What a perfect small hotel, right in the centre of the old town of Kotor. Couldn't be in a better position. But the very best part of this property are the amazing young ladies that work there. They speak perfect English and go out of their way to be helpful with recommendations. Total credit to the hotel. We had the suite, which was huge and has a balcony over looking a church and the cafes in a square below.

We really loved this place, but a few tiny things to be aware of... 1. There is no walk in shower in the suite just an absolutely huge bath with a shower attachment 2. The balcony isn't wide enough for table and chairs.. although I do think the hotel could fit some on if they tried and it would make all the difference 3. There is a small nightclub next door.. we were lucky that in September it was only operating on one night of our stay as it was rather noisy 4. The TV didn't appear to have any foreign language channels, not even the news channels

Fabulous location in the heart of Old Kotor. Despite reviews, the noise levels were not a problem. The building was historic and very beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful in giving us tips on travel and things to do and see.

Some of the decor was a bit strange, like internal windows from the bathroom. Some fixtures and fittings did not work well, such as the shower head having no wall attachment so had to be hand held. A glass basin looks fun but actually gets quickly dirty with soap scum. Not enough sockets for charging phones etc.

The room is huge, very clean, the staff is very friendly, the place is authentic and the location is in the center of the old city.

Breakfast is basic, there's a hot-tub in the room but no shower, the closest paid parking is 10 minutes walk, free parking is a bit far.

Right in the heart of Kotor old town.. literally steps away from EVERYTHING.. Parking outside the walls was a bot of a pain due to crowds but that wasn;t the hotel's fault.. the room was amazing (we did pay for the best room) and had great views.. if you have heavy luggage, it will be a bit of work to get your luggage into the room as elevators don;t reach all floors.. breakfast was awsome and was made to order.. the staff we met were all very very helpful and amazing..

The staff were really excellent. Friendly and helpful at all times and solved almost any problem we had. The room was comfortable and cool (vital as temperatures were very high). Breakfast was good and on a pleasant terrace.

Room cleaning could have been a bit more thorough. We were there for two weeks and had to ask for a bit more than a basic making of the bed and changing of towels.

Hotel staff was so nice and welcoming. Cleaning services were very good. Also, location of the hotel was in the old town which is very nice. Breakfast was enough and varied. So, to be honest, I believe that you will be absolutely satisfied with the services of the hotel.

The only thing worth mentioning is that the bell sound near the hotel might wake you up early in the morning.

Excellent location, beautiful room, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff.

Hot water didn’t always work, especially early in the mornings, so had to have cold showers twice. Breakfast was okay, but not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. No full length mirrors meant dressing for the evening was a bit trickier than it needed to be.

Right in the centre with great restaurants all around you, professional friendly staff

Ours was room 11 an attic room - not a room if your 6ft plus - also the furniture looks very regal however of no use to relax on, suggest they should have a sofa and chair - much better after walking around in all the heat, bathroom is stunning, but not practical, they have a big corner bath with jacuzzi, and shower head over the top - be better to just have a wet room walk in shower , just our opinion

Our room was well appointed for the 3 of us with plenty of room. The breakfast was fine - although the service could have been more attentive to match the front desk service which was very friendly and helpful.

The cold water in the shower - unfortunately the hotel experienced a boiler issue during our 1 night stay - but they were working hard to resolve the issue.

Wonderful stay with husband and four friends. Nina at the front desk was exceptional -- sweet, helpful, went above and beyond. Lovely rooms with lovely original features like wood beams in the ceiling, exposed brick niches, etc., yet it was also updated in the best ways. Relatively large shower (for Europe), Pretty outdoor terrace. Fantastic location in the heart of Old Town.

It would be more romantic if they changed the lightbulbs from bright "Daylight" to the "Soft Warm" kind.
