left some snacks and drinks for us to enjoy. I would greatly recommend this apartment for everyone to stay in if you are in Kotor.

The drive up to the apartment might be a bit challenging if you decide to drive in your own car.

Goran was a great host, picked us up, and dropped us off at the bus station. The apartment is very well presented, very clean with all the amenities you will need, and more. The views are second to none, the balcony with the view was a blessing for sitting and having breakfast or a night drink. Highly recommended.

Although it did not affect us too much, we need to mention the hills up to the apartment might not suit non active people. Specially on hot days, might need transport to get to the apartment.

Had a fabulous view out over the water as the apartment is quite high up. The road up to the apartment is a little tricky to negotiate with a manual car. There are some sharp turns and it is steep in places. However the view does make up for it from the balcony, which has a table and chairs and a couple of deck chairs. Fairly easy to walk down into town, maybe 10 minutes. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a washing machine and clothes dryer, which was very useful to us. Communication with the owner was very easy. Recommend a stay here without question.

The only down side was the shower room, it could be a bit tricky if you were not totally able. The shower sides were quite high to climb into, more like a bath.

Excellent apartment, good location and super nice owner. We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the apartment is a 10 minute walk from the beach and old town of Kotor. Although it's a bit of a steep road, it's actually quite easy to walk because it's such a short distance. If you come by car, a Diesel car is probably easier to climb up the roads. You can also take it to explore places around. The apartment has got everything you need, and was very clean. The view into Kotor Bay s stunning. The owner was super nice and helpful and gave good tips of what to do. It seems that a lot of tourist only spend very little time in Kotor, but for us 5 nights were great. It gave us the freedom to explore the place while also relaxing at the beach for some time. Definitely recommend.

All was good, no negatives.

We loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings with the beautiful view, a playful kitten that visited us, and the sounds of roosters crowing and a donkey braying in the distance. The owner left us a bottle of delicious homemade wine, water, coffee and snacks. It was the perfect place to relax when the town became overly crowded.

The covering on the bed was very small for two people, but not a problem because the weather was warm. I have confidence that the hosts would have brought us another blanket if we would’ve asked for one, as they were responsive and kind.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at Apartments Lazarevic. The views of the bay from the balcony were stunning, the apartment was very clean and spacious and Goran was very accommodating. He is very informative and responsive and nothing is too much trouble. The complimentary beers and snacks on our arrival were a lovely touch and the water dispenser in the room was very much appreciated. Alex fell in love with Margo the donkey, who she fed numerous times a day. Kotor is a beautiful town and we will be returning in the future. Lee & Alex.

This was a gorgeous apartment to stay with very beautiful sunrise and sunset especially views over the bay of kotor. It was within 15 min walk to the sea front promenade and choices of restaurants, and another 5-10 min walk to the old town. Goran was also fantastic in replying quickly to messages before and during the trip, very friendly and helpful, and picked us up from the airport and took us to our next destination in Herceg Novi after our 4 night stay. I highly recommend this place if you are thinking of visiting.

Just be mindful for people who can't walk about easily that Kotor is a hilly town. The great view you get from the apartment is because it is on a higher part of the town with a gradual steep winding road so take a taxi back if you aren't up for walking up after an evening out. It's not hard to walk up and it shouldn't stop you booking the apartment.

The whole apartment was very clean and comfortable and the view is amazing. Goran and his family are amazing and wonderful hosts.

This is my personal feeling only. Reviews have mentioned the hill from town back to the apartment but I didn’t think it would be as bad as it was. I am certainly not as fit as I was (or should be!) and the difficulty to get taxis made it worse but I could not walk back in 40 degree plus temperatures so sometimes had some long waits.

Everything in the apartment was perfect, the view from the balcony was excellent but our favourite part of the stay was our host, Goran. Not only did he pick us up and drop us off from the bus station, he also very kindly provided myself and my partner with freshly picked red grapes which were excellent. Similarly, the actual location of the accommodation was sublime, only a 10 minute walk to the Old Town which proved extremely convenient.
