We had a great time staying at Club Themis. Mr. Sedat and Mr. Furkan were very helpful and hospitable, making us feel right at home. The hotel's location is good: just a quick 7-8 minute walk to the beach. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The friendly service and great location made our trip wonderful. We would definitely consider coming back again.

The maintenance of the rooms could be better. Don't expect a luxury room, but for the price, it was acceptable.

We had a nice experience at this hotel. The location is ideal, situated on a calm street that's conveniently close to both Old Town and the beach. The room exceeded our expectations in size, offering plenty of space to relax. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the hosts—they were incredibly kind, always smiling, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. When we had trouble finding a taxi at checkout, they immediately helped us out with no hesitation. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and outstanding service.

Location:The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk to the Old Town. It is quite central, making it easy to explore the area. Parking:For those traveling by car, there is no parking issue. There are suitable places to park both in front of and behind the building. Cleanliness:The room was clean. The only minor issue was that the trash bins did not have liners, but this was not a significant problem. Staff:The hotel owner, Mr. Sedat, and the staff member, Furkan, were very attentive. They addressed our issues promptly. Furkan, in particular, was very kind and helpful despite our late and tired arrival. Room Amenities:The room had all the necessary amenities, which made our stay comfortable.

The host provided us better room than we expected! It was with excellent view on the sea and mountains! The room was very beautiful itself and new. Well equipped. The host was Very kind and friendly and answered all our questions:) there is a swimming pool that is also a big plus for this apartment. kitchen in the apartments!

Maybe bathroom can be a little bit fixed - the water is coming out all the time we were taking a shower

Our room is spacious, well equipped but the cherry on top was the view from the balcony - it was priceless! The hotel even has a pool, which I think is pretty well maintained. What we will always treasure is the hospitality of staffs. The owner should give Ivan a raise as he is very enthusiastic and keeps his guests happy always :D

The toilet was quite small and there was not enough separation between wet and dry area, thus water is everywhere after we took showers. The AC is not working too efficiently, probably the property owner should check if it has collected too much dust.

Lovely stay in Kotor! Our room was roomy and spotless, but the real highlight was the staff—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Would book again in a heartbeat!

The location and the service by Furkan are awesome. I absolutely recommend everyone to book this place for perfect Kotor vacations.

The room was spacious and pleasing. The balcony terrace was my favorite part with one of the most amazing views, which you could also see from the bed as well! Matthew was so kind, friendly, and helpful and made our entire stay very smooth. We enjoyed it so much, that we ended up extending our stay. The pool is very nice as well!

Could have used a pot in the kitchen. There was no oven or microwave but the stove worked so we made do.

Helpful host and super confarable efficiency with small kitchen and even sitting area and kitchen table . The place is 15min walk from old city and 3min by bus ( 1€ ) . I think it's even better to be step away from the crowd. Stright from the place there is a supermarket and peaceful sea walking spaces . The place has several locations around, just be in contact with the place to be sure , which location you are at on Google Map .
