Everything was lovely, starting from staff members to food, spa facilities etc. Lovely hotel. I hope to come back some day. Cannot comment on the location because we only spent the night here before leaving early morning for a Sahara trip, and we previously stayed closer to the old town in Fes. Potentially it could be a little out of the way for attractions, but taxi is cheap. Special thanks to Youssef from the reception (I hope I remembered the name correctly), what a lovely person and intelligent young man. All the best of luck to him.

The location, the staff and the breakfast were excellent. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with dining reservations or serve delicious meals at the Riad. The rooftop dining is lovely and I could have sat in their enchanting and spacious lobby all day.

I booked the Riad because it was supposed to have a fitness center and pool. None of the equipment worked well and the indoor pool was ice cold with a rickety ladder that my husband had difficulty managing. I only mention this because side if you market yourself as a spa the amenities need to be “accommodating” to less than fit individuals so they can access them flawlessly.

We were very impressed by the manner, professionalism and courtesy of all the staff. Breakfast on the delightful terrace was very enjoyable and plentiful. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay. The reception area and downstairs are beautifully decorated and furnished. In Morocco we would advise every traveller to book a Riad over a hotel as they are far more personable, mostly family run and offer much greater service to their customers than big hotels.

The beds were too hard for us but that’s only because we are used to soft beds and therefore no fault of the establishment. The terrace was looking a bit shabby if guests want to relax. They need more sun beds as there are only three that were usable as the rest were either broken or needed throwing out completely.

It’s a stunning Riad and the beds are incredibly comfortable! The location is fantastic it made it so easy for me during my stay. The staff were friendly. Breakfast brought up to my room was a nice touch! Was given complimentary drinks on occasion too.

My biggest complaint was the restaurant aspect of the hotel. I sat in the main area for hours and was not asked if I wanted to order anything not even a drink. So I can’t imagine if you’d ever get served if you were sat on the terrace or spa area. This could be the time of year I went but as a guest it just made my time more difficult as I didn’t feel comfortable leaving by myself. Just felt like I couldn’t enjoy the hotel spaces as much as I would’ve liked considering how stunning it is.

Gorgeous, lots of space, lots of areas, staff were very friendly and wonderful. Loved that you used QR code to order breakfast the next day, and you get to choose from 4 locations for them to bring you the breakfast. Terrace was stunning, lots of places to sit. Pool was wonderful and cool, and peaceful. We were in oriental 2 and the only one on that floor, felt very nice and fancy. Breakfast was delicious. We actually had the stomach flu and spent the whole day in our room. So much staff and they were so wonderful. We ordered plain bread and rice because we weren’t feeling well, staff were happy to make this for us. Staff gave us free water each day which was very appreciated, as our other riads in Morocco did not offer this.

Room was a tad small to spend a whole day there, and there was smoke most the day from next door coming through our windows. Windows were a bit small so it was a bit dark and bathroom had some mould around the bath tub, bit of wear and tear but it’s an old building so makes sense. When we left we organised a transfer through the riad. We were told to wait inside the riad for our driver. After 15 minutes we followed up, because we were going to be late for our next bus. A different staff member followed up and walked us down the street. Luckily we made it to the bus on time at CTM, because we left 25 minutes later than originally organised.

A classical riad with beautiful wood work, painted ceilings, marble floors, etc. well renovated and maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The rooftop terrace is high enough to offer good views of the old city and its surroundings; a perfect place to watch the sun rise and have breakfast! There is parking space available within walking distance; which parking is easily reached when coming from outside of town. But the best for me was the welcome and warmth of the whole staff. They were available at all times to help on every detail of our stay and made us really feel at home. To sum up, we had a very enjoyable stay!

The workers were amazing. They helped us woth everything, very nice and familiar people. The breakfast really good and the riad is very nice and confortable.

This is a great Riad to stay at. Just inside the old city it was easy to find and an ideal location for us. The staff were as good as you could find in any hotel. Very welcoming, accomodating and eager to make sure we had a great stay. With a touch o& luxury about their attitude. The rooms were large with great facilities, very clean and cleaned to a high standard daily. There is a wide range of facilities including spa facilities if you are that way inclined. I highly recommend this accomodation.

I found no faults with this property. I highly recommend.

It was such a special Riad for our first visit to Fes. The team were so accommodating and friendly it really felt like home away from home. Big thanks to Mohamed who really looked after us during our stay. We had lovely chats with Yousef and Mohamed. The team are simply fantastic. Wish we could have stayed longer. Breakfast on the terrace (amazing views and fresh breeze) and in the courtyard was perfection. Rooms are really spacious and the most childishly bed. We didn't get to take a dip in the pool but it looked spectacular. An absolutely stunning Riad everywhere you looked. Walking distance to anything you need within the Medina. Highly recommend for your stay in Fes. 3 nights was perfect, more time would have been even better.
