It was a great stay; in this hotel they still do understand the art of hospitality! Very kind welcoming, always checking in to see how they can accommodate and what we appreciated tremendously is that they asked us about our next stay and since this was somewhere offroad in the mountains they were calling the host (only speaking serbian) to see how we could reach the venue. In hindsight this was so needed as many mountainroads were still blocked due to snow and we could only reach it by the specific road mentioned. Splendid service!

Lovely bed, comfortable mattress and bedding. New carpet. Receptionist could not have been kinder or more helpful. She made calls for me when my tour guide didn’t turn up, chased them up again later and called ahead to my next stay to tell them I would be later. Even with eSIM I was unable to make calls myself.

Smoking in the restaurant. Smoking outside the front door happened to be under my window. I was hot and had to turn off the radiator but staff explained other guests were cold so that’s fair enough; just seemed crazy in June with 15° nights!

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels in different parts of the world, the hotel structure is incredibly clean despite being old. It is much more difficult to keep an old structure clean. Star, star, star, many thanks for the cleanliness. The staff are attentive, especially the gentleman at the restaurant who was incredibly positive and sincerely interested in us. (I apologize for not remembering his name) He added incredible warmth to our holiday. Since the hotel is in the center, we had easy access to everything.

Some soundproofing and at least maintenance of the doors could be done

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. They advised us of road closures on our way to Zabljak and made sure we knew the main attractions to see in the town. The breakfast was very tasty, and the service was fantastic. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, five minutes from the town centre. We even extended our stay here. Would recommend :)

The WiFi on the top floor was a bit inconsistent, but generally worked fine.

Staying at this hotel felt like a delightful trip back to my childhood. The old-school charm is evident in every detail, creating a nostalgic atmosphere - but let that not fool you, everything is both clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience a touch of the past but with a need for comfort relax and simplicity.

Extremely friendly, helpful and professional staff. Rooms are clean although very small. Good location and nice private parking. We stayed there only one night since we were traveling around Monte Negro and I don’t find Zabljak Very interesting. Although hotel is in walking distance I don’t see much reason to walk in the center of Zabljak since you can have a very nice dinner and tasty breakfast in the hotel.

Very nice hotel, which was spotlessly clean, with all you need facilities. Big free parking. Good location. Good choice for breakfast. And lunch at all. Bar area was pleasant, although not expensive. I recommend that you try the homemade plum brandy and after that try kačamak- the best in Montenegro 😀 In general, the staff were helpful and efficient.The Hotel is very good example for family holiday, a value 10.

A bit tiny and old facilities, but in general OK! A very friendly staff, both at reception and in the restaurant. Typical European 2*-3* hotel. Assistance with the payment of taxes was helpful as well! Spacious parking! Good breakfast!

A bit old and smelly facilities, but considering the price, it is ok, especially for one or two nights.

The room was excellent value for money. It was 2 of us, friends. Each had a separate bedroom. The staff were exceptional! Warm and welcoming, helpful in any thing we needed. Highly recommend.

The shower though was very small with the water heater sticking into it.

Easy to find Location to market was convenient We had the best supper in their restaurant Family run and would highly recommended eating there Breakfast and coffee in the morning was also good Very attentive staff

Rooms were a little small bathrooms could use an update But hey it’s a ski town
