The staff was very friendly and prompt to rectify a mistake in the reservation. Abdul Latif who I'm assuming was a manager not only rectified the problem but ensured we were satisfied. The sea view was well worth the price paid. The sunrise is one of the best I've seen. The room was very clean and it has a very nice shower and bathtub.

The restaurant's menu could be better but there are restaurants within walking distance so it wasn't a big deal.

we had an amazing stay. the hotel was very nice, our bedroom has an amazing view on the beach, breakfast very delicous and all the staff very friendly. The hotel has an access to the beach. The are outdoor and indoor pools, spa, Hammam, we will definetly come back!.highly recommended !

Great view from our room of the sea and moonrise. Lovely big comfortable clean room with high standard of decor and furniture. Great staff who made us welcome, ordered our taxi to the airport. They even set up a table and chairs on the grass so we could sit and have coffee there. Excellent food at breakfast and dinner

There was work going on in the garden. The door to the shower room in our bedroom didn't fit in the door frame so it couldn't close, and there were a few other maintenance issues. The pool was indoors and a bit shabby. It was locked on one of the three days we went. The beach outside the hotel was not very clean.

The views and the room were lovely very light airy and clean. I had a Hammam it was incredible. The service and the people were so kind and Couldn’t do enough to make us comfortable.

The gym is very dated and bad condition and they could add Jacuzzi or steam room to the spa its basic it would really benefit the hotel. Also couldn’t use the indoor pool it’s not heated. The food is quite expensive considering it’s Morocco you can eat in town for a third of the price.

The room was well furnished and had an amazing view of the pool and the sea. The gardens are kept beautifully and the staff, even those who spoke no English were extremely pleasant and helpful

The pillows were a little hard and the tv had very little English on.

We had a lovely stay at this wonderful hotel as usual. The service at the reception and the restaurant were both perfect. The room had lovely ocean and pool views. We were greeted with a smile By Zakaria at the front desk, he was extremely nice and helpful with us throughout the whole stay Thanks a lot again to Yassine at the front office also for his assistance.

Clean, well kept gardens, great view, plenty of space, huge bed and very attentive staff. Food great and cocktails were nice.

Outdoor dining Chairs and tables changed day before we left. Uncomfortable. Not great quality. All tables were wobbly despite being on a very firm and flat, tiled ground.
