This Riad is outstanding. Nour and her staff go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable and as stress-free as possible. The location is just inside the Medina, near Place R’cif. The breakfasts vary each day and are delicious. The Riad is quiet, traditional, and the rooms are spacious & comfortable. The rooftop terrace is quiet as well and offers an amazing panoramic view of the entire Medina. It is a haven amongst the intensity and stress of being in the at times overwhelming Medina. We stayed in the Oud Suite and loved it. Everything is absolutely exceptional. The value for money is also outstanding. We highly recommend this as one of the best Riads in Fes.

Nothing, everything was wonderful

This place is incredible. The Riad itself is a very beautuful place, the rooms are nice and clean, stunning view from the furnitured rooftop. It is perfectly placed to explore the medina. The hosts were absolutely great: friendly, helpful and very caring in a very kind and gentle way. They contacted us via WhatsApp wich was very easy for us, and they offered managing things, what made our stay in this „different world“ a lot easier, also avoiding typical tourist mistakes. Thanks again, guys! Stay as you are. If we will ever come back to Fes, we know where to stay.

There was really not much room for improvement.

I can't recommend this place enough. Beautiful Riad with a quiet and charming atmosphere. They arranged a taxi to pick us up. Breakfast is very varied and tasty, omelett, cheese and sweets, juice and coffee. Location... perfect! Is south of the Medina close enough to the main street where you can get a taxi if exploring the outer part of the Medina. And what completes this experience is the wonderful attention and warm received by all the staff at the Riad, specially Khalid and Najib ( Julio Iglesias ). Don't think it over... stay here! This is a higher accommodation with great value. Wishing we will come back, Andres and Bobi.

Breakfast was good. Thank you for the breakfast in the morning, that day I was check in early. they offer me a very good breakfast. I am not feel I was eating breakfast, I was actually having a good (eating) Breakfast during the whole trip in Morocco. I was stay only one night, If I had more day, definitely would stay more than two. The breakfast, each morning was different. The coffee actually with mike. At the another location I didn't feel milk, they had milk, just taste not like milk. And the location was quite and nice, easy to get taxi. I'd say outside Medina or the entrance of the Medina. It much better than inside Medina. Very recommended. At least I didn't see any long hair in pillow or bed. Some looked clean, when you go through the whole thing, not clean at all. Also the beautiful Morocco style. Staff were nice too.

I love the design of the room. What I didn't like: N/A NOTHING...

Everything was perfect. The Riad is beautiful - marvellous designs and decorations. And best of all Nour and her husband are wonderful people. They really care about their guests. They help you and they make sure by messaging that you are all right. F.eks. helped Nour us to by train tickets- and the day after we left, she wrote to make sure, that everything was fine. The atmosphere in the Riad is so friendly og with a lot of humour. And the breakfast was excellent- with fresh fruit pancakes, cheese, jam and honey. Coffee and tea as much as you want. The best Riad in Fes!

I can definitely say that my stay at this riad was the best during my trip to Morocco! The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable. There was also a heater, so it was warm even in the chilly mornings and evenings. I don't understand why Booking.com has such a low rating for Wi-Fi! Each room has an internet LAN cable, so my phone and laptop both worked well, and I was able to enjoy YouTube, Netflix, and other free time activities! I am also grateful to Salah and his wife, who run the accommodation, speaks English well, for their kindness and hospitality, and to the person who prepared a hearty breakfast every morning. I will definitely come back here next time I visit Fez 😊😍

Nothing!!

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at this riad. We booked 3 rooms for 5 people and they were all different and beautiful. Breakfast is really nice and it is a lot! Rooftop terrace is super nice. What a magical view over Fez. We had dinner in a restaurant (palais fes yahya) just a few minutes away and one of the crewmembers brought us. Parking is really convenient in a paid parking lot nearby just a 10 minute walk through Fez. Even with the 9 seater mini-van we rented.

It is not about the accommodation but about a few (mostly younger male) people in Fez. The majority is super friendly. Just follow google maps to your destination. It works fine! Don’t follow the people who want you to point out the road. After a few steps they want money and what you give is never enough….

i cannot express how PERFECT our stay was there because of the staff. We really felt welcomed and warmly taken care of. We didn't think of nothing because everthing was taken care by lovely Nour and ALL her collegues! To tell you, the checl out day we had the transfer ready for the airport and because it was 6 am, the boarding passes that they printed in advance, and a take away breakfast! The secons night we returned very late in the riad and we didn't want to go out so the staff ordered us some dinner for us. They really do their very best to accomodate you and make sure you are happy while staying in their riad. Rooms were very big, with air condition and tv, the riad is amazing in its entirety! Breakfast is abundant, and we were given also a free upgrade. I really never this kind of treatment from any other hotel so i highly recommend this place!

Riad Boutique is perfect - loved our stay at the property. We had a gorgeous spacious suite which consisted of a living area and a king size bed (the mattress was a little hard but you get used to it) and a full sized tub. The room had good AC and strong WiFi. Breakfast was included which was nice, consisting of Moroccan pancakes, fresh fruit and juices. On the day we left early for excursions the hotel were kind enough to make us breakfast to go. We also had dinner once and the beef tagine was sublime! The best asset of this hotel is their people. The staff truly made our stay! Nour is a wonderful woman who is kind, genuine and helpful. Always available on WhatsApp. All staff we encountered always had a smile and wanted to ensure we had the most comfortable stay.

It’s hard to fault the Riad itself, the only thing we found difficult was where it was located when coming from the Medina.

The riad itself is beautiful. When you arrive before the check-in they serve you the typical moroccan tee at the "hall". Our room was very lovely and big. Breakfast was amazing and abundant. The staff is very kind and very helpful. There is also a terrace where you can admire a nice view.

I think the daily housekeeping of the room is not included because when we came back from our visit in the city we found the room as we left it, but for us it was not a problem because the room was perfectly clean when we arrived and also because we stayed there only two days. Also, There wasn’t much light in our room and it was a very pity.
