My stay at the Hotel Pima was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the manager, Ogi, greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home. Literally handed me a cold local beer as a welcome! What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by Ogi and his entire staff. He went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. When I encountered a minor issue with another reservation that I had, he made one phone call and within 5 minutes I had a different (and much better) excursion ready for me. He did this two separate times for me! He also is from the area and knows the people, so provided invaluable recommendations for local dining and attractions, ensuring that I made the most of my time in the city. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the area greatly enhanced my experience. He gets a lot of credit, but the entire staff was just as friendly. Peta was the other person at the desk and would fist bump me before my morning run every morning. I loved that. For logistics, it's a 10 minute walk from the bus station where I arrived. And a 10 minute walk to Old Town. And a 3 minute walk to the beach where there's numerous bars and restaurants. I arrived here as a guest and left with genuine friends. I highly recommend this place and will absolutely be back.

The staff here are exceptional, they are by far the most helpful, friendliest and kind hotel staff we have ever come across. Ogi and Peter made our first visit to Budva unforgettable, booking local restaurants, taxis and even upgrading us to the biggest suite as a gift! They went above and beyond to make our stay 5 stars and we definitely will be returning. The pool and terrace area is lovely and super clean, which goes without saying for the rest of the hotel. The hotel is a short distance from the beach front and old town as described, and the little shop across the road is very convenient. We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Budva.

I usually never write these reviews but I wanted to write one in this case.. This was one of the best stays of all of my travels. The location of the place was great and the staff was awesome so was the breakfast, but what made this stay exceptional is due to one individual,his name is Ognjen (Ogi)..He went above and beyond from the very first day, before we’ve even checked in..Ogi was extremely professional, friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful about anything we’ve needed, I definitely recommend anyone reading this to come and stay here, you won’t regret it. 10/10

We were totally happy with our accommodation at this hotel. The two young men at reception were very friendly, welcoming and professional. They understand customer service relations! The hotel is not far from the old town and the beach area. They have an outdoor swimming pool which was really appreciated as it was sweltering hot in Budva during our stay. There was a bottle of complimentary Montenegrin white wine - very delicious. Breakfast was fine and changed from day to day. There is a mini- supermarket across the street. We would definately recommend this hotel to all travellers/visitors to Budva. Thanks Petar and his colleague on the day of our check out.

There was only one bottle of wine in the room!!!!..Just joking! Every thing was satisfactory.

The place is near the center of downtown area as well as the seaside. It’s about five minutes walk to go to the beach as well as the old town area. It is perfect. It’s near everywhere and the facilities in the hotel are all good. It has a very good swimming pool just a downstairs which enable the child to swim nearby.

Very clean and very convenient and the working stuff are or very warm here they provide us good food to eat as well as coffee to drink at the moment we arrived or while we are waiting for checking in and working stuff also provided us with discounting tickets for the old town, restaurants

Mr. Ognjen, and Mr.peater,, they are helpful and they have amazing customer service and they do all the best to keep customer happy,, at the moment I was feeling this hotel them business not like they was working in hotel as lovely staff ,, room was perfect and clean and amazing views,, I’m really happy and advise every body to book in this hotel as they have very good location and huge space for car parking

We had a great time here in this hotel! The room was nice and cozy, everything was clean as well! Workers were very friendly and welcoming, they helped us with everything! The location is very close to the city centar, as well as shops, restaurants and cafés. Worth the money! Would recommend!!

New, modern hotel, close to the center and beach of Budva. Very nice and relatively spacious bathroom. Good bed, AC. Included free underground parking.

Breakfast was basic. Our room was on the smaller side, no view.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! Nothing to fault, they delivered: - Clean and tidy room and hotel facilities - rooms cleaned daily and new towels and wash items left - Great selection of food for breakfast - Staff were very accommodating- helping us with recommendations and booking taxis, activities etc ! - Great cocktails - Comfortable bed - Great location - 15 walk to old town/beach - Lovely pool, lots of loungers available Allowed you to bring towels to the beach - Easy check in and out process We would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Budva! Hotel Pima in Budva exceeded all of my expectations, and I would give it ten stars if I could! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality that made me feel at home. The hotel is absolutely immaculate! every corner is spotless and carefully maintained, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The manager, Ognjen, and his incredible team truly care about their guests. They go out of their way to ensure that every detail of your stay is perfect, always greeting you with a smile and a willingness to help. My room was pristine, with a fresh, clean feel and an exceptionally comfortable bed that guaranteed a restful night’s sleep. The maid who cleaned my room was wonderful, taking care to ensure everything was flawless. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that changed just enough to keep things interesting.
