The hotel facilities, the staff, the nice breakfast, the location.

The construction view from the balcony and window of the building next to the hotel. Little things like: * Room dorr that must be closed strongly while dor knob that located too close to the doorpost hit the hand while closing the door. * Unpleasent sewage smell in the bathroom. * Leaking stains in the bathroom ceiling. * Aircondition engine on the balcony wall.

Good sea view, very close to old town and beaches. Excellent breakfast, i never forgot the corn cake and burek😍 Very clean place, everyday they clean the room. Rooms are wide and comfortable Beds are so confy Staff are very nice, helpful and very kind. Restaurant also perfect, i bet its the best in the town Thank you

Very well equipped room with a nice bedroom. Good windows so you don’t hear any noise during the night. Bedroom also has shutters which make the room completely dark. Delicious breakfast.

Difficult to reach the hotel due to current construction sites. Also difficult to find the entrance from the garage.

The hotel location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially liked that there were two separate parts to our room divided by a door - a sleeping area and a separate lounge area. The bathroom/shower was fine, no problems. The hotel had a very good a-la-carte restaurant , and a (free) private car-park for guests.

The apple/orange juices at breakfast were not of a very high standard, but apart from that the breakfast was very good. Maybe there could have been a larger selection of different breads. There were very few TV channels in English. (No CNN/BBC).

Our stay at Fontana Hotel & Gastronomy has been more than amazing from the time we checked-in, all the way to check out (and even after check out). We received the best room orientation that I have ever experienced in my entire life. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. Everytime we get back to the hotel from a day's adventure, the room is always reset to its clean and tidy check-in look (feels like we are given a brand new room everytime). Staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful as well - from the lady who welcomed us and gave the room orientation during check-in, to the staff assisting us during our daily breakfast, to the housekeeping staff, and the very pleasant lady at check out. I actually asked her if we can continue using the parking after checkout for about an hour more and with all smiles, the reply I got was "feel free to use the parking as long as you need to." I was so pleased with the response. I will surely put a good word to all people I know who are planning to visit Montenegro, to stay at Fontana. Oh by the way... Value for Money??? Definitely. 100%. Very reasonable prices. The entire experience was all worth it. To be honest, I already miss being in this hotel. Finishing a few more days of our holiday trip here in Podgorica.

The room was great including all the facilities in the room. Good restaurant and the food and service is great as well.

Road access to the hotel was closed which increased the time to reach hotel (no fault of hotel). Hotel should activate the parking access through the room key, it saves the time to call hotel each time you need to park your car. Also, they could consider to provide water at least for the first time a guest comes in given that the stay is not cheap. They could consider to add an option to ask for eggs of your choice rather then provide options which are sitting stale in the containers. The quality of the coffee at the breakfast is pretty substandard, this could be improved as well if they want to become a hotel of choice and premium.

First of all hotel staff was great. They sent instructions for parking before we checked in and even greeted us at the parking lot to make sure everything is okay. Rooms are definitely clean and big. We are traveling with our 2 years old son and these are really important. Their restaurant is just amazing. Everything is fresh and delightful. Location of the hotel is also perfect. Everywhere is at walking distance so you don’t have to enter terrible budva traffic. If we visit Budva again we will be definitely staying at this hotel again. This hotel deserves more stars. Lastly great thanks to reception crew again! You were really helpful.

We checked in quite late as were travelling from Podgorica airport. Despite the time, the staff still was waiting for us with a smile on their face. Also, it was my boyfriend’s birthday, so I asked about something a little extra in the room so he would feel special. They did a lovely fruit plate and the flowers. Credit to the staff. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a great view. Easy access to the old town.

Not a big issue, but worth mentioning: there was no shower gel in the room, just a little sample of shampoo and body lotion. This was solved quickly by bringing a few samples to the room. The room is a bit dated, with scratches and dirty patches on the walls and doors. Other than that - perfect and comfy stay.

Reception was very helpful when we couldn't find the car park entrance. An older gentleman also helped us with our luggage. The apartment is modern & clean, the bed was big & very comfortable. There is a good view of the bay from the balcony. The location is good, as it is walking distance to the Old Town. Breakfast was very good, with a good variety.

We missed the car park entrance anyway, despite the forewarning in the detailed instructions provided before our arrival. We were lucky that there were four of us, so two went to the reception while two waited in the car for further directions to the car park entrance. Inside the new-ish apartment, the bathroom had a shower which drained slowly, but if the shower speed was turned down, the draining was normal - not a big issue though as the shower was still enjoyable!

location is very good you can go to old town and beaches by walking only in 1o mins, , having parking space is excellent , because on that are most problem is to have proper parking, they have very good restaurant for the dinner and the room was very clean. breakfast is not bad not also very good fair enough for a morning start.

Expensive - why I'm saying these is, most people say Montenegro is very cheap for vacation. Even the I like the hotel when I check one night room price to be honest it's over my expectation and market value. Also I booked sea view room and comparing the city view it was more expensive however it was not possible to see the sea without going out to balcony, room was just on the corner.
