Excellent central location. It’s near the gate and also near the entrance of the fortress. They have their own restaurant. There are other restaurants just beside them . Big supermarket and bus stop is just a few minutes outside the old town. Clean room Good, simple breakfast Nice,attentive staff. The gentleman I think he is the father and the owner is nice, he even apologized as it’s taking a bit slow during breakfast because the staff came late.

I hope they have bidet in the toilet. I noticed hotels in Kotor they don’t have. The room where we stayed (the attic) doesn’t have an electric kettle. It would be nice if rooms will have so if in case you want to have a midnight tea/ coffee no need to go down given that the room is in attic and there’s no elevator , it’s around 69 steps going up the attic and some part of the stairs are steep without rail. They don’t accept card as payment. I had to withdraw so I can pay in cash.

The reception staff is very friendly. The waiter in the restaurant and the woman in the kitchen are also professional. Although the menu we chose for breakfast included kruassans, the hotel owner said that there were none. I think this is not a pleasant situation at all! Because I The hotel is an ancient building, maybe this building is 600, 700 years old. The hotel is located in the Old City and these places are like a fairy-tale world. Here you feel like in the Middle Ages, in a castle or fortress! The cleanliness and location of the hotel are good!

In my opinion all these negative reviews are a bit over exaggerated. Of course the rooms are a bit tiny, staying in an super old building in a town within a castle and also yes of course there will be music outside in an balcan touristic city center. After all it is the cheapest option with a private room and private bathroom including breakfast, so fit that it's quite fair. So the comparison with any other hotel in terms of price just don't count. Breakfast was very much Ok and lots of different options.

The only real downside is that there is no door at the shower، so there is a little meds afterwards, but at the same time it makes sense to have an open shower because of the limited space.

Location was very good in the old town. Room was very spacious.

The bed was very hard. The shower was good but not sealed under the screen, so water came through to the rest of the bathroom, we always ended up using towels to mop up, resulting in soggy towels every time. Breakfast was OK, but far too many customers smoke, and the staff are on the side of smokers, so we only had one breakfast. We intended to eat there one evening, same thing, soon as you sit down the smokers light up so we left, paying for the bottled water we said we can't stay because of the smoker, the waiter said "it's a free country" apparently only free for smokers...

Located in old town behind Saint . Lucas church is all you need to see and experience in Kotor is walking distance and a picturesque location from town wall and outside and plenty of souvenir shops and restaurants , the staff were super kind and personally made an early breakfast and coffee for us as we had to leave early and helped us with luggage and escorted to north gate , very warm and homely

Can have better and cleaner covers for the sofas

The cosiness and breakfast topped it off staying at this hotel. The hotel is located approximately 10/15 mins walk from bus station, where you go pass the old town wall, cruise ships and into the old town. The room is small but cosy and had hot running water and clean towels/bedsheets. The breakfast was delicious with a few options to choose from. Compliments to the chef - Hvala!

The hotel and room is quiet small and dated but adds to the cosiness of being in an Old Town I guess. The reception staff seem to be very preoccupied, when I checked in, the guy on reception went up to check my room, gave me me room key and left without any further information. I had to ask for breakfast times, WiFi password, etc. When I went up to my room, there was a suitcase with clothes hanging out of it dumped in the corridor...

Great location, good value for money, friendly staff, wonderful restaurant and yummy breakfast made fresh. Best coffee I had too!

Stairs to room a little narrow for me with bad knee, pub/club a street over had loud music till 1am but that is not the hotels fault. Once all shutters and windows closed it isn’t too bad. I would stay here again

Didn’t like the loud noise from bar and restaurant music that went on till after midnight. Windows were not double insulated. Staff was not friendly and never responded to a transportation question before our arrival. Room ambiance is dated. No elevator but was warned on the booking description.

It was affordable and yet nicer. We didn’t have much expectation after reading the reviews at first but later we were pleasantly surprised. The beds were clean and comfy and bathrooms renovated. The location was perfect with awesome restaurants all around. We truely enjoyed our stay with you.

The hot water in tank runs out quickly and takes a long time to heat back up

The staff was extremely hospitable, helpful and friendly. The location was perfect.  We were a family of eight and had three rooms. Even though it was a bit crowded, the space was fine for the eight of us.

The mattresses themselves were comfortable in the rooms. However, the sheets do not fit the beds. We ended up sleeping on the bare mattresses because the sheets wouldn’t stay on because they were too small for the beds. Also, a few of the sheets were stained. They appeared to be clean, but there were stains on them.
