The room and guest house were just stunning. You're very close to the city gate, so parking was easy, inexpensive, and less than a two-minute walk away. We liked the neighbourhood and the nearby facilities, but the hospitality made our stay: both the owner and Nezra were extremely welcoming and kind. Breakfasts were delicious and fun (thank you for all the Arabic lessons!), they had good recommendations on what to see and do, and overall just made us feel relaxed and welcome. We booked a city guide through the guest house for one morning, which we enjoyed as well - the guide obviously knew his stuff, but also kindly tailored the tour to our interests. Thank you!

On the first night, there was a bit of an odd smell coming from the shower. When I mentioned it the next morning, they instantly looked into it, and it was fine afterwards. But I highly appreciated their immediate offer that if it still bothered me, we could, of course, change to a different room.

Nezha was a superb hostess, very welcoming and helpful. The breakfasts were freshly prepared each day, and one night I enjoyed a delicious home cooked feast. The Riad is a beautiful, traditional building, well maintained and very clean. I was made to feel like it was my home. The location is near the entrance to the medina, which made access quite easy. Super views from the terrace. At night it was really quiet.

Breakfast was traditional but limited options and no extra. Decor was very good, liked the fact that there was a terrace and balcony. Comfortable beds and clean soft towels. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. We were well looked after. I would return again and recommend for sure.

No shower curtain so water all splashed out during shower. Rooms got quite hot, especially at night when AC was not working. Bathroom needs renovating broken toilet seat and leaking hose. By the third night one room AC was working, the other room did not. No TV in rooms, which would have been good for families with children.

Nezha was really helpful and accommodating, speaking both french and english. She swiftly facilitated the late check-in we requested, while she arranged a pick-up taxi from the train station for us. Additionally, she gave us a lot of options for activities around the city. We ended up doing a daily trip to Chefchaouen and we couldn't be more satisfied with the driver that took us there. Luckily for us, we were the only guests at the riad at that time and the service was exceptional.

the hosts are very nice and helpful, the room is very comfortable and the riad is placed within the medina walls making it very accessible to walk around (23-30 min to the famous gate). the private parking is a few minutes away, but is currently being built so not available. you will have to park in a semi-public parking, we paid 50 MAD (~5 eur) for 2 nights of staying. in any case you’ll have to walk a few minutes with the luggages, but the host was very nice to us and came to meet us and guided the road.

Most welcoming and kind owners, the Riad is beautiful, very clean and it's located at the part of the city where you can reach the center quickly, it's quiet and has a public parking within 5 minutes walking distance. We enjoyed our stay for two nights visiting often the roof top terrace for a snack or coffee but with a spectacular view

Staff was considerate.

Cockroaches in the bathroom and semen on the sheets when I initially arrived. Staff was quick to change those once it was pointed out.

Avoid having dinner there. Delicious but incredibly expensive even by european standards. 25e for one person is a lot...

Very stylish place to stay with amazing owners! They even gave some traditional dresses for photosession! Very recomended place!
