Ayman picked me up from a nearby carpark as the riad isn't accessible by car. During my stay, he constantly went out of his way to help me with everything regarding my stay in Fez. I like that he showed me how Morrocan mint tea should be prepared. We chat a lot and I felt I have gained a Morrocan friend :) The riad itself is beautiful. The pool in the courtyard is a nice touch. Breakfast was generous and delicious. The terrace provides a bird's eye view of the Medina. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with my choice to stay here.

The location was wonderful and easy to get to, though a walk from where you have to leave a car. They offer you dinner for a price. Pay for it! The dinner was amazing!!!! This was some of the best food we had on our trip. Breakfast was great, too. Loved the choices provided. The room itself was funky and cool, the bathroom was all tiled and cute. The AC worked. The one drawback was the beds were a bit hard. Of note are the stairs to the rooms, they are a challenge for anyone who might have trouble with stairs, as they are ancient and all different heights.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was truly exceptional. Ayoub welcomed us with such kindness and dedication, exceeding all our expectations. We arrived quite late at night, yet he still prepared us a delicious dinner, and the breakfasts each morning were excellent. Throughout our stay, Ayoub was always attentive and ready to help. He even accompanied us to the bank when needed, gave us helpful recommendations, and helped us book activities. His manner was warm, friendly, and incredibly professional. He truly made us feel at home.

I booked the place last minute as I’m travelling around Morocco by bike. Ayoub on réception was very helpful, he found a spot to store my bike and when I left to go to another property he offered to store my bike one more night. I would have stayed the second night but there wasn’t space. The room was comfy, the shower was nice and hot, lovely soft towels and shower gel etc. I was able to wash my clothes and dry them on the terrace. Breakfast was big and coffee was plentiful. You could go all day without needing to eat again. My only comment is I am very noise sensitive and I found the other guests to be a little inconsiderate making noise in the courtyard until nearly midnight and slamming the doors in the rooms above me. This is not the fault of the riad.

Our stay at Riad Le Cèdre d'Argent in Fès was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that was thanks to ZoZou. Even with our last-minute booking, he welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, without a single complaint. He made us feel completely at home with his kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. His recommendations were spot-on, and his positive energy brought the whole place to life. The riad was very comfortable and quiet, an oasias after the busy streets of Fes. Ayoub was incredibly nice and the service was exceptional. Both breakfast and dinner were very good and the facilities were clean and offered all you could need.

Though in good walking distance from the central medina, the riad is located in a less touristy area. Also, the stairs are pretty steep so if you have mobility issues we recommend to express it ahead of time to be assigned a ground floor room.

the property is truly beautiful, like the photos which are stunning! there's also a rooftop terrace with good views over the city. The room was super clean and comfortable! Really good for family or solo travel too! the staff was amazing! they helped me a lot during our stay, they organized a guided tour! The breakfast was amazing! Aymane is really a friendly guy and he makes my staying better !thank you guys!!

Our stay at this Riad in Fes was fantastic. From the very beginning, Ayoub was polite, professional, and made us feel at home. He provided us with great recommendations for exploring the city and even spent time chatting with us. His attention to detail really stood out, and he even helped arrange a taxi service to the airport on the day of our departure. The Riad itself is stunning, located close to the medina. Our room overlooked the beautiful central pool, and both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, including air conditioning, a hairdryer, and fresh towels every day. I would highly recommend this Riad and the warm hospitality provided by Ayoub to any of my friends. I wish Ayoub all the best—shkran!

The concierge EL Bourki Ayoub was outstanding. Very friendly and accommodating. Whenever I needed directions or services, he would escort me to the location or service I needed without question. He was very easy to talk with and made the stay comfortable. The breakfast was a great start to the day, definitely more than I needed. I felt very relaxed and homely while staying there. The location was a very convenient pick up point for excursions. Value for money.
