Excellent Location. Very clean and New Hotel at Beach Front. Reception staff Ms Hassana was very helpfull and Room cleaning Service Ms Kauser was very professional in her job. Kitchen staff in Dining room was very Polite and Serving in thiser best manners. Will recomend to my friends to saty there.

Description Of Rooms size are wrongly mentioned in Booking.com website. Need to be correct. King size room was so tiny that 2 people cant be adjusted there.It was like a room for kids.

Broushra at the reception was wonderful! She helped us find an amazing restaurant even though most were closed due to Ramadan. She was always super friendly and helpful. The ladies with house cleaning were very sweet and made it clear to let them know if we needed anything.

The beds were too firm, and I couldn't get the thermostat below 68°F. But everything else was really nice.

Stayed here on route to Essaouira, would have liked to visit El Jadida, but I arrived a bit later than planed, (I shall have to return). This hotel was superb, comfy modern, clean and well located. Check in staff was friendly and polite. The room was clean, a nice size with a large comfy bed fitted with a duvet. We ate a wonderful dinner in the hotel restaurant and the Chef, (I think his name was Hamza) cooked our fillet steaks to perfection. Breakfast was also very good. The waiters in the restaurants were really friendly and we really enjoyed chatting to them. Hotel boasts off street parking with security.

A decent hotel close to the beach. After several cold riads this was a good, comfortable stay as one would expect from the hotel. The room was large enough for two with some luggage and thanks to low season - quiet. Bathroom was tiny, but in good shape and clean. Breakfast had some more options than just bread and marmelade, so that was a plus. Additionally there was a kettle and some tee in the room and all workers were really polite. The dinner was quite nice (good tajin with seefood) and not too expensive.

Although it's rare to get a real coffee for breakfast in Morocco, having a 4star hotel serving instant coffee is a disgrace. You could get regular coffee for extra 2EUR, which was just a confirmation for me, to never ever come back to this country and its mentality.

Beautiful hotel with direct access to the beach. We had a suite with a view over the beach and it was incredible. So beautiful! Staff very helpful. Thank you so much for Hafida (housekeeping) and Anwar. Soumia, our lovely room cleaner. She was always smiling and was very helpful. Most of the members of staff were professional, hard working, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent and very varied breakfast, with great helpful staff

Exceptionally clean and beautiful hotel. Many thanks to Kaoutar, who took care of the cleanliness of our room. Her work was admirable and her cleanliness impeccable. Also, a big thanks to the beautiful and kind receptionist, Bouchara, whose sense of humor and bright nature made our day beautiful. The hotel is located right by the sea. The rooms offer a wonderful view. Shops and the medina are within walking distance.
