The accommodation is very well located in the old town. Clean, clean, comfortable. We had two bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen-dining room. We had a great time, thank you for your hospitality!

I was looking for accommodation with parking. The advertisement mentioned free parking, so we assumed that the accommodation had its own parking. On the spot, we found out that the free parking spaces are available to anyone (there are 4 in total), otherwise parking is paid. There is a large car park close to the accommodation, which is easily accessible from the apartment, but obviously the daily fee for this has to be calculated, so it is worth making a reservation for this.

We traveled with two adult sons and one daughter-in-law. The apartment was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location inside the city gates. Each of the 2 bedrooms had a great view of historic Kotor. The host was friendly and available for any questions.He warned us ahead of time of the nightlife noise (music and people) but that everything would quiet down at 1:00. We slept comfortably and soundly with the aid of sound machine apps on our phones. The entry door was accessed by a key fob. Parking nearby was $20 per day, but we felt it was worth being able to stay in the walled city.

Apartment is clean, beautiful and spacious. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Location is ideal, right in the Old Town where shops and restaurants can be found. So far its the best apartment we have stayed in our travels, facilities wise.

Since we are 5 pax, they provided an extra bed, which is an improvised one and not comfortable. Half of it, the head part is lower than the other part. I have difficulty in movement and sleeping. There is no chopping board in the kitchen. Thus, preparing food is difficult. At night time, the noise from the clubs and bars below is terrible despite us closing the windows and pulling down the curtains. Our sleep was greatly affected.

Compact, very clean and nicely decorated studio flat. Great location and very helpful staff.

Just a bit hard to find in the dark. Ask for The Old Winery which everyone knows and it is just be across the small street.

Great location within Kotor, nice comfortable, spacious apartment. Lively area. Nice Old Winery restaurant while waiting for check-in. Gets loud at night with bar below apartment- bring earplugs. We slept with noise canceling earbuds

Poor WiFi. Property advertised with washing machine but it is communal and limited to one use. Difficult to find parking. No parking within Kotor fort so be prepared to walk on cobblestone path and good distance especially if you have luggage with wheels. Also google maps doesn’t work in Montenegro so get directions ahead of time directly to host recommended parking lot. Beware there is a block on accessing internet sites like google, american sites, and phone numbers outside country. Our rental car was vandalized- they ripped our windshield wipers and mirrors which put a big damper on our stay. It was a whole ordeal to get police report and requires going to court - needless to say not worth the visit

Communication with the host was excellent. He was responsive to all of my questions prior to arrival and during my stay. Especially appreciated the security feature, with keys for entry into the building and to the room.

Noise and music from the bars in front of the hotel during night hours were excessively loud. The bars need to be more considerate to hotel guests that are trying to sleep by lowering the volume a bit or turning it off after a certain hour.

Beautifully renovated apartment in a historical building with perfect location in the old town Kotor. Two big double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, the other with bathroom opposite corridor, small kitchen/dining area (note there’s no lounge). Very nice and helpful host with good advice on things to do.

Very noisy until late into the night due to a bar but we expected this after seeing other reviews. Trade-off for the location. Take ear plugs.

The location was amazing. Right in the old town. We walked from the bus stop (about 12 minutes)! He showed us everything when we arrived. Provided us with juice and water, which was a bonus. The laundry usage was complimentary if you need it! He provided his number for communication.

Minor things such as: - no glass cover for shower so water gets EVERYWHERE. - nowhere to hang your items or towels. - only 2 toilet paper rolls and no tissues... we had to buy some tissues. - towels were very rough on the skin. - bed was hard for our liking. All this being said, we would stay there again as the good stuff by far outweighs the few things we didn't like!

The location is amazing for one or two day stay, in the old town but a bit tucked away from the bigger and noisier places. Very cute interior yet modern and everything you need! Host was awesome- we even got to check in a bit earlier and there were complementary beverages for us - very nice touch! And huge bed, very good night sleep.

Since it’s an old town apartment- the shower is bit small and have to be careful not to make a pool of water. But that’s sort of a common thing in rental apartments- didn’t bother us that much!

Super clean and comfortable Great location, right in the old town of Kotor. Friendly and informative host, responded quickly to messages and a great introduction to the accommodation. Also allowed us to store our luggage in his establishment after checkout, this was super useful and kind! Apartment was stocked with everything essential, including water and juice on arrival - a nice touch. Plus great air conditioning. We can’t wait to return!
