I had an incredible stay at Riad Dar Chrifa and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The riad itself is an oasis of calm and comfort amidst the bustling streets of the medina. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The room was beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan touches, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was modern yet kept in line with the authentic design of the riad. I especially loved the peaceful courtyard where I could relax with a cup of mint tea after a day of exploring. The location was perfect—just a short walk to major attractions, yet tucked away enough to offer a serene escape from the crowds. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh pastries, fruit, and traditional Moroccan options. Overall, Riad Dar Chrifa exceeded my expectations in every way. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit and recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and welcoming experience in Morocco.

I had a wonderful stay at Riad Dar Cherifa. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially Masouad, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. The riad was spotlessly clean, and its charming atmosphere made it feel like a true Moroccan experience. The location is excellent close to everything yet peaceful enough to relax after a day of exploring. I would highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting the area.

This Riad is beautiful. I was very happy with the room I was allocated. It is very close to Bab Ziat, the gate I was dropped off at, so only a few minutes easy walk with my luggage. Ibrahim came to meet me to show me the way. Great views across Fez from the rooftop. Breakfast in the central area on the ground floor 8-10am

Not too close from the center of the city but ok to walk a little

beautiful Riad with spacious comfortable room and bed, and incredibly nice accommodating staff. Salah took wonderful care of us, always available to help, super nice and friendly and made our stay exceptional!

nothing to do with the Riad, but the teenagers outside in the streets near the Medina will say you are going the wrong way, walk with you to show you the right way, then ask for money. be prepared and tell them you don’t need any help. luckily the staff at the Riad are very quick to answer the door to let you in and tell the people to leave you alone.

They treated us like a family. - Very good hammam service on site! you don’t even have to go anywhere. Very relaxing with reasonable price. - Great location for not being inside of Medina, so it is a little quieter.

Room was very big and in a very good condition, also nicely decorated. Breakfast was okay but without any changes. Location was okay if you like not to stay in the center.

There is zero noise insulation. Especially for the rooms on the ground floor this can mean waking up early to noises from breakfast. For pretty much everybody it can be a had to sleep with whatever noises coming from other rooms. This was the case much more than in other Riads I stayed in Possibly due to post - covid it felt like the staff wanted to have me stay for dinner and also to book tours. I was the only guest. Information on Google maps about the riad being closed seemed not very reassuring.

I was here for a few nights. A nice clean, traditional, and big room in this Riad. The staff was amazing. Salah and Asmae were very nice and helpful.
