It was so clean and decorated tastefully. The staff was great special thanks to the lady who was arrange the airport transfer, she was so caring. The communication is great since from the beginning. The location is the best. Common area usage is great, it was quiet and peaceful. We felt so safe because of the hotel.

I've spent five days in Kotor Nest for a double purpose — beside spending my vacation, I needed to get some work done. Kotor Nest was the perfect place for that. It's in the middle of Kotor Old Town. You get out of the door and literally 10 steps away is the next café or restaurant. I had one of these spacious rooms, nicely decorated, wooden floors. Each of the wings of Kotor Nest—I believe there are three wings and one extra apartment—has their own communal kitchen with a shared fridge. I found that very convenient and better than having the kitchen in your own apartment. In the second floor there is also a communal living room which you can use when you want to rest inside for a while. Staff of Kotor Nest is extremely helpful in every respect. As the facilities serve as a co-living and co-working space in spring and fall, the Internet connection is strong and stable.

The room was a bit dark but that is inevitable in a town with narrow alleys.

Location, Location, Location 100m from the main gate to the old town, bars and restaurants within 25m of the front door, We had to check in a little earlier than their stated 14h as we had a boat trip booked, which was not a problem, we called them when we arrived at 13h and they arrived within a couple of minutes, although our room took 20 or so minutes to finalise, it was not an issue as we popped out for a nearby coffee, returning 20 minutes later and our room was ready. The staff were friendly and professional. Lovely room, nice decorated with a comfy bed and cold AC, bathroom was adequate with plentiful hot water. The added extra of shared kitchen & living room facilities on each floor was a bonus we were not expecting, although we only stayed one night, so didn't really get to use it, other than using the wine glasses. nevertheless this is a nice additional facility. We had a good night sleep and the room was nice and quiet, a little noise from the floor above (no more than footsteps) but it is an old building so no more than one would expect. Good value for money in the heart of Kotor old town We would definitely recommend and if we ever return to Kotor would look to stay here again

Water supply frequently changes from hot to cold water, when somebody starts to use it. Not every lamp is working. No place for beach clothes drying or towels (no hangers available), that causes some discomfort

It’s old worldly, great character, everything you could want in the property. Fully stocked kitchen, washing machine, there was an iron you could borrow from reception, you get free tea and coffee, there is even coffee beans for the machine . Shampoo etc.

It’s location, right in centre , you feel like you are living in medieval times, the whole town within the walls is like one big castle. , no cars in the area, the host was fantastic, organised taxi’s for us, explains how to get to several attractions and how to book. Couldn’t have done more.

Deluxe room is a must with private bathroom. We booked the day before and got an immediate response. So helpful and friendly. We were even able to check in early and they were happy to store our luggage if the room hadn’t been ready. Big room with comfy arm chair and desk with chair. Krups bean to cup coffee machine outside the room was fabulous. Communal kitchen with fridge, dining table and tv lounge. Two big flights of stairs up in the building but it was easy. Great location, aircon old but worked well and we were not bothered by the noise. Easy walk to the bus station, supermarket, shopping centre and beach area

The location was great, right in the heart of Kotor, 10 minutes to the beach. The room was really nice and super clean. Staff was helpful and gave lots of recommendations and advice. The opportunity of having extra towels for the beach at no cost was fantastic. We got a little souvenir from the hotel which was so kind from their side. Definitely, great choice.

We stayed at the Kotor Nest for two nights during our visit to Kotor, and overall, it was a lovely experience. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Kotor’s Old Town, making it easy to explore the historic sites, shops, and restaurants. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kotor, especially if you want to be right in the center of everything. It’s perfect for those who enjoy a mix of history, comfort, and convenience.

Charming, stylish, modernised rooms right in the centre of Old Town. A lovely oasis of calm and serenity. Excellent air con, wifi, safe, shutters and kitchen facilities. Very quiet at night. And on top of that, Adrijana and her team are delightful hosts. Highly recommended! Thank you for the extremely helpful parking reservation only 12 min walk away for €5/day. And also for the good advice to visit Zanjice beach.

I must say this was the best stay of my entire 2 weeks trip, and I stayed at very luxurious hotels as well. But what sets Kotor Nest apart is the customer service. The hotel staff are very attentive and they do everything they can, they go above and beyond for their guests’ needs. If I visit Kotor again, I wouldn’t think twice and book my stay at Kotor Nest again. Don’t waste time looking for another place, stay here and thank me later😉
