The Riad is beautiful, delicate work on wood and marble all around the courtyard. The courtyard with pool and greenery is really something to marvel at. Very peaceful within the Palais. The view from the terrace is also beautiful. The staff was very kind. They prepared us breakfast super early whenever we had to leave for tours early. The food they served here was one of the best I've tasted in Morocco. The lamb couscous was to die for. It was a great stay. We loved it. I've traveled a lot and this was the best.

We waited 20 mins for check-in. There was no staff in sight. But other than that the stafc was there for us 24x7.

I booked a room at the Sheherazade Palace with a great discount, but what amazed me the most was that it was a truly magnificent palace—like a rare masterpiece. It was the best Moroccan cuisine I ever tasted in a very romantic atmosphere. The spa and pools are magnificent. The spa is spectacular and the massage was impeccable. I understand why all these rockstars and billionaires all choose to stay in this palace. The location is ideal in the best area of the Medina with stunning 360 views from the rooftop. There is a direct access to the door by car which is very rare. I cannot wait to be back !

The serenity and beauty of the architecture is singular. Very sophisticated room with a ritzy atmosphere . We could not stop staring at the marvelous ceiling in our room. Very well equipped luxury bathroom. The restaurant is exquisite, we had a memorable lunch in the idyllic courtyard. Great breakfast with all the local specialties. Very friendly, professional and attentive staff. Fabulous spa with exquisite architecture.
