le Bedouin has not yet been finalized. They're pulling out all the stops to finish everything. The location and facilities are heavenly, it's going to be great, nothing like the other camps around here. The dinner was fabulous with a great show. The kids loved it and so did the parents. I highly recommend it as an excursion/overnight stay to complement a trip to Marakech, to get a breath of fresh air and a change of scenery after the stress of the city. The staff were very attentive, with a special dedication to Mohmed Ait Assou, our luggage handler, who had a smile that could take your teeth out.

Heated pool, amazing tent room with mountain views, friendly and helpful staff throughout, the dinner show was very good and the hotel/rooms were clean throughout. Over all great experience and would highly recommend.

The property itself was great, 3 pools with plenty of space around for loungers etc. the Bungalow room was very comfortable and big.

On the main pool, there is a DJ/music playing all day and this can be heard from all the pools. There was also a wedding on the evening we stayed which meant there was loud music till very late into the night, this meant we got very little sleep. We had expected it to be relaxed and quiet for us to have time to switch off. But it really wasn’t, many people come here on a day pass and this felt like the exclusivity of the hotel had disappeared. I think having separate pools for day pass to hotel guests would hugely be beneficial.

The staff always treated us in a friendly manner, helping us whenever we needed it with proximity and know-how. In addition, the staff in charge of the performances (during dinner) left us with a very good impression. The facilities were new and generally well maintained.

The hot pool (outdoor) was not sufficiently heated. The variety of the breakfast was somewhat poor (although of acceptable quality) as was the evening meal, which we found a little poor considering the price. In addition, the layout and comfort of the dining room chairs were not comfortable for eating. A bit overpriced

The Bedouin resort in Agafay is absolutely beautiful, and the pool is like a magical oasis. The rooms are also a treat, although the A/C makes more noise than cool air. We also enjoyed nearby activities, especially the desert buggy rides.

The food and service need much improvement. To begin, the majority of items on the lunch and dinner menu are simply not available, which leaves only 3 options -- tagine, tagine, or tagine! And the servers are slow, unenthusiastic, and do not seem to understand simple requests even in French.

It's good to have an air conditioner in the room! It helped a lot during our stay in the middle of summer. Private pool was fair enough to have play with.

Show drain was horrible and terrible. It never drains. The toilet was just open, and there was nothing to cover. You can hear and smell all in the real sound in real time. Tooooo dark in the room. Breakfast tasted weird and didn't have many choices for dinner. WiFi didn't work at all, and there was no connection from the local operators in the room.

Le Bedouin Agafay is difficult for me to review. We had booked dinner, bed and breakfast in a Superior Suite. Our room was lovely. Spacious and clean with toiletries provided and also a lovely plate of fruit and pastries. It was close to the dining room and the heated pool. It was situated in amongst beautifully planted garden with fragrant plantings. The staff were nice and very helpful and I can't fault them. We appeared in the dining room at 08:30 for breakfast and a member of staff was tidying up from the previous night but served us straight away with a mixture of fruit, breads and eggs.

On arrival we felt as if we in a "Club 18-30". The heated pool area was packed and loud disco music was playing at the unheated pool area which was about 100 yards away. We went to the unheated pool as that was the only place that we could get a drink. The music was very loud. In the evening we couldn't eat in the dining room as it was booked for a private function. We had been told on check in that we would eat in the dining room. We finally found an eating area which didn't have any piped music and gave our order to the waitress. It wasn't particularly comfortable as the table and chairs were too low for us really. After we had been served our starters a man arrived and started moving the other diners out of the restaurant. As they hadn't yet been served they went to a pool area where they could watch a show. We didn't want to watch the show nor listen to the music so we didn't move. It appears a famous footballer and his party was visiting and the area was required for him. I don't know if it was his request or the hotels but we had a nice meal and I hope we didn't spoil his evening by being there. The final straw was the private party in the dining room had a disco which lasted until 00:30! Our room backed on to the dining room and we felt as if we in the disco. We spoke to one of the management who said that they were "trending" and this was the way forward for the moment. If we had known that Le Bedouin was more a club than a hotel we would not have booked. It wasn't our type of place at all.
