The courtyard is beautiful. A nice 1,9-meter-deep pool with chairs and umbrellas, surrounded by tall old trees. The whole property has a nice design: white walls and wood. Our room was fresh and nice. We slept perfectly, absolutely no sound except for the birds chirping in the morning was heard from the outside. The Kabila beach is 2 minutes away, you just have to walk between white villas. The beach is really good, with very little seashell debris comparing to the neighboring areas. Very few people during the day. There are a few minimarkets within 15-minute walking, and Marina Smir with plenty of restaurants in 30 minutes (or a 5-minute drive). ATMs are available at both Marina Smir and Kabila ports, although they can't be found on the Google map. Breakfast was fine. The hotel has a big parking lot, free of charge.

We were a bit surprised that a 4-star hotel can't offer its guests an iron or doesn't have a kettle in rooms. Not everyone on the counter speaks English. The Kabila beach is very nice, but there are no rental beach chairs or umbrellas, and if the hotel gave or even rented them to the guests it would be much more convenient. The closest place you can buy an umbrella is a minimarket northbound, across the road, towards the Afriquia gas station. Or you can hijack one of the straw umbrellas that most likely belong to the villas along the beach :)

We had a wonderful stay at Kabila Hotel, enjoying both the serene beach and the peaceful ambiance. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. If you're seeking a simple yet authentic retreat, this is the place to be. The morning buffet offered a good selection for breakfast, though more fruit options would be a welcome addition. A special shoutout to Chef Mr. Redouane, who truly made our stay memorable. His kindness and professionalism stood out as he catered to our requests for Moroccan dishes, making us feel right at home. In addition to our pleasant stay, the spa and hammam experience at Kabila Hotel was exceptional. The hammam was relaxing, and the staff were highly professional and attentive, making it a truly rejuvenating experience. The serene atmosphere of the spa perfectly complemented the overall tranquility of the hotel, leaving me feeling refreshed and pampered. In summary, I recommend Kabila Hotel for anyone looking for a calm, simple, and authentic experience. The prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is welcoming.

The rooms were clean but had a slight moldy odor. Relaxing by the pool, surrounded by palm trees, was lovely, though the pool water could have been cleaner. One drawback was the lack of beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the hotel. We had to purchase our own, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the beach itself was exceptional, and the walk to it was enjoyable.

It hasnt lost its wonderful charm. I read some reviews that were not doing this lovely place any justice. The price is fantastic. The food is very good. The staff from the night guard to the manager, most charming. I am indeed an old client, but I hadn't been here for 20 years or more. It is perfect. I will certainly come back time and again. In Europe, such a hotel would set you back two or three times more. So let us be realistic. 10/10.

We stated in February so out of season and it was nice that the bar was open and there was a disco at night over a weekend. The fire was lovely in the bar to keep us all warm and cosy and the food was great. Staff were all very helpful too. The rooms also had heating. Would be a great hotel in the summer.

Because it was out of season there was alot of things not open around about. There wasn't a gym which was disappointing but that was my fault for not checking before booking.

Loved everything about the hotel, attractive room, comfy bed, great pool and easy access to a lovely beach. Nice bar area. Good selection at breakfast. Never had a problem getting sunbeds at any time of day for 4 of us. We didn't have a car but parking looked plentiful. We easily flagged down taxis on the busy road outside, much cheaper this way than through the hotel and rebooked with one of the drivers for the airport trip home.

All good but a bit difficult to get a table at breakfast at the weekend (early September).

It is a charming place which I have known for decades. I was happy to see that it is well maintained and very comfortable. The only suggestion is that they should perhaps reduce the menu in winter but offer proper lunch or dinner. The menu is too large, and most of the choices were not available. Breakfast is excellent.

The very limited choice for dinner. Just do 3 starters, 3 mains and 3 desserts. Plenty for the winter.

the location, right off the highway exit and it takes you 2min to walk from the rooms to the incredible Kabila beach. we had our breakfast included and it was just what we needed: buffet style with coffee, Moroccan mint tea, OJ, eggs, Moroccan and French pastries, fruits and the usual continental breakfast items. private parking spots right by the rooms. security, nice and professional staff.

probably it’s out of the property control but the mosquitoes would attack us as soon as we open the windows at night.

Proximity to the sea - authentic architecture fitting well into the surroundings . Staff / hotel team was very friendly, hard working and efficient .

Facilities may need some upgrade to attract more demanding clients . Met my expectations however- for what was needed for my stay .

The property is well clean with the highest standards, we had the room with the pool view & the balcony which was amazing. Mehdi who is amazing guy and very well spoken and helpful, he helped us and recommended us the room which we were really satisfied and answered all of our questions.

I am very satirised with this place and there is nothing that disliked about this place.

Great pool area. Amazingly close to nice beach. Lovely garden area lots of pretty plants. Very safe. Good bar area showing live football. Nice food. Very helpful friendly staff. Very comfy beds with nice fresh linen.

Out of season, no one there.
