This is a lovely hotel with views over the water and mountains. Breakfast was plentiful and the food in the restaurant is excellent, the chef works hard to provide a good selection, cooked well. Our room was large with a large balcony, over looking the water. The bed was one of the best we have ever slept in, what a mattress! The room was cleaned daily, lots of towels. The hotel had an outdoor terrace, covered, where meals and drinks were served, the indoor eatery had big windows to enjoy the view, an uncovered front garden with incredible views too. A local bus stopped directly outside the hotel, 10/15 mins into Kotor old town, 1.5 Euro, a taxi 7/8 Euro. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, so great sleep quality (great mattress) While we were there the other groups were French, American and Asia, and all the staff work very hard to be helpful and we have to thank Marco and the chef for advice on where to visit and making sure we had all we needed for a fantastic stay.

The shower room floor was very slippery, we did ask for an anti slip shower mat but I think our request may have got lost in translation. Also there was only 1 small shelf in the shower room. We ended up putting towels down to stop any hip breakage. There is a large TV in the room with hundreds of channels but none of them in English, this was a little frustrating but in the big picture these are small gripes in what was overall a great holiday stay.

The place is quiet and it is close to Kotor. The hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was also clean. There is a huge parking behind the hotel. The area is very safe. The staff was also helpful and nice. The room size was also good. The view from the room is 🤩

The air-conditioning in the room is not working perfectly to heat up the room. We have been there in the beginning of April, so needed a little heating. The breakfast is nearly the same every morning which becomes boring after 6-7 days. Also there is no information about the food you are eating.

Location and view were great. There's a small "beach" right in front of the hotel which wasn't very full. It was nice because many of the other spots we've seen around there were quite crowded. We had the apartment with 2 bedrooms and it was spacious with big beds and a large veranda.

The AC in one of the rooms didn't work properly and at almost 40 degrees outside and no fresh air from the outside, it got quite warm in the room. But the most disappointing part was actually the breakfast. They had a wide selection but everything was of poor quality. All pastries tasted like nothing and the scrambled eggs were green-darkish inside(??????).

The room is specious and the bed is very comfortable. There is a nice terrace. There is a nice place near by to go into the water. The restaurant is good. It's quiet and not in over crowded and expensive Kotor.

There is no light sensor in the corridors and the light switch looks exactly like a bell to the rooms and right next to it. Breakfast had no veggies at all and the eggs are powder. No cheese selection either. Disappointing. TV is decoration as it is not working. Fridge is very noisy and we just turned it off. Parking in the specious parking in the back cost money. Why?

Very nice location and a much cheaper option than Kotor. Went by motorcycle and a good option as the Kotor Centre is just 8 minutes away (by motorcycle). Amazing views (although the room is not near the street, but 50-80 meters up the hill). Everything is pretty clean and the breakfast is good. Restaurant is right near the street and water. Loved it.

Multiple accommodation buildings, received a room up on the hill (50-80 meters away), not near the water/street as in pictures. But still amazing picturesque views, but had to walk down to restaurant in other building.

The location was spectacular. A few steps away from the beautiful lake with the mountains. Place was absolutely spotless. Very comfy beds and were knocked out in no time! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Give them a pay rise!

My only complaint was that it was advertised as ‘mountain view’. It technically was, but you had to hang over and look around the balcony to get the view.

Great facilities. Pool was always fairly quiet so you always got a bed, walk across the road to the bay. Shops and restaurants within walking distance - the food at the hotel is amazing. Breakfast better than I thought too!

There is a bus that goes into the old town but rarely comes. It doesn’t run to any time table so a lot of the time you have to walk in and back (1 hour). Nothing against the hotel just the location is quite far from Kotor where there’s more going on.

The hotel was spotless the location was outstanding, the bar/ restaurant outside patio area and food was excellent served by Marko who couldn’t do enough and good value enjoyed each evening with the stunning views there

Unfortunately thought bedroom on the small size although had balcony with a view , these rooms are situated in a separate block up a steep incline which needed to be negotiated with care and could be a problem for anyone with slight disability

The staff is friendly and always smiling. The location is very quiet and beautiful. The bed is comfortable. There’s a fun pool nearby, and you can also swim in the bay. Kotor is very close by car. Great WiFi.

I didn’t like that there were no vegetables at breakfast, and that all the drinks from the coffee machine had a lot of added sugar.The shower wasn’t very comfortable, and we were worried the floor would get wet from all the splashing.

Great location and a beautiful view over Kotor Bay. The beach was just across the road. The room was comfortable with good air-conditioning but I didn't like that kind of terrace, where people passing by towards the swimming pool and their rooms. Mia was very nice and welcoming...help us to organise the private tour by boat around Kotor Bay. Breakfast selections was good. Secured parking is bonus for a very small fee.
