We reserved apartment with the view of the see. But they didn't mention that new building is in front so we were a little dissapointed. Otherwise everything was great!

Good location, the bus station is only 15 minutes' walk away, and the sea is 5 minutes' walk away. There are many good restaurants, bars and shops nearby. It is a cozy and comfortable appartment. The view was perfect and it was sooo warm inside. Friendly assistant.

The hair dryer was burnt out. There is not enough hot water in the boiler for two people. There are not enough kitchen utensils, not enough cutlery for variety and dishes for cooking (worth considering for those who stay here for a long time).

🤩New house, great view, very hospitable owner. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, 10 minutes to the old town. Quite good sound insulation, spacious bathroom. There are plenty of towels and a hairdryer. In the living room there is a sofa that converts into a bed for a comfortable overnight stay.

‼️The most unpleasant thing: one of the windows in the living room does not close! Be careful when checking in with small children! 🐢Slow Internet. I used mobile internet for work. The apartment has almost everything, but some things were missing: 1. No kettle. It was unpleasant. 2. There was no washing machine powder or dishwasher tablets - strange. 3. There is no shampoo or shower gel, only hand soap. But all this can be bought at the Idea store, it’s close to home. By the way, in Montenegro stores are closed on Sunday, please note.

it was super clean, next to the beach, and old town, the host was incredibly friendly.

The parking price is a bit hefty compared to the price per night of the apartment

Location is great. There was a comfortable bed in a separate room. Windows are really good at blocking any noise.

It was a bit difficult to understand where is the entrance, because there was no sign. Sea view isn’t so wonderful and I think it wasn’t fair to include it in a property description. Because this room has another buildings view at first and only then a small piece of sea view. And finally, I was a bit surprised about color decision in apartment. I expected neutral colors, but it has green and light pink walls.

HOWEVER I'm totally dissapointed about the sea view. I have chosen this apartment due to the allegedly great sea view. When I came, I have noticed that the main photo at booking is not updated for at least a year. This day u can barely see the sea because of new buildings. I feel a bit scammed.

The service staff is very nice and helpful. The location in the city is amazing, everything is within easy walking distance. Car parking space in the garage very comfortable (just for extra payment).

The room we reserved was not with a view of the old town. It was explained that that room is no longer rented, but the photos are still used in the booking system. It was offered to change the room the next day with a better view. It was good, but a little disappointing.

I highly recommend this apartment because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive host who communicated all the way, and not to mention the location right heart of city

All the utilities you could need during a stay in Budva, really clean and modern room and a lovely balcony. Excellent for either short or longer stay! Close to the beach and the city centre attractions.

No indicators of the apartment wifi anywhere in the room, most tourists rely on having wifi here, but the host answered fairly quick! Also had a washing machine without any detergent, so bring your own.

Good location close to the beach and old town. Inside the apartment is well arranged and has a beautiful view.

The address is approximate, and there were no instructions from the host, so it was difficult to find. I was looking for it for half an hour before I had to use expensive roaming data to contact the host.
