Location was perfect with beautiful views from the large windows and balcony. A few steps away from the beach, shops and restaurants. 10% discount in restaurants below complex but remember to tell waiter on ordering otherwise they do not give the discount, which we found out too late and didn’t get discount! Very helpful staff on reception and always happy to help out via WhatsApp with organising our transfers from other accommodation and also to airport. Very modern wall remotes for lighting, aircon and boiler.

The en suite bathroom window could do with abit more privacy or blinds as didn’t feel very private when coming out of shower! The walk to the swimming pool is around the back of the restaurants walking through deliveries, bins and parking areas. Maybe could do with more dishwasher tablets as only one supplied and expensive to buy from supermarket.

Excellent position on the sea front, above some lovely restaurants with many other restaurants and bars - also sea facing nearby. The staff were super helpful and provided both travel advice and a link to a taxi service, which we used to visit many places in the vicinity. The 3 bed 2 bathroom accommodation has a massive balcony overlooking 2 beach areas which was a real bonus. The furniture looks expensive and is very comfy. The kitchen is top class. We had one king size and 2 separate rooms with double beds (bigger than the singles promised). We would certainly stay again.

The lift broke twice but the staff did everything they could to get it up and running again quickly. The music from the 3 bars downstairs was very repetitive and sometimes you could not make one from the other - when on the balcony - it was a bit too loud.

we booked 3 room apartment but they did good by us and gave us two two bedroom for the same price due to work commitment on the 3 bedrooms but they Told us it would be on the top floor and they were not that was the only thing I was not happy with as the views are so much better from higher and we had the lowest views which were blocked by trees, and the were not together on the same floor but that didn't happen so make sure you have it in writing and stick by it or walk away

just that they didn't do as we asked once there everything else was very good apart from the Wi-Fi, didn't work half the time on our floors

Property is in central location. Property is very spacious and very nice place to be. Staff were helpful and nice. Restaurant below is really nice and offers discount for residents. I would recommend.

There was an unpleasant drainage smell in the morning. Also the apartment provided very limited supplies ie 1 toilet roll. Not a big problem but something to be aware of. Also be aware that arrival and departure is between 9am and 9pm, we arrived outside these times and staff were helpful but it was a little tricky.

The location was unreal and absolutely perfect. So many restaurants easily located to get food. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for our family. So comfortable and felt like home for the time we were there. The beach was so close and it was so easy to grab a beach lounger at the bar! It costs €20 for 2 but totally worth it!

More supplies in the kitchen would have been nice! Our TV didn’t work so we didn’t use it the whole trip.

Big, modern, quiet apartment with to bathrooms, big kitchen and a nice balcony with amazing views over the beach. It is a perfect location at the beach with shops and restaurants at the promenade. Very helpful and nice staff.

If you have a car - I recomend to pay for parking at the hotel. There is difficult to find parking anywhere else. The parking is behind the hotel. Dont follow google maps direction down the narrow steap road - impossible to turn around and you need to back up all the way.

A beautiful location and an excellent apartment equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and we had a wonderful time as a family. Natasha was very helpful and made our experience even more enjoyable

The person at the reception during nighttime took a long time to open the barrier for the car.

Fantastic location, if not the best position on that side of Budva. The staff were really friendly, and always on hand to help with queries and questions.

Paying for parking was a little cheeky given how much we paid to stay there. The €15 per night parking charge should be waived for guests already paying for accommodation. A small welcome pack including some drinking water would also go a long way.

Location is great Apartments are to a high standard and comfortable. The restaurants below are really good. Staff are friendly.

We booked a 3 bed apartment for 5 people and were provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper in total. When we asked for more we were told to buy some. When you are paying over £400 per night for a room then this is really poor and should be reviewed by management. The property was not cleaned for the 4 days during our stay.
