Lovely location and a very clean, well-maintained apartment. Upon arrival, Aida showed us the apartment, which is new, modern, and equipped with all the necessary facilities. We truly appreciated having a parking space, as finding parking in Budva can be extremely difficult. However, we were surprised to find that the private parking fee was €40 per day (cash), as this was neither mentioned in the accommodation profile nor communicated to us in advance. It would be helpful for future guests if such details were clearly stated beforehand.

We had a fantastic stay! The company manages several apartments in the same building, and the one we stayed in was exactly as expected. The sea view was stunning, and we loved the green garden on the balcony. The location is perfect for exploring Budva, and the apartment had everything we needed. Communication was excellent, and they also arranged convenient transfers to and from the airport. Both rooms were equipped with air conditioners and blackout curtains, ensuring a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect and we had a partial sea view room. There was plenty of room for two adults and a tween. I loved how close we were to everything. We walked everywhere.

Our bed and the pull out bed were very squeaky and there were not enough blankets. I would have liked a second bathroom and a freezer. The pros far out weigh the cons. This place is perfect.

Opportunities to improve: The lights in the balcony were not working . The bed frame creaked every time one moved. There was no broom and shovel to clean up the balcony. The chair on the balcony was damaged. The linen was too short for the bed. There was no one at the reception to check in or check out

No problem with the property itself, but there's road work in the vicinity making arrival more difficult and forcing you to use the paid parking '20 Euros per day'

Good wifi, clean, spacious, great balcony with nice sea view, a few short min walk to old town, convenient private underground parking ( eur 20/ day), nice café next door for breakfast.

Can get just a little noisy at night, as the apartment is not far the night life. Wasn't an issue for us, but light sleepers might prefer to stay elsewhere.

The place is very central in Budva, near the beach, the city center and the old city (10 min. walk) Stefan who receives us was very helpful and flexible And Budva is a very good place for holidays. Beach but also a lot of very touristic and natural parks around not far from the city and it is easy to rent a car to travel around

The best part of our apartment was the proximity to the Old Town and restaurants.

We were given an apartment that didn't have the same view as advertised. The management person told us that there a multiple apartments and this particular one didn't have the direct view onto the Adriatic Sea.

The location can't be better, close to the shore promenade, the old town, cafes and restaurants. The terrace has a marvelous view to the sea, one could sit there for hours, enjoying the noice of the waves. The host, Sanja was extremely friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed every moment in this apartment, and if we visit Budva again, we would definitely choose Royal Gardens Paradise.

The apartment has a perfect location, close to everything for a tourist, and it was beautiful, with an amazing view to the Bay of Budva! Our host, Svetlana was super kind. Highly recommended!
