stayed for 4 nights. everything was very good. the beds are comfortable, the internet is stable, hot water in the shower. The restaurants under the window are almost inaudible and close at 12, then silence. Breakfast has a good selection, tea and coffee are free. The hotel is very quiet, only the air conditioner in the room was noisy. but it’s not really needed, it’s not hot in the room. cleaning was every day

there were no bottles of water in the room. in the evening I asked how much the transfer to the airport would cost - they said 25 euros, OK ordered. in the morning when we had to go, they told us to pay 37 euros including taxes and fees. Couldn't you have warned us about this in advance? Indian tuktuk level scam

Lovely hotel and staff. Parking was a little confusing but once we had good directions it was a short and flat walk to our room. Wonderful breakfast.

Kotor has become a cruise ship mecca and diminished the view of the lovely harbor. This is nothing the hotel could manage .

Breakfast was excellent

It was very difficult to get to the shutters to open window so room was quite dark. There was a French door that could be reached at one end of the room.

I decided to visit Montenegro with my 3 kids during mid July 2024, after reading many reviews we decided to stay at Historic Boutique Cattaro Hotel Kotor. I am glade we made this decision, the hotel is extremely clean and location is excellent just next to the Kotor Old Town Sea Gate. The breakfast is decent, you can find breads and pastry, eggs, cheese, cold meats, pastry, etc. Special thanks to Tanja, Andrijana, and Milan for being so friendly to me and my kids, they are well trained in hospitality. These three amazing staff helped me a lot. The only downside from my point view as someone visiting from Dubai is the air conditioner, yes they are good and functioning but not as strong as we middle eastern would love. Overall, I really enjoyed this hotel and support provided to me. By the way, their transportation company is excellent, whenever I need car with driver they are always available to take me (of course with charge). Thanks to everyone ☺️

Air conditioning inside the rooms are weak.

Our family had 2 rooms for 2 nights and we really enjoyed our stay! The location couldn't be better. We loved having a balcony and hearing the church bells ring. It was also fun to people watch away from the crowds. And even though it's in a busy square (and we were there on a weekend) the windows really blocked the sound from below. The real plus, however, is the staff. Everyone we came in contact with was so nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was huge with so many offerings and the staff at breakfast were all lovely and ready to jump in and help at a moments notice. We enjoyed eating outside on the breakfast terrace. We would stay there again!

The only thing I would change is that the AC did not have a thermostat. It was hot outside when we were there so the AC kept us nice and cool. But at night we had to turn it off because even at its lowest setting, it was too cold!

Excellent central location We were able to check in early as the room was ready Rooms were lovely with a view of the square Good sound insulation so we had a great nights sleep Very comfortable beds, crisp white bedding. Lots of breakfast choices We were able to have a lovely walk around the old town before the crowds came in. 5 - 10 mins walk to a beach where you can hire sunbeds Short taxi ride to the airport Taxi and bus stop across the road 5 mins to supermarket outside the walls Lots of lovely restaurants inside the walls

It would have been nice to have a drink on the hotel balcony overlooking the square and although we were told these tables were reserved for diners. We didn’t see anyone dining there? There was only 1 waiter covering breakfast and I think he looked like he needed some help.

Location and room wiev is great. Stuff is warm and helpful. Hotel decoration is ok.

Bathroom was’nt clean, there’s men’s hair on the floor. Their air conditioner has only get cooler the room, ‘you can open the window if you want to get warm’ they said :/ It was insufficient and I came back home with sore throat because of the cold room temperature. Parking area isn’t close to hotel that much and hard to find when you first arrive. They should explain the location before arrival, instead of sending coordinates of the park. also 15€ per day, no need to say.

Facilities and hotel style is beautiful. Location right inside the old town is amazing. Very friendly staff, we asked for a corkscrew and even they didn’t have one handy, the lady from front desk went to a restaurant nearby to find one, that is remarkable service. Breakfast is delicious

Nothing, it was perfect. just a recommendation if they can send instructions to get to the hotel in advance, specially if you have a car is not clear if parking is in the hotel or in the area, and in our case using a gps we didn’t know exactly at the beginning how to get there.

A Stunning boutique hotel at the heart of the old town, beautifully furnished rooms, comfortable, full of character, even had a picture of Napoleon overlooking the bed, nice small patio with beautiful views of the old town. Lovely breakfast where you had the option of sitting outside on a lovely balcony overlooking the old town. Last but not least to the lovely staff who were very welcoming, I wouldn't hesitate in coming back here again
