Was an amazing building, and staff greeted us very kindly, and got us into our rooms. It was cold up in the mountains, but the common area had a great fire going, and they lit the fire in our room without issue. We eat dinner, which was great, and the breakfast was also lovely. You can part right outside the hotel, so our motorbikes were safe all night. Room was well decorated, and we all had a very warm, comfortable sleep.

We came in late and it was only 1 deg and didnt know what to expect. Late booking, cheap price. We were the only guests and was met by a very friendly young man Ismael. The place was cold but was promptly heated with firewood and the atmosphere was great. Fireplace in the bedroom was lit and it became fantastic. Ismael arranged dinner and drinks and also fuel the next day. Lots of hot water, best shower in a long time. Great stay!

It’s in a perfect spot if you’re travelling across the mountains from Tinghir north. We arrived late after a long drive from the south in unseasonably cold weather at around 3C and Smaiil got a fire going in our room and in the lounge to make it super toasty, which was very welcome. The next day we woke to thick snow and wondered whether we might make it off the mountain but were guided well in which roads to take which was most helpful and reassuring. Dinner was simple but hearty and nourishing!

Quite easy to find and has secure garage parking for several motorcycles. Unique architectural style which works well and creates a good ambiance in the public area. Bedrooms are similarly designed and feel comfortable. Host was very welcoming and spent time with us and other groups with entertaining conversation. Dinner menu was a choice of a few things which were all tasty.

The bedroom was not heated and it was exceptionally cold (other bedrooms apparently had an electric heater). Breakfast was average.

What a great place for travelers as well as bikers. Staff super helpful, owner went out his way to welcome ensure we had everything we need, including a fire in our room. The communal lounge had a fire going when we arrived and when we got up. Food was lovely, simple breakfast but perfect to start the day. Definitely be booking again in our next tour, a bit of a highlight

Stayed with a group of friends riding in Morocco on our motorbikes n early March. A memorable overnight stay. Superb location in the High Atlas, with the warmest of welcomes from Ismail, who was both kind and efficient. Splendid evening meal and breakfast, and comfortable beds with plenty of blankets as it was clear and cold. Would love to return and happily recommend.

Ibrahim who owns the Auberge is a super friendly and the guys who work there were too. Breakfast and the evening meal were fantastic. To get to the property you have some of the most varied motorbike riding to get to and from the property. Absolutely excellent!

This place has such a warm familylike welcome. It's warm and cozy, also even upon very late arrival there's a possibility to get good food. The room was clean and comfortable with a good bed. And again, cozy and colourfully decorated in Berber style. Very pleasant staff and management/owner. I only wish we would've had more time to stay a little longer.

We had a wonderful stay at Auberge Afoud! It is a traditional house with a very welcoming atmosphere. Every area, from the rooms to the restaurant until the terrace is beautifully decorated and spreads a cozy vibe. Food is very delicious and you enjoy amazing views towards the stunning landscapes. But the absolute best about this place are the people! Especially Hassan who took such great care of us from the beginning to end. He even made a fire in the wood burning stove in our room, as it was getting chilly outside.
