Beautifully clean.Beach opposite was great to swim in. Restaurants close by were good to eat at. Reception staff were very welcoming and could organise most things. Check in and check out was easy. Room was lovely (large, comfortable, clean) with incredible view over the Bay.

It is 4km away from Kotor old town and it was difficult to get taxis despite reception staff doing their best to organise one. Then getting back from Kotor was even harder to find a taxi that would take us back. Three out of four attempts we could not get one so had to walk. Walking along the road was frightening. very narrow, speeding cars, no footpath. If you are brave enough to drive your own car it would be fine or if you wanted to stay at the hotel for a relaxing week it’s wonderful Wide selection of breakfast options but pastries were variable quality.

The hotel is right on the side of Kotor Bay and the small jetty/sunbathing area provides a magnificent view of Kotor and the hills behind. We loved watching the water taxis ferrying cruise ship passengers into Kotor each day. The staff were exceptionally friendly, personable and helpful and the breakfast was plentiful, varied and tasty. It's a small hotel, so feels very personal, with well maintained rooms and facilities and very high standards of cleanliness.

The location was a little way out of Kotor itself, which in one way was a huge bonus because it was quiet and the views were stunning. Taxis were easy to order from the hotel, but a little harder to hail for the return journey. As is often the case, taxi drivers ranged from super cautious to absolute lunatic, driving along the narrow water-side roads, so journeys ranged form relaxing to rather stressful!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Hotel Libertas, the room was spotlessly clean, the facilities were fantastic, and the onsite parking was easy. The location is great- it’s just far enough out of the mayhem of old town Kotor, but close enough that nearby restaurants and shops are an easy walk or quick drive along the waterfront. The best part would definitely be the staff- everyone on the team was so kind, helpful, and genuinely happy to help us with our stay. A special thank you to Maya- she helped plan a lovely anniversary dinner and made reservations for us. She even requested we be seated by the water which made our dinner than much more wonderful. Everyone at the hotel was fantastic and we are so appreciative for all they did to make our stay special.

The location was beautiful. We sat both at the pool and at the shore. Breakfast was amazing, it was a bit different to many other countries, but the variety and the different flavors were fun to try. I have to give credit to the staff, everyone was really helpful and welcoming, and they made us feel cared for.

It is good to know that the road to the place is narrow, but the traffic still was fluent, so didn't really bother us. The only thing to improve would be to get a few more glasses and some cutlery to the rooms. Even though there isn't a kitchen, but is a longer stay you want to eat and drink something small in the room.

We liked the charm of the old building but with all the modern fixtures. Lots of free parking space in the spacious garage for those with a car. The most impressive feature has to be the sunbathing area right next to the sea right in front of this small hotel.It also has its own pool. There is a regular bus service into Kotor old town, only costing 1.5 euro per person.

The road that leads up to the hotel is narrow and quite busy serving a number of hotels and restaurants. Having said this we did not witness any problems as drivers were courteous.

One of the best hotel stays I've ever had! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful- special thanks to Maja at the reception for her warmth and hospitality. Breakfast was excellent, and the small pool was a lovely touch. The hotel is set right by the water, overlooking a charming little bay with lounge chairs and direct access via stairs into the sea. Only a 10-minute drive from Kotor, yet it feels like a peaceful escape. There's something truly magical about this place.

Hotel Libertas is a beautiful small boutique hotel on the waterfront at Prčanj, facing Kotor across the bay. It has a lovely pool with sun beds and a jetty on the bay with more sun beds. As there are not many rooms there is no problem getting a sunbed in either location. The staff are friendly and helpful and daily breakfast is plentiful and varied. Rooms are comfortable and air conditioned.

Some of the breakfast items were left out all the time, or brought out several days in a row. The breakfast buffet is mostly uncovered and it would be better to have covers/cool plants for some of the food. Not the hotel’s fault, but the roads around Kotor cannot cope with the amount of traffic in the busy summer months. It was easy to get a taxi as the hotel would book one, but not always easy to get one back. It is possible to walk back (4.2km) which we had to do a couple of times.

The location is absolutely breathtaking – right on the bay with unforgettable views of the mountains and the sea. The hotel itself is beautifully restored, combining authentic stone architecture with modern comfort. The pool and terrace are perfect for relaxing, and the atmosphere is peaceful and intimate. Staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome.

Nothing major – just a few small details that could be improved, but nothing that took away from the overall experience.

Everything about hotel Libertas was beyond our expectations. Spotlessly clean rooms and surroundings, helpful and friendly staff, excellent facilities and service on all levels. The location is quiet with short walks to local restaurants and small supermarket. Stunning views over Kotor Bay and plenty of tours to book your look around area - Kotor Old town, Tivat, bay boat trips.

Nothing we didn’t like!

I don’t know where to start, everything was incredible but the service was perfect! The lovely ladies at reception and the lovely waiters and cleaners that work so hard to keep the place perfect. we are so grateful to you all. Honestly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. And we have stayed in many hotels over the last 10 years. This hotel is luxury but also cosy. Gorgeous beach and clean surroundings. Outdoor shower was sooo nice to cool down in. And lastly the view is outstanding! OH make sure you wake up hungry, the breakfast was to die for. Can’t wait to come back. :) Thank you all.
