Beds were AMAZING. Most comfortable beds we had among the 10 hotels we stayed at during our road trip. Lots of options to hang out by the pool and on the beach. Room was super quiet and five-star interior. Since we went in spring the price for a night was very reasonable.

While it is good to have people check in on you, we had about five different people come ask us every 10 minutes. Way too much so it gave a feeling of disorganization. Food and drink prices were absurd. Yes, we are prepared to pay more for food on-property. But not 3x-5x the price of the same soda or same meal outside the property. Minor thing, but the balcony door didn't have a handle on the outside (?) So I had to keep it open until I stepped back in again.

Amazing beachfront views, lovely location, nice pool and relaxation amenities outside. Service was good with very helpful staff. Food was also great, seafood and pizzas were especially tasty.

There were some works to make hotel ready for peak summer season, sometimes a bit noisy. This was a small disturbance and wasn’t great to enjoy the seaside and quiet. Beach and pool areas were sometimes full of people that looked like they were on day passes. Some of them were unfortunately quite loud. Felt a bit too busy sometimes. Check in was rushed, no one provided basic info about amenities, meal times …etc. Overall good experience however.

The property wad extremely clean and very comfortable. We were upgraded to a beachside suite which was amazing

We originally booked for 7 days but as we haven’t been to Morocco decided to reduce to 4 days.however when we tried to extend our stay they advised us the hotel was full but that certainly wasn’t the case !! We see quite happy to give up the beachside villa for an ordinary room but in no way was the hotel full. One other minor point there are numerous staff but the service is poor . They are not attentive and orders very slow to arrive

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the personnel were incredibly welcoming and always available, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel’s decoration is superb, blending modern Moroccan style with a French touch that creates a unique and beautiful atmosphere. The diversity of restaurants is fantastic, offering Spanish, Moroccan, and international cuisine that all tasted super good. The beach is clean and well-maintained with perfect accommodations for a relaxing day. I also highly recommend the spa, it was a truly wonderful experience. Overall, everything was exceptional, and I can't wait to return!

Amazing place to relax. Spacious rooms, nice pool area and very calm and beautiful beach. We really liked also the huge kids club that has very nice design. The breakfast options were delicious and the staff was excellent.

The restaurant service still can improve. We had two dinners in hotel and the quality of the meals was average. For 5 stars hotel and meal prices, we expected much better quality.

As soon I stepped to the hotel, their service begun and hatiam. The receptionist provided a great service throughout my four days whatever I need to have requested he was there. I think the Hotel represents him as a great customer service provided and I’m going back again just because he works there.

Everything there’s nothing to not dislike will be saying again

Very nice staff, helpfull, cheerfull. Nice indoor swimming pool and gym. Nice set-up and decoration.

No cofee refill the second day (just a small detail) the pizza restaurant next to the beach allows chicha smokers and cigarettes inside the restaurant, which is not in accordance with expected standard, and which is not pleasant for som other non-smoking guests.

The Vila was on the beach. Allowing us to swim in the Mediterranean and enjoy the hot tub in a pristine setting. The bathroom was incredibly! Were greeted with lovely mint tea, macaron and Gazelle Ankles. We had fruit waiting for us in the Vila. Breakfast was delicious with everything made on the spot. Staying here is a must if you’re visiting the Morocco’s Riviera

It was the most beautiful location, the breakfast selection was beyond words, the options were numerous, all different types of foods, beverages, as well as gluten free and dairy free options. Very impressive. As for the room and hotel itself, it was so clean, extremely well put together, the interior is gorgeous, the staff are so kind and the food was amazing.

A wonderful location in Morocco. The hotel is kind of like a family friendly Ibiza, with lots of relaxing activities to do and friendly service.

Water is free in the room, but if you order water with rooms service or water at the pool you get charged. Better to make it free for in house guests.
