Great location Breakfast was nice Room was comfortable

We had issue with parking and someone we thought was from hotel grabbed our luggage in a cart and took it for us and then demanded money There is a secure car park right across the road which is the same price as the place they say to park so they can get extra cash

The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and provided a cozy, comfortable environment for our stay. I was especially impressed with the stunning terrace view — a perfect spot to relax and take in the sights of the city. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and Ahmed, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcomed and ensured our stay was seamless. His attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made a huge difference.

First, the hotel is very difficult to find. Our driver spent quite a bit of time driving around because his GPS couldn’t locate the entrance. We were fortunate that the staff came out to guide us in, but it was a bit frustrating. Part of the issue seems to be that the first image on Google Maps is misleading — it’s not the actual entrance to the hotel, which only added to the confusion. Another downside is the location. The hotel is a bit far from the Medina, which meant it was a longer walk to explore the heart of the city. While it’s not a dealbreaker, it’s worth considering if you want to be closer to the main attractions.

The location is convenient, the rooms large and comfortable, and the breakfast was the best we had a Morrocan riad so far. Very fresh, warm bread and made-to-order eggs. The food service was also impeccably clean. The two staff that we interacted with most -- Ahmed and Mohammed -- were wonderful. Both of them took extra efforts to make our stay comfortable, including making breakfast early to accomodate our schedule. Ahmed was especially helpful throughout our stay. He carried our heavg luggages all around and even walked us out of the medina to meet our driver at the end of our stay. It was also very easy to communicate with Ahmed before and even after our stay!

The only issue we had was the smell of sewage in our bathroom from what we assume was a plumbing problem.

I liked receiving a WhatsApp from reception before we arrived. And being given an option of rooms. It is a lovely old Riad. AC was quiet and worked well The staff were all very friendly.

The main photo of the place has NOTHING to do with the hotel (it is one of the city gates right?). Please change it as it is miss leading. (See photo) Also, it is not "luxury" it is a good 3star hotel. (No safe, tea/coffee making facilities, no fridge, no complimentary drinking water) Dear Manager, not many people give 10 stars, as a principal. I think it is unfair you asking 10 x 10 star ratings pr month for your staff to receive a bonus. What about doing 9 stars instead. Your staff is great.

The personnel, Ahmed, Anass and Redouane were one of the nicest in our travels to Morocco. Very welcoming and friendly. Catering to our all needs very professionally. The breakfast was amazing and fresh, and the eggs can be made however you like. Ahmed from the front office answered any question we had and even questions through whatsapp were answered very fast and professionally. The power went out in the night, which stopped the hot water system, but after one whatsapp message, Ahmed fixed it after just 2 minutes. The rooms were big and shower was nice.

The bathroom ceilling could use some renovation.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance is elegant and beautifully reflects the rich Moroccan culture, with incredible attention to detail in every aspect. A special thank you to the manager, Ahmed 🌟, whose professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to answer our questions, help us plan our itinerary, and recommend the best local food and attractions. His exceptional service truly exceeded our expectations! In addition, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Whether at the front desk, the restaurant, or housekeeping, every team member greeted us with a smile and ensured that we felt at home. Their hospitality made all the difference in our experience. The food was also fantastic—breakfast was delicious and included traditional Moroccan pancakes, fresh juice, and the best mint tea! Overall, this hotel not only provides a beautiful and comfortable stay but also has a team that genuinely cares about its guests and delivers outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fes! We will definitely return in the future!

We stayed here for 6 nights. The suite was spacious, and the location is excellent, within walking distance to the main sites and attractions in the medina. The staff, including Ahmed, Anas, and Abdul, were friendly and helpful. Ahmed, in particular, went out of his way to assist and made a real effort to address the shortcomings of the property. His attentiveness and efforts were much appreciated. While the staff’s service was fantastic, the overall experience did not quite meet the high expectations set by the property's advertised standards.

We stayed in the deluxe double room on half board for one week. The bedroom was very clean & comfortable. Bed very comfortable. The riad was very traditionally decorated throughout very peaceful & spotlessly clean. All staff were extremely helpful, kind & polite throughout our stay. The food was excellent well prepared & had beautiful flavours. We organised our trips & return taxi to the airport through Youness which we thoroughly enjoyed all them the guide & driver was very knowledgeable, polite & on time. Over all our stay was excellent & exceptionally great value. Can definitely recommend this Riad. We had a fantastic weeks stay.

Their hospitality wasn’t just professional, it felt personal, as though I was visiting family rather than staying at a riad. Ahmed went above and beyond his role to ensure I experienced all the wonders Fes has to offer. From giving detailed touristic guidance to sharing insider tips about the city, and even other cities I plan on visiting in Morocco, he took the time to help me discover places I might have otherwise missed. His passion for showcasing the beauty of Fes and his country made my experience not just enjoyable but truly enriching. Abdul’s prompt service and genuine care added another layer of comfort to my stay. Whether it was quickly addressing any request or ensuring that I always felt looked after, his dedication and kindness were incredible. Anas, manages night shift, and was always willing to go above and beyond with a smile, ensuring that even the smallest details were taken care of at any hour no matter how late. Each interaction with the team left me feeling cared for and valued, and I can confidently say that their kindness and dedication are what made my stay unforgettable. I left Fes with not just wonderful memories but also a deep appreciation for Moroccan hospitality at its finest. To Ahmed, Abdul, and Anas, thank you for everything.
