A pleasant walk away from the beach and old town, Fagus has a pretty tasty all you can eat breakfast, not to mention, possibly the friendliest staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed. Katerina was seriously accomodating and helped me retrieve my passport after leaving it on a coach, she completely went out of her way and save my bacon. WE LOVE YOU KATERINA. The rooms I would describe as ‘affordable luxury’, the beds are comfy, the rooms are spacious and air conditioned with a sizeable balcony. Modern interiors with a super nice bathroom. Very clean. The rooftop pool is obviously a huge bonus with views of the mountains and Adriatic all from the 7th floor.

Not that I don’t like it, I just thought the space around the rooftop pool was a little difficult.

Great location and lovely spacious rooms with a touch of luxury. The bed was the best I've ever slept in and room was very quiet with a lovely sea peep. Friendly staff and the pool is a great addition to spend a couple hours relaxing and avoiding the crowds on the beach.

There could have been a bit more choice at breakfast but everything was fresh and topped up quickly during busy periods.

The hotel is spotlessly clean. It is in a fantastic location close to the beach, lots of restaurants, shops and a ten minute walk from the Old Town which is beautiful so it's easy to go for days or nights out and get home again. There are lots of car and bicycle hire places close by so you can hire a bike which is great. It's nice to have a pool for a refreshing dip right next to your room. If you go for breakfast early, it's very peaceful and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are books downstairs if you need them for the beach. The staff always say hello and they seem like they are all happy to be there which creates a lovely, positive atmosphere within the hotel. We went to Kotor with an organised trip and the tour departed 5 mins away from our hotel which made it simple in the morning.

Get a room on the highest floor you can for the best views and enjoyment! There could be more vegetarian and vegan options within the included breakfast - we ended up getting our own breakfasts sometimes.

Beautiful modern hotel, gorgeous room, very clean, excellent location right close to the beach, staff were all lovely, breakfast was great, would highly recommend!

The only down side was that there were only about 8 seats next to the pool, so if you are looking for a hotel with a pool that you can sit around all day, this might not be the one for you.

The hotel is located in a very good location, 2 mins walking from a supermarket and a farmacy and 10 mins from the old town of budva. The staff are wonderful, especially Angelika, who helped us a lot with renting a car and recommendations. They even surprised me with a cake with they know its my birthday. We stayed at the only room on the 7th floor and it was spacious.

Breakfast is not good. The cleaning lady didn't clean the bathroom well, there was still always hair on the floor.

Clean and quite new hotel with a good location. This hotel saved our trip after a bad experience with another hotel. Katerina at the reception was so friendly and amazing by organizing us a room for the whole stay with a very short notice. Superb!

This hotel is very new with a modern design. It's located next to the mall, 5 min from the sea, not far from the old city. The receptionist lady was very nice and helpful. Chick-in and check-out were quickly. We ordered taxi to the Tivat airport in 35 euro. Breakfast was good (eggs, cheese, vegetables, fruits). We had a comfy double bed. Wi-Fi was strong. Towels were changed every day.

There is not enough privacy in a balcony, we could see our neighbors and heard everything they say even inside a room.

To summarize this is the best location for Budva and area travel. The price was great for what we got. We looked a place for a couple for 3 nights. We found this place as a good price for what we need. In check in we had some problem but it was for our good ;). We meet a great team to solve it, and we got to meet the owner of the hotel. The owner is a very nice man, looks like he is all the time around making sure the guests gets what they need- great person and nice to see he cares. Sam for the great team that helped in any questions we had. The Suite Room we had was beautiful, nice view well designed, perfect room !!

Amazing hotel, we really liked our room with balcony, swimming pool on the roof and breakfasts. The hotel was clean and friendly staff helped us with everything we needed. Also the location is perfect - Greco beach is 5 mins away but we recommend Mogren beach.

Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel is well located, 10min walking from the main bus station, 5min walking from the beach and 10min walking to get to Budva old city center via the sea promenade. The room was very quiet and comfy. The rooftop swimming pool is very nice. Great buffet breakfast.

Some transats could be set up near the swimming pool.
