I had an incredible time at this establishment! From the moment I arrived, everything was just perfect. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the vibes are absolutely fantastic, and the food is simply outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A special shoutout to Mohammed, who truly made the experience unforgettable! His hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail were beyond amazing. Beautiful riad located on the outer edge of the old medina. Staff were lovely, room comfortable and beautifully decorated. Included breakfast was generous and delicious. Great roof top terrace which was a great place for us to relax and play with the kids. We parked our car in secure parking a short walk from the riad 40dh/24hr.

Located next to main road. The top bedroom of the family room faces this road and there is noticeable noise until 12-1am. The noise was less noticeable in the room with the 2 single beds.

We had a very warm welcome, very friendly owner and the personal was always taking care of us, explaining about the Medina and giving us good recomendations about highlights in Fes. It is a very nice Riad with a nice atmosphere, they served traditional breakfast. Easy to reach, as it is located on the outskirts of the Medina.

There are two cats in the common area.

We had a wonderful stay! The location of this riad is perfect - a 4 min walk to the Medina (old city) but situated on a main road making it easy to find taxis and move around. Breakfast was great and Aziz the manager was a STAR! He was helpful and made our stay easy and comfortable. The rooftop terrace is a plus!

No windows in the room, so it gets stuffy. But all riads are like this.

Honestly, this was the best stay we had in Fes. Everything felt so thoughtful and real—from the peaceful art setup to the guided tour full of insight and heart. Dinner was delicious, and the whole vibe just felt like home. A huge thank you to Mohammed—you brought so much warmth, kindness, and calm to the whole experience. You really made it special. We’re leaving with full hearts and big smiles.

Very beautiful and opulent Riad; worth the stay just for that. Close to the Medina. Staff were great; they also organised a little party for new year's eve.

Quite cold (acknowledging it was mid-winter) and, the day we were leaving, hot water was not on. They planned to fix it but we were leaving early before the hot water got fixed.

Excellent location, excellent price and the staff is just amazing. Hadia and Aziz will make you feel at home. It's the place to stay if you want to visit Fes old Medina. Thank you all

Exceptional Home away from home with great vibes. The Raid is beautiful. The location is fantastic, right in Medina (old city The Riad has a lovely roof terrace so you can see the sunset over Fes without having to walk anywhere . Very Clean. Comfortable and spacious room. Breakfast and dinner was amazing. The chef hayat made better food than my mum! The staff are very friendly and will help you with anything you need. They want you to have a great stay in Fes. really it was a pleasant stay A special mention to Hadia, she made my stay so much more enjoyable!

Our stay at Riad Hadia was wonderful. I was with my small family, and we felt truly at home thanks to the warm and welcoming host. Everything was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!
