The hostel was in a very convenient location, central to the older area of town and right down the street from the main bus stop. It was convenient to walk to most places. The hostel was very clean, and the room had a lot of conveniences (private bathroom, refrigerator, TV, small desk, etc.). There was also a small balcony, which I appreciated. The staff were always available and very helpful and friendly.

The only thing I felt would have made the stay even better would have been a microwave in the room. A microwave would be an excellent addition to the room, especially since the room already had a small refrigerator.

This comfortable, modern and clean hotel is located in the central pedestrian precinct und thus is ideal for city discoveries on foot. All sights (beside the castle hill), the beach, shops and restaurants are just a stone throw away. To the border and the harbour bus lines stop just round the corner. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The (single bed) room itself is rather small and without much natural light but still has all necessary equipment for a short city trip.

Weekend staff were a bit unprofessional. Stood outside ringing the bell for quite a while before they finally opened the door. I was beginning to think there was nobody working in the building. Bed was a little bit hard and uncomfortable, , pillow was flat, bathroom is extremely small, and there was hair on the floor that was not mine so I know the floor had not been cleaned. Kind of gross.

Excellent location. Everything was new and up-to-date, with a minimalist aesthetic that I loved. Safe, secure, and very clean. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Staff were very polite and helpful.

The only recommendation would be to invest in better pillows, as the one I had was extremely thin and flat and I had to fold up a couple of towels and put underneath it to try to sleep comfortably

Welcome was warm and genuine. The staff went out of their way to do some little extra things for me. I loved the room which had a balcony overlooking the pedestrian street. It was tiny but adequate for a 2 day stay. The position of the hotel is optimal, right in the centre.

Great location on Ceuta's main shopping street. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. A short walk to the beaches on the eastern side of the city and the old city walls. Reception had someone in attendance 24-Hours a day.

The bathroom was very "compact", with little room to move around.

Clean comfortable private rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent central location. felt very safe as two solo female travelers

The hotel is right in the center of the city. clean and reliable. price quality balance is very good.

The only downside was that there was a parking problem. This is a problem in the whole city. Perfect for travelers without a car.
