The accommodation is very well located in the old town. Clean, clean, comfortable. We had two bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen-dining room. We had a great time, thank you for your hospitality!

I was looking for accommodation with parking. The advertisement mentioned free parking, so we assumed that the accommodation had its own parking. On the spot, we found out that the free parking spaces are available to anyone (there are 4 in total), otherwise parking is paid. There is a large car park close to the accommodation, which is easily accessible from the apartment, but obviously the daily fee for this has to be calculated, so it is worth making a reservation for this.

Property is amazing and the host is also super helpful. Yes there’s a bar outside which on the weekend was playing music until around 00:30 but neither of my kids or wife said this was a problem. Parking can be tricky and IMO it’s best to just wait in line for the car park near the property which is 20 euros a day. The compromise of parking and music is well worth it to stay in this great location with a property finished to a high standard.

Parking is tricky and you’ll have to carry your cases through the cobbles, maybe 200 meters but well worth it if you’re able.

We traveled with two adult sons and one daughter-in-law. The apartment was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location inside the city gates. Each of the 2 bedrooms had a great view of historic Kotor. The host was friendly and available for any questions.He warned us ahead of time of the nightlife noise (music and people) but that everything would quiet down at 1:00. We slept comfortably and soundly with the aid of sound machine apps on our phones. The entry door was accessed by a key fob. Parking nearby was $20 per day, but we felt it was worth being able to stay in the walled city.

Apartment is clean, beautiful and spacious. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Location is ideal, right in the Old Town where shops and restaurants can be found. So far its the best apartment we have stayed in our travels, facilities wise.

Since we are 5 pax, they provided an extra bed, which is an improvised one and not comfortable. Half of it, the head part is lower than the other part. I have difficulty in movement and sleeping. There is no chopping board in the kitchen. Thus, preparing food is difficult. At night time, the noise from the clubs and bars below is terrible despite us closing the windows and pulling down the curtains. Our sleep was greatly affected.

The location of the apartment is fantastic. The apartment is very nicely furnished, modern, and has everything you need for a vacation. As soon as you step outside, there are various restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, and pastry shops just a short distance away. Communication with the host was great—he’s willing to help with anything he can and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and transportation. I will definitely choose this accommodation again when I return to Kotor.

Perfect location for exploring Kotor and being able to pop back to the apartment as a base . Apartment was well cared for and AC effective for the size of the apartment. The Apple juice & water on arrival was a welcome bonus & the host very helpful, with good English.

It was close to the outdoor stage that had live music for one of the three nights that we were there until after midnight that made it difficult to sleep.

Great location within Kotor, nice comfortable, spacious apartment. Lively area. Nice Old Winery restaurant while waiting for check-in. Gets loud at night with bar below apartment- bring earplugs. We slept with noise canceling earbuds

Poor WiFi. Property advertised with washing machine but it is communal and limited to one use. Difficult to find parking. No parking within Kotor fort so be prepared to walk on cobblestone path and good distance especially if you have luggage with wheels. Also google maps doesn’t work in Montenegro so get directions ahead of time directly to host recommended parking lot. Beware there is a block on accessing internet sites like google, american sites, and phone numbers outside country. Our rental car was vandalized- they ripped our windshield wipers and mirrors which put a big damper on our stay. It was a whole ordeal to get police report and requires going to court - needless to say not worth the visit

Right in the middle of Old Town, very close to everything and the apartment was fabulously decorated. Very cleas place. We really enjoyed our stay. Also our host was very friendly and helped us organize a boat tour as well.

The Wi-Fi not having a password is a big mistake, everyone around the building using it, people sit on entrance stairs at night and use it so it was very very slow.

Compact, very clean and nicely decorated studio flat. Great location and very helpful staff.

Just a bit hard to find in the dark. Ask for The Old Winery which everyone knows and it is just be across the small street.

Communication with the host was excellent. He was responsive to all of my questions prior to arrival and during my stay. Especially appreciated the security feature, with keys for entry into the building and to the room.

Noise and music from the bars in front of the hotel during night hours were excessively loud. The bars need to be more considerate to hotel guests that are trying to sleep by lowering the volume a bit or turning it off after a certain hour.
